Abstract

The study purposes was determined the effect of service quality, interest rates and customer income on taking loans at KSP Tondonegoro Purwodadi Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey and used data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies with 85 respondents. While the data analysis method used the analysis of research instruments consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The research results showed that the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect on taking loans at KSP Tondonegoro Purwodadi Grobogan Regency, interest rates had a positive and significant effect on taking loans at KSP Tondonegoro Purwodadi Grobogan Regency, and customer income had a positive and significant effect. significant effect on taking loans at KSP Tondonegoro Purwodadi Grobogan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work stress, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Rejeki Insani Sukoharjo (Case Study at PT. BPR Rejeki Insani Sukoharjo Branch) either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire. This study used 53 respondents as the research sample. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that motivation, work stress, and work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance. These three variables have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas dan kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini menjawab masalah penelitian tentang Bagaimana efektivitas, kontribusi dan laju pertumbuhan penerimaan Retribusi Daerah sebagai salah satu sember Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Klaten dan menganalisis  potensi penerimaan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Klaten tahun 2017-2018Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Kabupaten Klaten Jl. Pemuda No. 294 Klaten Selatan, Klaten, Jawa Tengah.Hasil dari analisa penelitian ini adalah : Efektivitas penerimaan retribusi daerha rata-rata 93% masuk kriteria efektif, Untuk laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa umum dalam periode 2011-2016 rata-rata kenaikan 4% per tahunnya, Laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa usaha rata-rata mengalami kenaikan 9% per tahun, Laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa perizinan rata-rata 23% per tahun. Untuk laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa umum dalam periode 2011-2016 rata-rata kenaikan 4% per tahunnya, Laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa usaha rata-rata mengalami kenaikan 9% per tahun, Laju pertumbuhan retribusi jasa perizinan rata-rata 23% per tahun. Dengan metode least square method di proyeksikan penerimaan retribusi daerah tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 23,949,742,196 dan tahun 2018 sebesar 24,825,725,602

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of KSPPS Karima Utama Syariah Karanganyar employees either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that leadership style and work discipline affect the performance of KSPPS Karima Utama Syariah Karanganyar employees both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study with a survey method. Primary data obtained from the answers to the questionnaire. The research population was 36 employees and the sample in this study was taken using the census technique, so the number of samples in this study was 36 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that leadership style and work discipline had an effect on the performance of KSPPS Karima Utama Syariah Karanganyar employees both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Usability and Ease of Use to the Intention of using the Bella Application for a Permanent Lecturer at the Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University at Madiun. The samples are all permanent lecturers at the Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University at Madiun, with a total of 56 respondents. By using saturated sample method, from 56 respondents, we only processed 42 questionnaires because there were 14 questionnaires that did not return. Data was collected by using a 5-point Likert scale. We used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 22 program as a tool. The results showed that the usability variable had a positive and significant effect on the intention of use and the ease of use variable had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of work experience, training, and quality management of human resources on employee performance either partially or simultaniously. This research is a quantitative research which collects data using questionnaires and uses 94 respondents as the research sample. The analysis technique that used in this research are multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficients of determination ( ). Based on the analytical technique can be concluded that  work experience, training, and human resource quality management and either partiall or simultaneiously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
