Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang cukup tinggi dan masih banyaknya masyarakat berpendapatan menengah ke bawah menyebabkan tingginya animo masyarakat untuk membeli rumah bersubsidi. Saat ini pemerintah terus mengupayakan pembangunan rumah bersubsidi bekerjasama dengan pihak pengembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian rumah bersubsidi yang terdiri dari lokasi (X1), kemudahan mendapat pinjaman (X2), pendapatan konsumen (X3), harga rumah (X4), fasilitas dan sarana umum (X5), dan peraturan perundangan (X6) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Setelah melalui pengujian terhadap asumsi-asumsinya diperoleh hasil analisis regresi Y =  2,674 + 0,207 X1 + 0,010 X2 + 0,776 X3 + 0,248 X4 + 0,079 X5+ 0,243 X6. Dari persamaaan di atas menunjukkan terdapat  hubungan positip dan signifikan antara lokasi, pendapatan konsumen, kemudahan mendapat pinjaman, fasilitas dan sarana umum, harga rumah, dan peraturan perundangan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, dilihat dari besarnya koefisien determinasi (adjusted R square) memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,707 menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian rumah bersubsidi dijelaskan oleh variabel lokasi perumahan, kemudahan mendapat pinjaman, pendapatan konsumen, harga rumah, fasilitas dan sarana umum, dan peraturan perundangan sebesar 0,707 % dan sisanya sebesar 29,3% menggambarkan adanya variasi bebas lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci : Lokasi, Kemudahan Mendapat Pinjaman, Pendapatan Konsumen,  Harga Rumah, Fasilitas Dan Sarana Umum, Peraturan Perundangan, Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Bersubsidi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and quantify the effect ofvariable tolerances of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, and thebackground of parents work either partially or simultaneously against theinterests of students into entrepreneur. In this study, the population isSurakarta University students who already take entrepreneurship courses.Based on data obtained from the Head of the Academic Faculty ofEconomics, University of Surakarta in 2013 – 2015 amounted to 718students, while the sample is taken as many as 71,8 (72) respondents.Hypothesis analysis tools used in this study are: the classic assumption test,linear regression, t-test test, test F-test and coefficient of determination. Theresults of data analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for classical assumption,that the test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, andheteroscedasticity, shows all the variables used in this study has escapedfrom the classical assumption test. In terms of significance, seen from the ttest, that tolerance of risk (X1), the success of the self (X2), Freedom in theworks (X3), and the background of their parents' job (X4) partially positiveinfluence and significant impact on student interest into entrepreneur (Y).Furthermore, seen from the F test, proved that tolerance of risk (X1), thesuccess of the self (X2), the freedom to work (X3), and the background oftheir parents' job (X4) simultaneously affect positive and significant impacton student interest into entrepreneur (Y) , Judging from the magnitude of thecoefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of0,821, indicating that the interest of the students to be explained by thevariable entrepreneur will risk tolerance, personal goals, freedom in workand educational background of the parent amounted to 82,1% and thebalance of 17,9% describe their other variables that are not observed in thisstudyKeywords: tolerance of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, thebackground of the work of parents, student interest intoentrepreneur.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. 2) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. Data needed in this research is the primary data in the form of respondents' assessment of the assessment dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of the physical evidence, kendalan, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction institute noted that financial BMT Insan Kamil, 2) There is the influence of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction noted that financial institutions Insan Kamil Solo. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of career development to job satisfaction of employees in the office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. 2) To analyze the effect of working conditions on the job satisfaction of employees in the office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. 3) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. Population and sample used in this study as many as 35 people. While the analysis of the data used in this study include: 1) validity and reliabilit. 2) Analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The results of the study were: 1) Career development has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction, career development as well as indirect influence on performance. 2) Kondisi work has a significant positive effect directly to job satisfaction, as well as conditions of employment have an indirect influence on performance. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact directly on the performance of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the influence of company image, environmental regulations, price and product quality both partially and simultaneously on efforts to shape public perceptions about environmentally friendly products. The hypotheses in this study are: It is suspected that the company's image, environmental regulations, product prices and quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on efforts to shape public perceptions about environmentally friendly products. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained by the questionnaire method of a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the company's image, environmental regulations, product prices and quality have a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on efforts to shape public perceptions about environmentally friendly products. Judging from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of 0,827, it shows that people's perceptions about environmentally friendly products are explained by variables of company image, environmental regulations, and price and product quality by 82,7% and the rest by 17,3% represents other free variations that were not observed in this study.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the influence of Brand Awareness on the purchase intention of Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta, (2) the effect of product attributes on the buying interest in Oriflamecosmetic products in Surakarta, (3) the effect of advertising on the buying interest in cosmetic products. Oriflame Surakarta, and (4) the influence of brand awareness, product attributes, and advertisements on buying interest in Oriflamecosmetic products in Surakarta. While the hypotheses in this study are: (1) Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta City (2) Product attribute variables have a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta (3) Advertising variables have a significant effect on interest. buy Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta City (4) Variables Brand Awareness, Product Attributes, and Advertising simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. The research was conducted in the city of Surakarta. Based on the calculation results, the number of samples used was around 96.04 respondents or rounded to 97 respondents, using accidental random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques in this study were the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. From the Multiple Linear Regression Results, the Multiple Linear Regression Equation is obtained as follows: Y = -7.452 + 0.835 X1 + 0.587X2 + 0.310 X3 + e. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) Brand Awareness has a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (2) Product attributes have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (3) Advertising has a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (4) Brand Awareness, Product Attributes, and advertisement simultaneously have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara pasial maupun secara simultan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah: diduga pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini adalah analisis data deskriptif, uji regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = -4,118 + 0,539X1 + 0,508 X2 + 0,242 X3. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara pasial maupun secara simultan. ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of providing direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring to increase family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District both pasially and simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is: allegedly providing direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring has a significant effect on increasing family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District, both partially and simultaneously. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained from the answers to the questionnaire. The research sample used was 84 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive data analysis, multiple regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. Regression analysis results obtained by the regression equation: Y = -4,118 + 0,539X1 + 0,508 X2 + 0,242 X3. Data analysis in this study can be concluded that direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring have an effect on increasing family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District, both pasially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nasabah dalam keputusan menabung di Bank (study khasus di PD. BKK Eromoko, Cabang Nguntoronadi, Wonogiri). Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan menabung yaitu, Pelayanan, Hadiah, dan Jaminan. Dengan demikian penulis ingin mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan, hadiah dan jaminan terhadap keputusan menabung di bank secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah diduga pengaruh pelayanan, hadiah dan jaminan terhadap keputusan menabung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di bank PD. BKK Eromoko cabang Nguntoronadi, Wonogiri baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Hasil analisa dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelayanan, Hadiah dan Jaminan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di bank PD. BKK Eromoko cabang Nguntoronadi, Wonogiri baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan metode kuisioner dari populasi sebanyak 97 responden. Analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi liner berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi.
