Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Penyertaan Modal Daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah ; (2) pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah; (3) pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk Usia Produktif terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah pada kabupaten/kota di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersifat data panel selama 5 (lima) tahun periode tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 dari 14 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Alat analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda melalui Program Eviews 8. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari DJPK dan BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) penyertaan modal derah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; (2) produk domestik regional bruto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; (3) jumlah penduduk usia produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah pada kabupaten/kota di Kalimantan Barat.   Kata kunci : Penyertaan Modal Daerah , Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Jumlah Penduduk Usia Produktif, Pendpatan Asli Daerah

Abstract

ABSTRAK This research entitles "Enableness Model of Fisherman Public in Eradicate extreme poverty(Pengentasan Kemiskinan) in Pulau Cempedak Village at Kendawangan District Ketapang Regency, by Heronimus Tanam the year 2013, be case study research, aim to analyse, compiles and merangcang model, strategy, policy for the agenda of enableness of fisherman public for the agenda of pengentasan poorness in Pulau Cempedak Village at Kendawangan District Ketapang Regency . Form of research is descriptive research, with model/analyzed applied is SWOT method namely with identifying strength (strength), weakness ( weakness), opportunity ( opportunity) and threat ( treath). The result of research and survey and identification of internal factor and eksternal is known condition of effort for fishery in Cempedak's Island of Kendawangan's district at Ketapang Regency lies on Third Quadrant (turn around) so model or empowerment pattern in point is with utilize opportunity to settle weakness. Recommended common strategy is 1) Penyediaan is medium and prasarana is fishery arrest, 2) Constructions on islandic and Family and resident, 3) Increase education and fisherman society healths, 4) Pendampingan and counsellings to fishermen, 5) effort Development and capital application/investments for fisherman hole in the wall, 6) medium Development and prasarana is conducting fisheries, 7) common Medium Developments. Meanwhile special strategy is with exploit the nationals programs as PUMP, and really lents fund to get moving of on duty of Ketapang Regency fishery. Abstract

The difference in the amount of output produced, especially in the income variable in each branch office incorporated in the 6 office areas of CU Keling Keling is one of the basic or reasons that the writer wants to disclose as research material. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of all branch offices at Credit Union Keling Kumang and to determine the branch office of CU Keling Kumang which can be used as a benchmarking for other branch offices. This study uses a non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis approach. Data used during the 2017 period which includes 61 branch offices of the Credit Union Keling Kumang in West Kalimantan. The results of the research study showed that the technical efficiency performance of Credit Union Keling Kumang contained 3 branch offices which reached a maximum efficiency point of 100%, namely Branch office Ng. Belitang, Batu Buil Branch Office and Sayan Branch Office while 58 other branch offices are still inefficiencies with an efficiency score of between 25.68% s.d. 94.44%.  Keywords: Efficiency, Third Parties Funds, Price of Labor, Interest Cost, Workforce Total, Credit Total, Income Total

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research studies on regional tax Improvement Strategy in Ketapang. Problems in the analysis in this Research has pe are (1) how the effectiveness of tax revenue in Ketapang area; (2) What efforts have been made ​​to increase local tax revenue in Ketapang; (3) how the position of local taxes in Ketapang District; and (4) any constraints and obstacles encountered in increasing local tax revenue in the District Ketapang. Theoretical approach in this thesis rests pad a regional financial theory (Davey; 1988, Musgrave; 1993, Kaho, 1995, Mardiasmo; 2004 Official; 2007), and empirical approach refers to previous studies conducted by (Lains, 1995, Saragih; 1996, Lee and Snow; 1997, and Pause; 2000). The type of data that used is a time series (time series), while the data source consists of primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used is a quantitative and qualitative form of measurement of the effectiveness of tax collection, tax collection efforts, trouncing jat local independence, typology klassen and SWOT. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness, in the period of 2009-2013, Retained Earnings average local tax revenues in Ketapang very effective. The results of the analysis of k lassen typology of seven types of taxes that the object of research, there are no local taxes are categorized as excellent, there is one type of tax as a potential category, four types of taxes in developing categories, and two types categorized as retarded. The degree of financial independence in the category area Ketapang low. Efforts to improve tax collection has been carried out by the relevant agencies through programs and activities to improve infrastructure, increase the capability of personnel, coordination with parties related to local taxes, and dissemination of information about the local tax community. The results of Ana lysis SWOT, appropriate strategies to increase local tax revenue in Ketapang using SO strategy or strategies aggressive / expansive, which powers a whole strength and maximally exploit opportunities oriented on developing a way : (1) to optimized local regulations related to local tax revenues by leveraging the support of communication and media tools mas s a more advanced; (2) maximize the p rogram activities in raising local taxes revenue results by utilizing the ease of access to pay local taxes. Abstract

This research has an intention to find out whether the allocation of government spending and government investment terehadap affect economic growth in Sekadau, Melawi and Sintang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of government spending and government investment to economic growth in Sekadau, Melawi and Sintang. This research used explanatory, with data from 2007 up to 2012, this study intends to examine and explain the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. As for the variables in this study are: government spending, government investment and economic growth. The results showed a significant effect that the value of F at 8.553 with a probability value of 0.003, meaning that the variable government spending and government investment simultaneously influence / significantly to economic growth, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.533, meaning that the influence exerted on the two variables amounted to 53.3% while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Impact of Land Price Increases To Rent Building, Growth and Developed of Sintang City (Bidrent Theory Approach). This type  is descriptive research with  qualitative and quantitative approaches. The aim of research first is to analyze changes of the price of land in urban as well as the growth of business premises and dwellings or settlements in four (4) locations, namely the Kapuas Kanan Hilir Village (Masuka), Ladang Village (Near fo Melawi River), and Kapuas Kiri Hilir Village (Dara Juanti Museum), and Kapuas Kanan Hulu (Sungai Durian), the second aim is to analyze the spatial distribution of direction of developed (expansion) of Sintang City. The variables studied were growth in price/rent of land, the number of businesses and the expansion of the city toward the spatial distribution, the method used is survey method, observation and interviews with respondents or informants. The results of research showed that in the last 10 years the growth of land prices are highest in Kapuas Kanan Hilir (Masuka) regions was reached as 122%, Top two was Ladang Village (Cross of Melawi River), the third is Kapuas Kanan Hilir village (Masuka) and its four is Kapuas Kiri Hilir Village (Museum). While the price of land is highest in the area of Kapuas Hulu Kanan Village between Rp1.500.000, - until Rp11.000.000, - per m2 (square meter) with an average growth of 47.80%. The rising price of land as a result of the development of the city it self, followed by the growth of residential and business premises as well as economic facilities, bank, hotel, education, healthcare, and other social facilities. Direction of the spatial distribution of urban growth Sintang developed following the growing number of business premises and land prices. Spatial distribution of growth is 63.20% Sintang City leads to the Kapuas Kanan Hilir village (Masuka). To Ladang Village (17.69%), to Sungai Durian (13.32%) and the directions to the Kapuas Kiri Hilir village (5.79%). This means that Bidrent theory applies only to a certain point, does not apply if it is associated with the development of a city that is not symmetrical, because in a city there is new growth centers. Abstract

Regional autonomy has given authority to local regions and districts to be more independent in managing and organizing local government, including the use of resource that could potentially create economic growth from the tourism sector. Utilization of the tourism sector became one of the efforts to increase local revenue (PAD) for financing regional development. Effective management of the tourism sector that can stimulate regional economic growth in the form of revenue expenditure of tourists visiting the area by incrising retribution from the area. It can also boost earnings in other sectors such as incomes from hotel tax, restaurant tax and entertainment tax. This research aimed to estimate the magnitude of the potential annual incomes of Sanggau from the tourism sector. The research also examined the effect of budget realization of tourism to the number of visitor attractions, the hotel tax revenue, restaurants tax revenues and the entertainment taxes revenues. Then the influence of the number of visitor attractions to acceptance of retribution, the influence of the number of visitor attractions of the hotel tax revenue, the effect of the number of visitor attractions to restaurants tax revenues, and the influence of the number of visitors to incomes from entertainment taxes in Sanggau. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that if the twenty one attractions that have been classified have 156,399 visitors, Sanggau government could receive additional retribution of at least Rp. 781,995,000, - and maximum of Rp. 1,563,990,000, -. The findings also showed that the realization of budget from tourism significantly influenced the number of visitors, hotel and restaurants taxes, but did not significantly affect the revenues from entertainment taxes. The number of visitors then significantly affected the acceptance of tourism retribution. However, the number of tourism visitors did not significantly affect the revenues from hotel, restaurants and entertainment taxes in Sanggau. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was done to analyze the impact of inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate in West Kalimantan period 1992-2011. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression. The hypotheses were tested using partial T-test, partial F-test, and coefficients of determination test (R2). This study found that the inflation trend is insignificantly influential to the unemployment rate it was shown by the result of significant level 0,273 > 0,05. On the other side, the unemployment rate and economic growth show negative significant influent at 0,038 < 0,05significant level with -0,282 regression. Meanwhile, test of inflation variable and economic growth variable show significant influent to the unemployment rate at 0,000 < 0,05significant level. These result indicate that inflation and economic growth are simultaneously influent to the unemployment. Key words: Inflation, Economic Growth, Unemployment

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan dan pengelolaan dana desa di desa maju dan tertinggal yang ada di Kabupaten Kuburaya, selanjutnya untuk dianalisis apakah dalam pengelolaan dana desa tersebut memiliki perbedaan.mengingat pemerintah telah mengatur pengelolaan dan penggunaan dana desa tersebut sesuai dengan tipologi (tipe) desa.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel desa maju adalah Desa Sungai Raya Dalam dan sampel desa tertinggalnya adalah Desa Sungai Ambangah untuk penggunaan dana desa Tahun 2017.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan dana desa di desa maju (Sungai Raya Dalam) dan desa tertinggal (Sungai Ambangah) dalam  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban telah melibatkan masyarakat, akan tetapi dalam pelaporan pertanggungjawabannya melewati batas waktu yang ditentukan. Untuk Penggunaan dana desa, desa tertinggal (Sungai Ambangah) telah menggunakan dana desa sesuai prioritas sebagai desa tertinggal yaitu untuk pembangunan sarana dasar, sedangkan Penggunaan dana desa di Desa Sungai Raya Dalam masih belum sesuai, karena, pemanfaatan dana desa belum   mendukung terciptanya wairausahawan dan tenaga profesional serta perluasan /ekspansi usaha ekonomi desa, karena sebagian besar dana desa untuk pembangunan sarana dasar  sepertihalnya desa tertinggal. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji beda pengelolaan dana desa diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara statistik ada Perbedaan pengelolaan dana desa di desa maju (Sungai Raya Dalam) dan desa tertinggal (Sungai Ambangah) t hitung sebesar 3,282 dan signifikan pada alpha  0,002 (0,2%)Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengelolaan, Pelaporan dan Pertanggungjawaban

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is titled "An Analysis of the Independency in Financial Management in District/City Level of Kalimantan Barat Province". The goal of this research is to analyze the level of local financial independence and the effectiveness of Region's Local Revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah/PAD) at the District/City Level in the Province of Kalimantan Barat. Data collected are secondary data from 2007-2010, which were the District/City Level Budget from 2007-2010. The method of research is through quantitative-descriptive analysis which will then be inputted into tables to figure out the level of local financial independency and the effectiveness of Region's Local Revenue (PAD) at the District/City Level in the Province of Kalimantan Barat. The data that is used are time series Budget data (2007-2010) from 14 Districts/Cities in the Province of Kalimantan Barat. The data source that was used is from the Province of Kalimantan Barat's Regional Financial Bureau. The results of the research indicates that: 1) The ratio of local financial independency at the District/City Level in the Province of Kalimantan Barat are around the range of 1,44%-11,74%, which ranks at the category of Lacking and Highly Lacking. This means that the Districts/Cities in the Province of Kalimantan Barat have a high reliance towards external funds to support development of the region. 2) The effectiveness ratio of the Region's Local Revenue (PAD) at the District/City Level in the Province of Kalimantan Barat is still under 100%. This ratio shows that not all Districts/Cities were effectively using the Region's Local Revenue to achieve the targeted development, or what was budgeted at the Regional Budget (APBD). 3) The degree ratio of decentralized fiscal at the District/City Level in the Province of Kalimantan Barat is still very small at the range of 1,42%-10,50%, which is ranked at Lacking and Highly Lacking. This shows that the contribution made by the Region's Local Revenue (PAD) to the total income of the region is miniscule.
