Abstract

It is important to assess the level of satisfaction among university students because research findings linked satisfaction with academic performance. This study aims to validate the level of satisfaction assessment tool, which would measure the characteristics of the instrument. The respondents were 231 students of the university. The data were collected using a survey questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis and descriptive statistics were the methods utilized. Estimation of main components of the analysis utilized the Varimax rotation method, extraction of factors used eigenvalues greater than one, and for selection of items. Reliability of assessment tool was measured with the use of Cronbach’s alpha. The analysis resulted three factors which explained 51.7% of the total variance. The three factors were: Personal and Professional satisfaction, Student Support satisfaction and Instruction-related satisfaction. The reliability of the scale was α = .861, and its factors were 0.810, 0.753, and 0.717, respectively. These were within the minimum acceptable value. Results showed that the scale was reliable and valid tool to determine the level of satisfaction among university students. Keywords: Student’s satisfaction, Factor analysis, Reliability, Validity

Abstract

Introduction: Reproductive health is a state of overall health related to the reproductive system. Adolescent group is the group that have most of risk in reproductive health, because there is a very large of physical change, that is maturation of reproductive organs and functions. Adolescents begin to feel a sexual urge and are attracted to other geneder so they are have risk of unwanted pregnancy, abortion and HIV / AIDS. The purpose of this study is to find out of knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health and its relationship with sexual behavior in adolescents. Methods: This research was cross sectional study. Population’s study were all of 1st grade students of Senior High School Sooko 1 Ponorogo (70 students) with 60 studets for sample. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. Data were collected by giving questionnaires and interviews to the sample group. Data were analyzed with Fisher exact test. Results: Fisher Exact Test was showed p> 0.05 for the relationship between reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior of students and and the Fisher Exact Test was also showed p> 0.05 for the relationship between sexual behavior and students' attitudes toward reproductive health. Conclusion: There did not have relationship between knowledge of reproductive health with sexual behavior and also did not have relationship between sexual behavior with reproductive health attitudes in students. Abstract

Limitation study area in this article is the starting point of three scholarly foundations, the foundation of ontology related to the object of study, epistemological ground with regard to the method used in the study and axiology related to foundation with the purpose or significance of the study. The object of study in this article is the competence of the Religious Court in the interpretation of Islamic family law in Indonesia, covering permasalahan Interpretation of Family Law Islamic Religious Courts Indonesia, procedures Interpretation of Family Law Islamic Religious Courts Indonesia, judgment of Religious Courts in Indonesia there Interpretation Law and competent in the interpretation of Islamic Family Law in Indonesia Religious Courts. The method used, the study included a kind of normative legal studies approach to the blade, then the method of analysis, there are three, namely: (1) political approach, (2) statue approach, (3) analytical approach. The data source materials normative, ie competence Religious Courts of Indonesia and all sources of Islamic family law that is set in the regulations and legislation arranged in hierarchical.Techniques are Data collections to study for the document. This study, including qualitative assessment of normative, the analytical descriptive analysis (explanatory). Theoretical framework used, ie at the level of grand theory using the theory of ijtihad, the middle level of theory using the theory of law and society and on the plains applied theory using the theory of Islamic Sharia Judical system. While the significance of this study is to find the source of the law, the legal function and purpose of law. The results in the study which were to find the nature of legal interpretation procedures, problems that are interpreted in the Religious and who are competent to interpret the Islamic family law in Indonesia Religious Courts.
