Abstract

Talaga Village has a fairly high population density with a total of 4174 inhabitants recorded at the end of 2021 and is currently entering the demographic bonus phase so it must be make the best use of it. The proportion of the female population is almost more than half of the total village population of 2054 people, combined with 213 business units facing the challenges of the digital economy, so it is a must to have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which contribute greatly to the village economy. However, based on this number, all MSME units are still operating offline. Even though the potential of information and communication technology infrastructure has reached all village area. Therefore a strategy is needed through innovation in the development of MSMEs in this era Abstract today's massive digital economy. One of them is through E-MSMEs, namely marketing online -based MSME products as a progressive step to improve the economy Talaga Village. The stages that must be carried out include socialization as well as data collection, creation of e-commerce accounts, to goods delivery systems. This case do for facing the challenges of the digital economy, so it is a must to have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which contribute greatly to the village economy. effective marketing strategies and policies. This method is expected to maintain existence UMKM, empower women, and improve their economy in Talaga Village.

Abstract

The surplus of human resources in Cipete village is quite potential. This makes it a promising potential to be developed into a labor-intensive village. This community empowerment and training program aims to develop the potential of human resources in Cipete to produce handicraft products that have better value added and can make the community have a prosperous independent economy. After this program is implemented, the results obtained are the development of handicraft products that are unique, interesting, and innovative and have sufficient selling value, and also make the surrounding community better understand the flow of products from upstream to downstream by utilizing the potential that exists around the environment, both human and natural resources.

Abstract

Student Community Service (Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa/KKM) is an activity that provides experiences in empowering communities which becomes a golden opportunity for students to express their ideas, innovations, and thoughts that sharpen critical thinking. Through the implementation of KKM, it is expected that students are able to develop social and personal competencies. The community service methods carried out by KKM Group 112 students are through KKM orientation, entrepreneurship counseling and mentoring for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), mutual cooperation activities, digital marketing education seminars, halal studies socialization, sexual violence socialization, and teaching at elementary schools and kindergartens. The target audience of this activity is the surrounding community of the KKM location, which consists of housewives, micro-business owners, and children of Kaserangan Village.

Abstract

Applying clean and healthy behavior (PHBS) is important to implement in life, especially during a pandemic like what the whole world is currently experiencing. The importance of maintaining this is also inseparable from maintaining faith and immunity that we must always keep. The purpose of this activity is to educate and utilize the available time to increase the knowledge and faith of residents around Sukmajaya Subdistrict. By using online socialization methods through the creation of several video content such as educational videos on the prevention of COVID-19 transmission, distribution of hand sanitizers, medical masks, pamphlets, leaflets, and several webinars including religious, health, and entrepreneurship topics. Such as how our behavior can prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the community, how to use leisure time to continue to get closer to the Almighty, and how we can survive during the pandemic with all efforts, especially entrepreneurship, by holding activities that open up more opportunities for MSME entrepreneurs for residents of Sukmajaya Subdistrict, Jombang District, Cilegon City.

Abstract

During this COVID-19 pandemic, there are still many people whose productivity figures have decreased due to the COVID-19 that hit Indonesia since two years ago and its impact on the economy. Therefore, the Thematic Student Work Lecture (KKM) of Universita Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa is to provide workshops or training to the community to stay productive during the pandemic. The population of activities in Ketapang village is all residents but the intended target is mothers and adults in Ketapang village can be productive so that they can create jobs and can take advantage of the village's potential in the form of seafood to make frozen food such as dimsum and others. The KKM implementation method is a program oriented to community assistance in the economic field, exploring local potential, and exploring the potential of human resources. The purpose of this study was to increase the productivity of the Ketapang village community during the pandemic by holding a dimsum sales MSME workshop. Some of the results achieved were the audience's understanding of MSMEs, and providing socialization of training on how to make dim sum, as well as helping to promote citizen entrepreneurship.
