Abstract

This research aims to group districts/cities in the Province of North Sumatera based on the Human Development Index Indicator. To solve this problem, the researcher uses the K-Means Clustering Algorithm Method. Where the source of research data is collected based on documents describing the Human Development Index produced by the Central Bureau of Statistics. The data used in this researh is the Human Development Index data and the Human Development Index Indicator in 2020. The data will be processed by doing clustering in 3 clusters namely high, medium, and low level of development index. By doing this research, it is expected to be able to the provincial government of North Sumatera regarding the policies that need to be carried out to create equitable development in the Province of North Sumatera, as well as increase the Human Development Index in the Province of North Sumatera.

Abstract

Banks are business entities that collect public funds as a place to carry out various financial-related transaction activities that people generally use to save money. Saving or saving money is an activity to set aside a portion of income for future needs. There are many kinds of banks in Indonesia that offer all the advantages ranging from administration to the interest given to customers. Decision Support System (DSS) is one of the decision-making methods that can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is determining the selection of the best bank for account opening. Therefore, the author will examine and compare several bank names and bank criteria needed by prospective customers to open a new account. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and literature study. It is hoped that this writing and research can add insight to anyone. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision support system by using a hierarchy and making comparisons on each criterion and alternative that is considered in decision making. It is very important in choosing a bank because the better the facilities and types of services provided by the bank, the greater satisfaction with the customer. In this study, the authors compare four banks that are widely chosen by the general public, namely Mandiri, BCA, BRI and BNI with four selection criteria including Administration, Interest, Transaction and Investment Limits located in the Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta Bogor Depok Tangerang Bekasi).

Abstract

Alor Regency is an area located at 8o6' South Latitude – 8o36' South Latitude and 123o48' East Longitude – 25o 48' East Longitude. Alor as an archipelagic region with wide waters and rich in various types of fishright. The tides (tidal) of sea water is a phenomenon of periodic ups and downs of sea levels that can affect the activities of coastal communities. The existence of today's technological advances by predicting the height of the tides can be a control for the sustainability of community activities in coastal areas affected by the tides. Predictions are made using tidal data in time series since 2019, 2020, and 2021 obtained from the PUSHIDROSAL website using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) algorithm based on Cloud Computing. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build tidal predictions in Alor, NTT which then integrates all datasets into the Cloud Computing environment to speed up data processing.parameter tuning is done with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel using a gamma parameter of 1000 which produces an RMSE value of 0.0105 and a correlation of 1, so the model is considered quite good in predicting tides at the Alor pushidrosal station, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

PT. Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara is a company that produces technology that can automatically feed fish which can be monitored through the eFishery website. A website must include aspects in order to maintain the information available in it and the quality of use. Problems that are often encountered in a website are usability problems which result in users often being mistaken for an inappropriate interface. Since it was founded in 2013, there has never been a usability evaluation of the eFishery website so it is not known whether this website is in accordance with what the community needs or not. Based on these problems, usability assessment needs to be carried out using a heuristic method on the efishery.com website based on suggestions and criticisms from several evaluators who are experts in the field of web programming, UI/UX. The goal is to find out problems with usability on the efishery.com website and as a consideration for the efishery.com website development team for further improvements to suit user needs. This study focuses on the usability assessment of the efishery.com website along with recommended solutions. The method used in this research is Heuristic which involves three experienced experts as evaluators to assess the efishery.com website. From the results of this study, it was found that the problem with the highest percentage was on the principle of esthetics and Minimalist Design with the heuristic code H7 was 46% while the lowest percentage was in the code H2, H3, H4 and H5 of 0%, so it does not have to be repaired.

Abstract

Tides in the waters of Tanjung Medang, Riau, have an important role of lives in communities around the coast, one of them is to help a fishermen when they want to go to sea. Cloud computing is an online based data storage that can make various human activities easier. The method that we used for this research is Support Vector Regression (SVR) with Cost (C) and Gamma parameters. The purpose of this research is to obtain the data accuracy and determine the RMSE value of the model in data processing process. The data will be stored through one of the cloud computing technologies, namely Software As A Service (SaaS) storage. Based on the research result, the Support Vector Regression (SVR) model was good enough to be used in processing tidal prediction data used Gamma parameter with a gain value of 100 and RMSE value of 0.451896.
