Abstract

The development of irrigation areas in North Sumatra is a decision-making process with many criteria (multi-criteria decision making) that requires a tool or method that can convert qualitative data into quantitative data and to be used in making decisions on these problems. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a method that can be used to determine the ranking or hierarchy of various alternatives that are the subject of discussion. The AHP method decomposes complex multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy that performs measurements to find the ratio scale of pairwise comparisons, both for discrete and continuous data. The AHP stage is to define the problem to be discussed, Then a hierarchical structure (levels) is made by making general goals as the beginning of making the hierarchy and then continuing with sub-goals, criteria and possible alternatives at the bottom of the hierarchy. The next step is to create a pairwise comparison matrix for each pair of elements and criteria that are the topic of discussion. These comparisons can be taken from actual measures or basic scales that reflect the strength of the decision maker's feelings and relative preferences.

Abstract

The recruitment process for Kanisius Printing Publisher Yogyakarta is the process of getting the best prospective employees from all applicants. In the process, applicants must go through several stages of selection, namely administrative tests, written tests, interview tests and medical tests. However, all processes are still done manually. This resulted in the recruitment process takes a long time in determining qualified applicants and in accordance with company criteria. In this research, a software decision-making support system for recruitment of employees is created which functions to help the company make the right decisions in a relatively faster time using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a superior method for selecting competitive activities or many alternatives based on certain criteria. The main function of this software is to help the company, in this case the HRD section, to get prospective employees who match the criteria needed by the company. This software is implemented using the PHP MySQL programming language.

Abstract

This Labuan Bajo Tourism Package Decision Support System is a decision support system created to assist tourists in determining the tour package that best fits the criteria based on the budget, length of trip and the weight of the destination desired by tourists. This Decision Support System uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method, the higher the weight of the criteria given, the greater the percentage of packages offered. This system has data on tourist attractions in Labuan Bajo which serves to support the decision-making process. The data entered in this system is in the form of the maximum package price and the desired length of the package trip. This system is built using ZK Framework scripting language with MySQL database and Apache web server.

Abstract

The regeneration of the Sanata Dharma University Student Representative Council (DPMU) management is carried out regularly at the end of each year. One of the stages that DPMU board candidates go through is an interview. The interview aims to assess candidates with the criteria that have been set as DPMU administrators. In the regeneration process, DPMU often finds it difficult to determine positions that match the criteria possessed by the candidate concerned. The problem that will arise when the admissions committee assigns positions to candidates who do not match the criteria they have is that the candidate's performance is not optimal. This decision support system was created to help provide recommendations to the DPMU in determining the position of the position. The system will be made using Case Based Reasoning method. Knowledge data and criteria data used are data owned by DPMU. Testing is done by comparing the results of system calculations with decisions made by the DPMU management manually. From the trial, it was concluded that the system using the Case Based Reasoning method was quite capable in determining the position of the DPMU but not yet satisfactory.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that is intended to assist decision making by utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured or semi-structured problems. The purpose of this study was to measure the accuracy and precision of the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) algorithm in selecting desktop-based candidates for Regional Health Insurance. The decision support system that is built is expected to help sub-district staff in making decisions. This decision support system is made using the Java programming language and MySQL database. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative. In this study the SAW method was chosen because this method is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the right to receive Regional Health Insurance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that the decision support system using the SAW algorithm ( Simple Additive Weighting) is precise and accurate in selecting JAMKESDA recipients as seen from the percentage comparison between SAW and Manual.

thesis. The application program was built by applying the Brown-Gibson method which is capable of measuring both qualitative and In making a decision to buy a house, a buyer will consider a variety of complex criteria, such as qualitative (non-numeric) and quantitative (numeric) criteria to get the best decision. To simplify the process, a home purchase decision-making application program was created in this quantitative criteria. The algorithms in the Brown-Gibson method used in this application program include: "Performance Measurement" to measure quantitative criteria, such as house selling price, land area, building area and number of bedrooms; “Pairwise Comparison” to measure qualitative criteria, such as architectural style, position of the building, proximity to the work environment, proximity to shopping centers, proximity to the educational environment, state of the home environment, building status, house certificate; and "Preference of Measurement" which combines the quantitative and qualitative criteria to produce a priority weight that can be accepted as a measurement result for each alternative house as a whole. The final result of this thesis is an application program that provides the highest value for an alternative home. The house that gets the highest score is an alternative house that has the most suitable specifications according to the criteria considered by the buyer. Abstract

Magelang Regency is a district located on the slopes of Mount Merapi in the western region, this existence makes Magelang Regency has potential in the field of mineral mining in the form of sand and rock. The number of riots that occurred because of the opening of the mine that was not in accordance with the provisions of the Energy, Resources and Minerals Service made the candidates for the mine opener confused in determining the place that was in accordance with the provisions of the service. Each prospective mine opener has his own considerations in determining the location. This final project is made to help provide recommendations to prospective mine openers in determining the location to be opened by considering the distance from settlements, distance from the highway, area, type of mine, and mine location. Decision Support System was built using PHP and MySQL. User can select criteria to compare each location. The method used to provide recommendations is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) based on the criteria selected by the user. The final result obtained is the recommended mine location based on the order of the final scores of the compared mine sites.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of class XI TKJ A SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan in the subject of network service technology using the TAI (Team Accelerated Instruction) learning model. The data collection method in this study used the method of observation, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. This analysis is applied by processing the activity scores and the average student learning outcomes test scores, calculating the percentage, presenting the data, then drawing conclusions. The most prominent increase occurred in mental activity which increased by 20.60%. This is evidenced by the percentage of student activity at the end of the cycle is 80.43%, which means an increase from the initial data or baseline (51.19%). At the end of the cycle, the average score of students was 79.14, which means an increase from the initial data or baseline (66).
