The term of this study is: Does the job satisfaction, and work stress affect on employee performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The aim of the study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, and work stress of employees performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The sample of this study were 50 employees at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN. The technique of the data analysis in this research is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis.The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and work stress has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN, finally job satisfaction, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Work Stress and Employee Performance

The formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: How does health and safety affect (K3) to the employee's performance at PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan?, how is the influence of leadership on the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? How does competency affect employee Kinarja? How does the working environment affect employee performance? How does occupational health and safety affect (K3) and leadership, competence, and working environment in the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? The objectives of this study are as follows: to know and analyze the impact of occupational health and Safety (K3), leadership, competence and working environment on the performance of employees of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan. The samples in this study amounted to 60 employees. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on research conducted on employees of PT. Air Asia Indonesia Medan, the results of research that occupational health and safety, leadership, competence and work environment are positively and significantly affected by employee performance. The weakness of teachers performance is unresolved untill present. Various studies held to identificate factors that hadcontrtibution to increase teacher performance. In this study head master leadership and teacher motivation were the factors expected had an effect to teacher performance This study applied descriptive methode with quantitive strategy. Sample collected byStratified Proporsional random Sampling technique. The data collecting technique used literatures studies, questionnaires and observation.The result of study show thatpartially, leadership did not affect positively and significant to teacher performance.Compensation did not affect positively and significant to teacher performance. Motivation affected positively but not significant to teacher performance. Simultaneous, leadership, compensationand motivation affected to teacher motivation.Keywords: Leadership, compensation, motivation and performance

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the effect of emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture partially or simultaneously toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai either partially or simultaneously.The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis and then analyzed by using multiple linier regression. The variables in this research are the emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture as independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as dependent variable. The sample used in this research is 30 people. The results showed partially variable emotional intelligence level have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), variable of job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and variable of organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Simultaneously variables emotional inteligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture have an effect on on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) equel 11,176 and significance value 0,000. The value of R Square is 0,563. This shows that 56,3% organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai can be explained by the variables level emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational culture, while the rest 43,7% not done research. Harbolnas (National Online Shopping Day) is a day of celebration to encourage and educate the public about the convenience of online shopping. Online buying and selling sites have started to promote it in television media, and are competing to become the best online buying and selling forum site. The number of business people who market their products will give people the choice to buy it more easily, practically and economically by accessing the site. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the variables that most influence consumer purchasing decisions online(1), To find out and analyze trust variables that partially affect consumer purchasing decisions online(2), To find out and analyze trust that moderates all independent variables on consumer purchasing decisions online(3). The data collecting method is interview, questioner, and documentation. An organization is established because it has goals that it wants and must achieve. The importance of the role of human resources in educational institutions, human’resources’should be managed properly. Managing human resources is the duty of a manager. The word "managing" in the phrase managing human resources shows that the task of managing educational institutions such as the Main Potential University is required to be able to motivate and direct and influence so that they are able’to carry out’their duties well to support other resources within the organization.Performance Assessment is a formal and structured system that measures, assesses, and influences traits related to work, behavior, and results, including rates of absence. The focus is to find out how productive an employee or employee is and whether he can perform equally or more effectively in the future, so that employees, organizations and communities all benefit.This study aims to see’how the influence of work spirit, clarity of role, physical work environment on employee performance at the Main Potential University. In this study, data was obtained through the dissemination of assessments of employee performance at the University of Main Potential. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the organizational commitment influence on employee performance, how to influence individual characteristics on employee performance, how emotional intelligence affects employee performance and how Influence of organizational commitment, individual characteristics and simultaneous emotional intelligence to employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS).The population in this study was all the employees of Medan's Palm Research Center (PPKS) amounting to 37 people who were also samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and polls (questionnaires). Data analysis methods using SPSS version 22. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work placement, communication, compensation and motivation to work on employee achievement at PT. Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru. This study uses an associative quantitative research. This study uses primary data where data is collected using questionnaires. This research was conducted by PT. Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru with a population of 98 employees and samples of 98 respondents. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, some linear regression analyses, hypothesis testing and coeficient test determination. The results of the analysis show that work placement affects employees ' work achievement. Communication affects employees ' working achievements. Compensation affects the achievement of work. Work motivation affects work achievement. The results of the analysis proved that simultaneously the placement of work, communication, compensation and motivation to work on the employees ' work achievement jointly PT. The question in this study is whether there is an influence of work attitudes, working environment and the characteristics of work on a partial and simultaneous performance. The aim of the study was to analyse the influence of occupational attitudes, working environment and job characteristics on employee performance. Samples used amounted to 63 people. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study explain that working attitude variables, work environment and the characteristics of the work have an effect on the performance of both employees in a partial and simultaneous manner.Keywords : Attitude, Environment, Characteristics and Performance

An increase in the number of BMT Kampoeng Syariah Medan customers indicates that an increase in the number of these customers is related to customer loyalty. But the high demand for customers is not matched by an increase in service managers. So that the process of making money is experiencing a delay. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used is customers who use BMT Kampoeng Syariah Medan landline services. Based on the results of this study indicate (1) the first hypothesis of the service quality variable (X) to the satisfaction variable (Z) shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction; (2) the similarity hypothesis of the three service quality variables (X) and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty variables (Y) shows that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In testing the direct and indirect effects, the service quality variable (X) on customer loyalty (Y) through satisfaction (Z) shows that satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality on customer loyalty with positive results Keywords customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, service quality
