Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and work ability towards organizational commitment and its impact on the employee performance. Endogenous variable in this research is the performance of employees, while, the exogenous variables are the organizational climate and work ability. This research proposes organizational commitment to be the intervening variable. This research using a 55 samples who are taken from the employees of Perindagkop and SMEs in Pontianak City. The type of research was a descriptive survey research with questionnaire as the   main data collecting media. Method of sampling in this research is census method where the entire population being sampled. Data were analyzed using path analysis (Path Analysis) facilitated by SPSS for Windows 22.0. The results showed that the organizational climate and the ability to work in a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and the performance of employees. In contrast, the variable organizational commitment has no significant effect to employee performance. It means that organizational commitment to the organization of the Perindagkop and SMEs Pontianak City has no effect on employee performance improvement.

Abstract

Educators accountants have a significant role in the education world. This paper aims to gain a better understanding and in-depth information on the aspects that make up the women"™s options for a career as an accountant educators. Further goal is to explaining the selection of women"™s careers as educators accountant in perspective Simone de Beauvoir. This paper used a qualitative approach. Researcher also conducted narrative researchers through in-depth interviews to the 7 (seven) women in the Department of Accounting Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. From the interviews, founded are six aspects that make up the women"™s options for a career as an accountant educators. These six aspect are the job opportunity (vacancies), time work flexibility, family background, meeting many people (students), childhood dream, and knowledge sharing. From these six aspect of the career choice, job opportunity (vacancies) and time flexibility aspect are the most disclosed widely aspect in choosing a career as an accountant educators. In addition, Simone de Beauvoir perspective can not explain the selection of women"™s careers as educators accountant.

Abstract

The local government can take over their support of various factors resources that can drive the wheels of government organizations in order to achieve objectives. Local Government Expenditure is expected to meet the needs of terrain is through the PAD, as well as other sources of revenue. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of West Kalimantan Year 2009-2014, namely in the form of DAU, PAD, and Expenditure in West Kalimantan. The results showed that the F test between DAU and PAD together a significant influence on regional spending is shown on the F count (3,598) F table (3.032), at a significance level of 0.033 under significance level 0,05 (0.033 0.05).

Abstract

The current business developments indicate that almost all of the products or services competitive to face the competition in a market. The same thing happens with existing business hotel in Singkawang city, the hotel added every year will certainly increase the amount of competition in this industry, especially in the quality of service that can fully meet the needs and desires of consumers and to give satisfaction to the consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the functional value, influence the quality of service to the emotional value, the effect of functional value to customer satisfaction, the influence of emotional value to customer satisfaction, and the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to assess and obtain empirical evidence by testing different response toward servant leadership, job satisfaction on the performance of employees in non bank financial institutions of Pontianak. Non probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling is applied. The study was conduct 100 respondents, consist of 50 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Pontianak and 50 employees of PT. Finansia Multi Finance Pontianak. The result shows that among PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Pontianak and PT. Finansia Multi Finance Pontianak there is a difference in case of servant leadership, job satisfaction and performance of employees where as the similarity between both non bank financial institutions on Pontianak.
