<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Pelindo 1 Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch. The type of research used is associative/relationship research. The population in this study was all non-shift employees at PT. Pelindo 1 Domestic Container Terminal Branch in the Finance and General Division, IT and Management Systems Division and Engineering Division which amounted to 54 people and the determination of the number of samples in this study was by making the population into a sample so that theampels of this study numbered 54. The source of this research data is primary data using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data collection method used is survey research. This study uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient analysis for statistical analysis and regression models have been tested first in classical assumption tests. The results of the study stated that partial testing showed that career development had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Pelindo 1 Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch. Pengujian partially also shows that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Pelindo 1 Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch and pengujian simultaneously showed that career development and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch, to partially determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch and to find out and analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch which has a total of 35 people, where the sempel collection uses the entire population because of the relatively small population of 35 respondents. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the influence between Promotion and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, medan. While the sample used accidental sampling is a sampling method carried out using anyone who was met by chance as a sample, for this study was 100 people. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of questionnaires and uses a likert scale in the selection of selection responses, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 22. The conclusion of the study that positive promotion variables have auh effect and are partially significant in purchasing decisions. Thenthe variable kuality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Andsimultaneously it can also be concluded that the variables X1 (Promotion), X2 (Product Quality) together affect the variable Y (Decisionn Purchase).Based on the results of the data analysis, the advice given to the company is that the company is expected to provide a better alternative in terms of product promotion and quality so that consumers can choose the product]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the act of active billing in the disbursement of tax arrears at KPP Pratama Medan Kota. To find out and analyze the factors that cause the low amount of active tax collection realization is not proportional to the amount of arrears at KPP Pratama Medan City. In this study using a descriptive approach. The type of data collected is quantitative. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the act of active tax collection has not been achieved every year. And with a low collection target amount not proportional to the amount of tax arrears balance, it turns out that the active collection action in disbursing tax arrears has not gone smoothly. Factors causing the low number of active billing realizations are caused by internal factors and external factors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze workload affecting performance, to find out and analyze work stress affects performance and to find out and analyze workload and work stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Post Office. The approach used in this study was an associative approach while the sample that met the criteria for drawing an observation sample was 67 people using a saturated sample, namely all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Post Office. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study uses Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data management in this study used the SPSS (statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 16.0. The results of this study prove that partially workload affects Employee Performance while Work Stress has an effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneous Workload and Work Stress affect Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The unrest and complaints against fintech or PM-Fintech have recently been very lively on social media, for example on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. There are many netizens who report the presence of callers from various fintech companies to the list of contact numbers. So that this study has the aim of conducting a descriptive economic analysis of legal and illegal online loan institutions from 2017-2021, conducting a descriptive economic analysis of the development of crime that occurs due to illegal loans in Indonesia in 2020-2021, analyzing factors that affect GEN Z making online loans. The methods used in this study are quantitative and quality research or commonly referred to as the Mix Method. The result of this research is that the development of online loan companies is increasing every year but for those registered with the ojk is decreasing, the development of Online Loan Crime is increasing rapidly, this is seen from the many complaints to the OJK and the news circulating, lifestyle factors do not have an effect and are significant on Online Loans, the Needs Factor has a positive and significant effect on Online Loans, Access to Financial Institutions has a positive and significant effect on Online Loans.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic pawnshops are one of the financial institutions that apply the concept of sharia which is far from usury (interest). The purposes of this research are: 1) To find out the implementation of the gold pawn system in the Unit Pegadaian Syariah (UPS) Ayahanda Medan. 2) to find out whether the implementation of the re-pawning system or the addition of loans at the Unit Pegadaian Syariah (UPS) Ayahanda Medan is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa or not. As for the implementation of this research using qualitative methods, namely data collection that is specific in nature where the data collection is in accordance with the problems observed. After the data was obtained in the field through interviews, it was collected and then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, then the discussion was concluded deductively. The results of the study found that the Unit Pegadaian Syariah (UPS) Ayahanda Medan in its gold pawn transactions used two transactions, namely the rahn contract and the ijarah contract whose contract was stated in the basis of the MUI fatwa. And the result of the re-implementation of additional pawns/loans from these transactions is also in accordance with the sharia concept where as long as there is no argument against it, multi-contract transactions are allowed, according to what was said by a member of the MUI, namely Mrs. Wulan Dayu, S.E., M.E. and Ibn Taimiyah said that muamalat law in the world is basically permissible, except for what is prohibited by Allah and His Messenger. However, from the results of this research interview, there are still customers who do not understand the application of the gold pawn system to this father's sharia pawnshop unit.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze perceptions and what factors affect financial literacy and financial inclusion of coastal village communities in Babalan District, Langkat Regency. Accessibility of Financial Institutions (Y) as a bound variable. Income, Education and Information (X) as free variables in this study. The sampling technique used the Non-probability sampling method and obtained a sample of 35 respondents. The type of data used is primary data sourced from the results of the distribution of questionnaires and skunder data sourced from the Financial Services Authority. This research uses a factor analysis method. The results showed that information factors have an effect and are significant on the accessibility of financial institutions in coastal villages, West Brandan District, Langkat Regency. Income and Education Factors do not have an influence on the Accessibility of Financial Institutions. The development of Financial Literacy and Inclusion in Indonesia continues to experience a significant increase per three years, it's just that more ways are still needed to increase public interest in Financial Literacy and Inclusion.]]>
