Abstract

One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence internet banking customer loyalty in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several banks in the city of Medan. The population in this study were all bank customers who use internet banking and the total sample was 175 customers. Researchers used the Structural Equation Modeling assisted by the Lisrel 8.80 program in this research. The results showed that risk perceptions have a negatif and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer trust. Perception of Privacy has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust. Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Trust. Perception of risk has a negatif and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perception of Privacy has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty and Trust Has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction and trust can negatifly mediate the effect of Risk Perception on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction and trust can positively mediate the effect of Perceptions of Privacy on Customer Loyalty. Trust Satisfaction can positively mediate the effect of satisfaction on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to see that the influence of micro financing sharia on the level of SMEs business development at PT. BRI Sharia Branch Medan. The research of this study to see that there is a significant effect of micro sharia financing on the Level of SMEs Business Development due to the value of t arithmetic> t table that is equal to 7.196 > 2.024 and t arithmetic is the rejection zone H0 so H0 rejected (Ha accepted). R-Square value of 0,577 or 57,70%, this means that variable of Business Development Level of UMKM (Y) influenced by variable of micro financing of sharia (X). The remaining 42.30% of the contribution of other variables are not belong in this research. based on the output of F test, F value count > F table is 51,775 > 3,24 with H0 hypothesis rejected and Ha accepted with significance 0,000 < 0,05 hence can be concluded that variable of Micro Financing of Syariah have significant influence to development level of UMKM business at PT. BRI Sharia Branch Medan

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Work-Life Balance and work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction of Bank Syariah Account Officers in Medan. The location of this research is in the city of Medan with the subject of research is the Sharia Bank in the city of Medan, the population of this study amounted to 150 Account Officers, with sampling techniques using Probability Sampling with simple random sampling techniques, determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The research results partially showed that Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work-life balance directly influences turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable, Job stress has a direct effect on turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and analyze customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Grab Online Transportation. This type of research is associative research, according to this associative, data tendencies are used in quantitative methods. This study uses 3 types of variables namely customer loyalty, satisfaction and quality of electronic services. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study is the users of Grab online transportation services with the provisions that have used Grab transportation services more than twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. For data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of e quality of service on Grab online transportation customer satisfaction, significant and significant positive contribution of e quality of service to Grab online transportation customer loyalty, and related positively and significantly of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Grab online transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the model of performance achievement (job outcome) and variables that affect job outcomes including job involment, job characteristics and work engagement. The population in this study were private banking account officers in the city of Medan with a total sample of 385 Account officers. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square (SEM PLS) model. The results of this study prove that Job Involment, Job Characteristics and Work Engagement have a significant influence on the Job Outcomes of Private Banking Account Officers in Medan City, then Job Involment and Job Characteristics ob Characteristics have an indirect effect on Job Outcome through Work Engagement as an intervening variable.

Abstract

                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Selanjutnya para mitra sudah mempunyai email dan webblog sebagai sarana promosi usaha yang mitra jalankan dan sudah memiliki izin usaha dan telah terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi Kota medan. Kata Kunci: manajemen usaha, e-marketing                                                        AbstractThe activities of the public service program of the community service Society or LP2M Univesity of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara aims to perform the construction Management Business Management and E-Marketing in Micro Industry Trade Craftsmen shoes in Medan Denai. This outreach activities involving craftsmen shoes that will become a partner of public service i.e. Jondy Whindy Shoes and Shoes. Public service was conducted for 8 (eight) months with the outer primary target was the publication of the scientific journal public service, obtaining a business license, have increased insight and dann website skills. Methods used in this outreach activity is a participatory approach, the approach of cognitive, affective and approach the approach phase and stage skills used are preparation, investigation, transformation. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluation, development gradually, beginning with a Plan, do, check, action. Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penerapan Teknolgi Budidaya Ikan Lele sebagai salah satu usaha Warga Masyarakat Kel. Limau Mungkur Kec. Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok calon wirausaha agar bisa menjadi wirausaha baru di Kecamatan Binjai Barat, mitra akan diberikan pembelajaran tentang budidaya ikan lele yang layak untuk dijual dan bisa memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang dimiliki oleh warga sehingga bisa menjadi kelurahan yang produktif. Program jangka pendek dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah para Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan lele dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan pembuatan kolam terpal, sedangkan program jangka panjang dari PKM ini adalah terciptanya usaha baru di Kelurahan Limau Mungkur Kecamatan Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara.  Program PKM ini akan dilaksanakan dalam 10 (sepuluh) bulan. Pelaksanaan program Program Kemitraan Masyarakatini dilakukan secara bermitra (berkolaborasi) dengan Kelompok calon Wirausaha Jalan Letnan Umar Baki di Lingkungan V Limau Mungkur Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai dengan dua kelompok Calon Wirausaha yaitu Kelompok Ternak Mandiri (3 orang) dan Sukses Mandiri (3 orang). Tahapan-tahapan kegiatan PKM dimulai dari Persiapan, Incubation. Implementation, Evaluasi, Pengembangan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Metode Pendekatan Partisipatif, Metode Pendekatan Kognitif,  Metode Pendekatan Afektif, Metode Pendekatan Keterampilan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini Mitra telah memiliki usaha ikan lele, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, peningkatan keterampilan produksi, manajamen usaha usaha dan pemasaran, peningkatan daya saing, peningkatan ipteks di masyarakat dan perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat berupa ketentraman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer organizational commitment and performance, and to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment to the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. This research was conducted at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) and the Universitas Muslim Nusantara (UMN) Al Washliyah in Medan. The population is 425 permanent lecturers who hold functional positions at the two universities, and the sample was determined as many as 219 people. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire techniques. Path analysis is used to analyze data, and shows that job satisfaction is proven to have a significant direct effect both on organizational commitment and on lecturer performance. Organizational commitment is also proven to have a direct and significant effect on performance. However. the test results show that job satisfaction does not support lecturer performance when mediated through organizational commitment.
