Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of using the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model on the integration of character values in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this study were all fifth semester students of the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) of the Islamic University of North Sumatra (UISU), totaling 70 students. This study used a random sampling technique, namely classes were conducted randomly so that the research sample was obtained from Semester V students of the History Study Program, totaling 13 students as the experimental class, and Semester V students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Study Program. totaling 15 students. as control class. The data collection method used is the test method. The collected data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis (t-test). Based on data analysis, it is known that there is an influence of using the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model on the integration of student character values

Abstract

Technological developments have affected all aspects, especially in the field of education. It also stimulates teachers to use learning technology in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, this study aims to examine the use of technology, especially educational technology in teaching activities in PAUD. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative procedure. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews involving 5 parents of students. Data analysis includes the stages: collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results of previous research studies state that the forms of technology applied in learning vocabulary are learning tools which include video games, AR, tablets, and applications made by researchers with the aim of improving vocabulary learning. Furthermore, in terms of the application of learning resources, YouTube is a learning resource used in learning vocabulary, namely foreign languages. Which shows the importance of digital literacy for early childhood and parents in training children's intelligence, psychologically, language skills, cognitive, emotional, social, academic and critical, children's cognitive abilities increase and language skills get better and make it easier for parents to find content contains stories, pictures, songs, and others that are suitable for early childhood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index is impacted by macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates. The study sample for the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index's Annual Report for the years 2016 through 2020. The multiple linear regression analysis approach was used to test the data. According to the study's findings, the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index is influenced by the exchange rate variable to a lesser extent than previously thought, as seen by the significant values of 0.012 0.05 and tcount (-2.063) ttable (-2.00247), The results of a significant value of 0.288 0.05 and a tcount value of 1.072 ttable 2.00247 indicate that the inflation variable has no significant impact on the index of Indonesian Sharia shares, and the results of a significant value of 0.768 0.05 and a tcount value of 0.297 ttable 2.00247 indicate that the interest rate variable has no significant impact on the index of Indonesian Sharia stocks. The simultaneous values of Fcount = 5,693 Ftable 2.77 and Sig. F = 0.002 0.05. So, it can be inferred that the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index is significantly impacted by the fluctuating exchange rate, inflation, and interest rates. The coefficient of determination, or adjusted R square, is 0.193. According to this finding, exchange rates, inflation, and interest rates alone can account for 19.3% of the volatility in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index, while other factors account for 80.7% of the variation.

Abstract

Focus of this research is the formulation of taxation policies related to zakat mal as a tax incentives at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). The problems in this study include, first, how the zakat mal tax incentive policy is formulated and its problems. Second, there are certain perceptions that hinder the development of zakat mal tax incentive policies and thirdly there are considerations of costs and not benefits in its formulation. This type of research is normative research with a juridical and analytical approach. The results of the study concluded that there was an error in the formulation of the zakat mal tax incentive policy in the form of errors in the interpretation and grouping of zakat in Law 36 of 2008 Income Tax.

Abstract

The ASEAN Indonesia Chairmanship 2023 will observe a lot of opportunities and challenges for the bloc in the area of economy. This chairmanship will gear toward strengthening ASEAN’s institutional capacity and increasing its resilience towards challenges. The ASEAN economic growth as well as the digital economy are challenging since its determinants can be analyzed from different points of view in all ASEAN members. This study attempts to explain how ASEAN economic growth relates to digital economy as an initiative in the ASEAN Indonesia Chairmanship 2023. The study uses qualitative research methods as well as empirical research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The main finding of this research is the growth of Southeast Asia can be attributed to many, however, one of the largely stands out amongst the rest is its rise in the digital economy. There has been a rapid change in digitalization across the 670 million people it holds. The digital economy alone is set to generate over $1 trillion US Dollars by 2025 which is around a quarter of the entire Southeast Asia’s gross domestic product. E-commerce, E-banking, and E-education have all been rapidly accelerated and have named ASEAN as the world’s fastest-growing internet market.

Abstract

Perubahan zaman secara cepat dibuktikan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi yang disebut dengan istilah digitalisasi. Hal ini berdampak positif dan negatif pada seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek Pendidikan Agama Islam. PAI menjadi figur sentral dalam dunia pendidikan. Ia merupakan magnet segala pengetahuan karena mampu membentuk akhlak dan moral yang menjadi tujuan utama Pendidikan yaitu memilik karakter berakhlak mulia. Namun dalam konteks PAI modern saat ini, akhlak menjadi tujuan Pendidikan yang sulit untuk dibuktikan. Peran PAI saat ini telah mengalami pergeseran sebagai simbol keagamaan semata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Isu kontemporer peran PAI diera digitalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Library Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berasal dari buku dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui telaah kepustakaan, yaitu mencari data mengenai berupa catatan-catatan, buku, surat kabar, majalah, internet dan sebagainya. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Era Digitalisasi seharusnya menjadi peluang besar bagi pendidikan Agama Islam untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sumber dayanya dalam melahirkan generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan berkarakter, sehingga PAI diharapkan mampu menunjukkan perannya di tengah peradaban dunia serta mampu menunjukkan eskistensinya dengan menawarkan solusi yang kreatif pada dunia Pendidikan dimasa sekarang dan akan datang.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of cost behavior in Manufacturing Companies. The concept of cost behavior is very important for manufacturing companies to be able to make decisions about pricing, production, and other important aspects of the operations of the company. The method used is the literature review method. The results of this study indicate that companies adopting JIT or EMS systems may be experiencing a shift in cost behavior from fixed costs to variable costs, which can provide greater flexibility in responding to market demands and regulatory requirements. In extension, the study reveals that direct labor and material costs are mostly variable, while overhead costs are mostly fixed. This knowledge helps managers to better allocate costs and plan for changes in production. Overall, the literature provides valuable insights into how cost behavior can be managed to optimize business performance in manufacturing establishments.

Abstract

In the world we face, not far from the word problem, the emergence of a problem so that we can observe and learn more from what we have experienced, in the end we want to study and evaluate it so that the problem will not continue in the future, no wonder in the world of education that the problems in education are also very deep with the conditions that we have experienced during the corona time we have to undergo online learning but now everything has returned to where we also have to pay attention to the problems that exist in the world of education so that learning does not run away from the educational goals Alone, one of them is the problems faced by teachers in the world of education itself, the method we do is descriptive qualitative research by collecting data publicly through journals related to the title of the material we will examine. The results of our research show that the world of education also has its own problems, both from teachers and students, which we also have to have solutions to deal with.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau yang lebih dikenal dengan UMKM Syariah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan negara. UMKM Syariah ini mampu bertahan pada tahun 1998 dibandingkan dengan perusahaan besar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis untuk mendorong perkembangan UMKM Syariah di Indonesia dan memberikan solusi dalam meningkatkan UMKM Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM Syariah yang mencari pembiayaan dengan sangat cepat, yang dapat digunakan dari berbagai pekerjaan, personal dan personal serta gaya hidup. Ya, ada juga UMKM Syariah yang tidak berinovasi atau bahkan terpuruk.Penurunan bisnis UMKM Syariah disebabkan oleh dua hal terkait kondisi ekonomi dan kondisi yang kurang menguntungkan.

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age where at this time is the time when children must get the best education, especially Islamic religious education where guidance in the form of body and soul will strengthen the child's personality and faith at an early age. Thus all the efforts of parents will provide education to shape the child into a sholeh and sholehah child. Taman Mengaji Penerus Umat is a religious activity given to the community, especially in early childhood, where this activity will help children to get to know religious education more deeply by studying iqra, prayer practices, moral guidance, and Friday alms activities that are carried out regularly in The Hero Village, Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency. Through religious activities, it aims to make children have akhlaktulkarimah, have an exemplary attitude, think positively according to Islamic teachings. Where Islamic education plays an important role in the future of children. The guidance activities of the garden to study the successor of the people (TMPU) are very helpful for the community in educating children by being guided by competent teachers in the field of Islamic religious education
