A population of 35 people and the number of samples of 35 people by using total sampling. Collection of data using interviews and observation sheet. Based on logistic regression test showed that the 0.05 sign of the determinant factors including parity, maternal age, duration of the second stage, and the weight of newborns only the most determinant parity against rupture perineum. Abstract

The high problem of adolescent reproductive health is caused by the lack of basic information about reproductive health in adolescents, so adolescents tend to engage in risky behavior. The study was conducted to analyze the effect of peer education on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about reproductive health. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest group design. Data collection using interview and observation methods. The study population was all groups of adolescents in Malang City and Regency, with a sample of adolescents who were in Malang City (Kedung Kandang Health Center Area) and Malang District (Jabung Health Center Area). The sample size was 85 teenagers selected by simple random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were processed descriptively and analyzed using a statistical t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences in pre-test and post-test in the level of adolescent knowledge (p value <0.001) and adolescent attitudes (p value <0.001). Most adolescents in the intervention group (providing counseling by peer educators) did not support free sex and early marriage (97.3%). Health education by peer educators can remind adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health, so that it can be developed for promotive efforts for adolescents. Abstract

Current exclusive breastfeeding has increased, but still has not reached the target of exclusive breastfeeding coverage caused by several factors, namely motivation and knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. The design used is Pre Experimental with the pretest posttest one group design approach. This study uses a total sampling technique with a sample of 23 TM III pregnant women. The research instrument used a questionnaire, statistical tests using Wilcoxone Signed Rank Test. Statistical test results show that there is an effect of providing health education with Emotional Demonstration technique (Emo Demo) on the motivation of TM III pregnant women in giving exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged 0-6 months (?-value < 0.001). Health education with Emotional Demonstration techniques (Emo Demo) has succeeded in increasing motivation so that this technique can be used to increase exclusive breastfeeding. Abstract

Preeclampsia is a special condition during pregnancy where hypertension and proteinuria occur after 20 weeks of gestation in mothers who have had normal blood pressure. Symptoms that arise in preeclampsia are edema, hypertension, and proteinuria. Caused by many factors, one of which is obesity. Women with bnormal weight have a greater risk of preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of weight gain during pregnancy to the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a population of 117 mothers and a sample of 91 mothers who were in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, this study was conducted on 6-9 May 2019. The research instrument used was the recapitulation sheet. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The Chi Square test results show that the value of ? value is 0.022, then 0.022 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Increasing Weight During Pregnancy with the incidence of Preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire DASS, analyzed Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test using a standard error 0.05 then the Z table (1645) < Z count (3295). The results showed no effect of health education to primigravida third trimester of labor with video media to anxiety faced confinement in Puskesmas Blabak.
