Abstract

The second stage elongated labor is the phase of a stucked labor and lasts too on the normal process was 2 hours in primigravida and 1 hour at multigravida. The second stage elongated labor cause dehydration, infection, fatigue and IUFD maternal and fetal asphyxia. Many factors affected the incidence including age, parity, spacing of pregnancy, the fetus is large and the location of the fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the second stage elongated labor. This design was a cross sectional study. Total sample was 49 respondents determined by simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by chi-square test used error level ? 5% . The result of statistical test showed that X2 price was 3,841 which means there was a relations between the variables of age, parity, spacing of pregnancy, fetal weight, and fetus location on second stage elongated labor. Based on these results, it should be identifying the other factors that affecting the second stage elongated labor. Abstract

Given that infant mortality rate in Indonesia is still high, especially in Kediri of up to seven cases per thousand live births, immediate breastfeeding is tremendously important for neonates. Relationships are very central to exclusive breastfeeding, breast milk as the only neonate intakes, at organizational and family level. Support from the mother's network of relatives, friends, and healthcare provider is likely to be important for breastfeeding success. This study seeks to determine the relational supports of family and healthcare provider with exclusive breastfeeding. The corelational analytic design using cross sectional approach was opted involving the population of all mothers with babies aged 6-7 months in Puskesmas (community health center) Plosoklaten Kediri, 46 mothers with babies aged 6-7 months were taken as the samples using simple random sampling. Chi Square test was used to see the strength of relationship between supports of family and healthcare provider and the exclusive breastfeeding. The correlation between family support and exclusive breastfeeding based on Chi Square statistic test result was p-value= 0.809 (there was no relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding). While the relationship between provider support and exclusive breastfeeding was p-value= 0.266 (there was no relation between the provider support and exclusive breastfeeding). Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies. In the field of midwifery there are several ways to help increase milk production. Oxytocin massage is a massage on both sides of the mothers' limbs to provide stimulation of oxytocin reflex because it gives comfort to mother. Massage using aromatherapy essential oil is useful to anticipate depression because of relaxation effect caused by smells and massage. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of oxytocin massage using lemongrass aromatherapy oil to increase milk production in breastfeeding mothers in Mojo Health Center. This research used comparative research of 2 dependent samples and comparative research of 2 independent samples designs. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with random allocation of 16 respondents. Based on the Mc Nemar test in the group that was given the oxytocin massage using Serai Lemongrass aromatherapy oil, χ2 counting value was 4,167. Because of χ2 counting value > χ2 table (3.841), this indicated that there was effect of the oxytocin massage using lemongrass aromatherapy oil in the production of breast milk. Abstract

Sixth goal in the MDGs are handle a variety of the most dangerous infectious diseases. At the top is intended to handle HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. The disease is a devastating impact not only on public health but also to the overall state. This study aims to look at the effect of social entrepreneurship program for public stigma about HIV / AIDS. Analytical research design using cross sectional correlational techniques. The study population is the ODHA, which had already independently of 50 people. Samples were taken by simple random sampling technique, a number of 44 people. Statistical analysis was entrepreneurship programs that are run by people living with HIV have not succeeded run and people living with HIV is almost entirely feel the stigma which is given by the society. Chi Square Results obtained Alpha 0:00 less than Alpha 0.05. This means that, the Social Entrepreneurship Program affect the public stigma about HIV / AIDS. Abstract

Women who have age 35 these group will get increased morbidity and mortality experience if they pregnant. Implant is one method of effective an safety long-term contraception. Bendo Health Center have the lowest acceptor implants in Kediri that is 0%. The purpose of this research to know the difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age 35-49 years to use implant before and after giving information. The design used a pre-experiment design with one group pre-test post-test design, the population was all childbearing age couples women in age 35-49 years at Mojolegi Hamlet Bendo Village Pare District who have children, not use contraception or still use non-Long Term contraception Method which total 72 people. The samplehave a lot 61 people according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample removal technique used simple random sampling. The result of this research, from 61 respondents get average of respondent motivation before give information is 65 and after give information is 69, show that respondent’s motivation get increase after got information. And after going through the data analysis it was found z calculate > z table, so in this case have difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age 35-49 years to use implants before and after giving information. Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of socio-economic welfare of society, and a very large influence on the quality of human resources. Pregnant anemia called "potential danger to mother and child", because that anemia require serious attention from all parties involved in health care at the forefront. Iron requirements of pregnant women increased so that it takes an additional 700-800 mg, among others, to improve haematopoesis 500 mg, 300 mg for the fetus needs to process haematopoesis during gestation, 200 mg for backup lost due to bleeding postpartum. It takes iron supplements around 30-60 mg per day. Dates contain real sugar in the form of glucose and fructose, rich in protein, fiber, minerals, such as iron, calcium, sodium, and potassium. Dates contained in hormone (potuchsin) are efficacious shrink the blood vessels in the uterus so that helps shrink the uterus and prevent postpartum uterine bleeding . Maturity dates are rich in calcium and iron, important in the formation of breast milk, as well as palm able to increase the quantity of breast milk and breastfeeding infants will have a sharp mind and good character. Levels of iron and calcium can replace the depleted force mother during childbirth or breastfeeding. Iron and calcium are two elective elements that are essential for the formation of blood and bone marrow). This study aimed to influence the consumption of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) against the increase in hemoglobin levels in the second trimester pregnant women. The study design used quasy Experimental Design Non-Equivalent Control Group. The study population of pregnant women in the second trimester Puskesmas Ngadiluwih some 39 people. Samples were taken with quota sampling technique, and as many as 20 second-trimester pregnant women, aged 20-30 years, Hb lightweight category (9-10 g%), keep taking the tablets Fe for the respondents in this study, pregnant women not suffering from the disease / complications due to the disease. Exclusion criteria: the mother is not in place when the research berlangsung.Dari t test results obtained p value 0.245 is greater than alpha (0.05) which means there is no difference between the group dates with the control group. Abstract

Should we know that Mother’s Milk Complementary Foods is begin giving when someday after the baby was born. This is deficient think, because Mother’s Milk Complementary Foods present can make malnutrition consist or disturb child development (Energy-Protein Malnutrition). The destination of this research is to find out effect of giving too early Mother’s Milk complementary Foods with Energy-Protein Malnutrition incident to children on zero until twenty four months old. The methode of this research is the corelation with analitic case control characteristic that is eight child as case and eight others as control of fill up inclusion criteria . The samples will take by purposive sampling tehnis . The finishing data collection are using questionaire by weight and height measurement. The data analitic are using fisher exact probability test with 5% significancy. The result of this research is giving Mother’s Milk Complementary Foods to 87,5% Energy-Protein Malnutrition group and 25% non Energy-Protein Malnutrition is not timely. 100% Energy-Protein Malnutrition is nasty. There is an effect of giving too early Mother’s Food Complementary Foods in Energy-Protein Malnutrition accident on children at zero untill six months old. Be expected for the health personnel to give information and counseling about to give too early Mother’s Milk Complementary Foods about effect and the interval, at the same time for a children whio has Energy-Protein Malnutrition must give supplementary food that appropriate with the local program and integrated by Department of health. Abstract

The research were reported that 15,4% woman which in complication in labour, where the complication active phase length is mostly experienced by primigravida. On course hand knee position estimated can assist to turn around fetus, shortening conjugata vera and improve room of flank so that good for quicken progress of labour. Intention of this research is to know effect of hand knee position to quicken progress of I active phase at primigravida at BPS.Endang Sumaningdyah Kediri. Research desaign used correlation. Selected by Sampel is mother of primigravida in I active phase at BPS.Endang Sumaningdyah Kediri. Technique sampling used total sampling. Amount of sampel criteria is counted 10 responded. Technique data collecting responded using observation sheet and partograf which filled by researcher. Analysis data used Fhiser Exact’s Test with level of significant 5%. Result of which is got P ( 0,033 ) <  ( 0,05) so that can be conclusion that there is effect of hand knee position to quicken progress I active phase at primigravida at BPS Endang Sumaningdyah Kediri. Suggestion for next research to be more comprehend about factors director to progress of labour and to research place to be can continue the habitual in suggesting mother to use hand knee position to quicken labour process. Abstract

Preeclampsia is a special condition during pregnancy where hypertension and proteinuria occur after 20 weeks of gestation in mothers who have had normal blood pressure. Symptoms that arise in preeclampsia are edema, hypertension, and proteinuria. One of the factors that make incidence of preeclampsia is obesity. Women with abnormal weight have a greater risk of preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of weight gain during pregnancy to the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri. Simple random sampling was used with a population of 117 mothers. 91 mothers were taken to be respondents, this study was conducted on 6-9 May 2019. The research instrument used recapitulation sheet. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The Chi Square test results show that the value of ρ value is 0.022, then 0.022 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Increasing Weight During Pregnancy with the incidence of Preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City.
