Abstract

The KIA handbook is a guideline to broaden the knowledge of pregnant women about newborn care. Baby care that is carried out by the mother correctly and appropriately will ensure a healthy life for the baby. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of KIA books and the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in caring for newborns at the Kedungkandang Public Health Center, Malang City. The correlative analytic study design used a cross-sectional approach, with the population of all TM III primigravida pregnant women who made repeat visits in June-July 2020, taken by total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Spearman's Rho Test. The results showed that a small portion of the primigravida pregnant women (11.1%) used the MCH handbook, the majority 74.1% used the medium category, and a small portion (14.8%) used the low category. while the results of the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in the care of newborns were mostly (51.9%) ready, and almost half (48.1%) in the unprepared category. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of MCH handbooks and the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in caring for newborns (p-value 0.006). The higher the mother's use of the MCH handbook, the higher the mother's knowledge and the more prepared the mother is to take care of her newborn. Abstract

Sectio caesarea is the removal of the fetus through the abdominal wall incision (laparotomy) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). During the postoperative period, the nursing process is directed to stabilize the patient's physiological balance and relieve pain. Physiological reactions to pain include autonomic nerve responses such as breathing speed, increased pulse and increased heart rate. Musik therapy as a nonpharmacological therapy can relieve pain because when given musik, the midbrain releases beta endorphin hormone which can eliminate pain neurotransmitters. This study aims to examine the literature, articles and documents of research findings that identify the effectiveness of musik therapy for pain reduction in post sectio cesarean mothers. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and type of literature study research. Data collection by literature review was obtained through Google Scholar by typing keywords, sources published in 2011 to 2018. 13900 research articles were obtained, identification, screening, eligibility. 10 relevant research articles were obtained. Journal review results found that from 10 journals that have been analyzed show the influence of musik therapy on pain management in Sectio Caesarea postoperative patients with strong asymp sig correlation. In accordance with the journal analysis, respondents' pain reduction was assessed based on the NRS pain scale so as to produce homogeneous data. It is recommended that musik therapy as an independent intervention in nursing and maternity obstetrics can be implemented to reduce pain in post-sectional Caesarean patients.

Abstract

Early mobilization is very important for post-Section Caesarea patients to help the process of uterine involution and lochea removal. Most of the post-Section Caesarea mothers are afraid to do early mobilization because they are afraid to feel post-Section Caesarea pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early mobilization and the amount of lochia expenditure in mothers 6 hours post-Section Caesarea at Baladhika Husada Hospital. The research design used is the correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all post-Section Caesarea mothers at Baladhika Husada Hospital. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling which was carried out from December 2019 to January 2020 with a total of 53 samples. Analysis of the data used is the chi-square test. The results of this study showed that most of the 6-hour post-SC mothers did early mobilization (54.8%) and almost half of the mothers who did early mobilization had normal lochea discharge (35.8%). The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between early mobilization and the amount of lochia expenditure in mothers 6 hours post-Section Caesarea (p-value 0.036). Early mobilization increases blood circulation in the uterus so that the uterus can contract properly, clamping open blood vessels and the lochia can come out smoothly. Abstract

Back pain is one of the discomforts of pregnant women in the form of pain that occurs in the lumbosacral area. One way to reduce discomfort is exercise during pregnancy, one of which is yoga. Yoga in pregnancy describes specific postures and techniques that are beneficial to expectant mothers and help relieve discomfort caused by bodily changes during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercise on back pain for pregnant women with TM III. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 244 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility process from 244 articles there were 9 articles that matched the researcher's inclusion criteria. From these 9 journals, it can be concluded that yoga exercise is effective in reducing back pain for pregnant women with TM III. Yoga exercise can produce endorphins that trigger feelings of comfort, pleasure, and happiness produced by the central nervous system and pituitary gland, endorphins function to relieve pain because these hormones can block opioid receptors which can block pain-conducting signals. Abstract

The low rate of exclusive breastfeeding can be caused by various factors, including those from the mother, baby, and the environment. Mother's factors for not breastfeeding include the mother's self-confidence to breastfeed (Breastfeeding Self Efficacy). Four factors that influence breastfeeding self-efficacy are breastfeeding experience, observing other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions. This study aims to describe the breastfeeding self-efficacy factors contained in the article under study. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 48 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility processes were carried out from 48 articles there were 7 articles that matched the inclusion criteria of the researcher. From the 7 articles studied, it was found that breastfeeding experience factors, observations of other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions were related to Breastfeeding Self Efficacy. And of these 3 factors, verbal persuasion is the most dominant influencing, because persuasion in the form of support and enthusiasm will solve the problems faced can inspire breastfeeding mothers to be persistent and strong in increasing their self-efficacy Keywords : Breastfeeding, self efficacy, postpartum mothers
