Abstract

This study is about innovation in strengthening village administration management through E-Village Budgeting (EVB) in Banyuwangi Regency and Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) in East Java Province. The E-Village Budgeting (EVB) innovation is an online-based village financial management system that includes planning, financial administration, and financial accountability or reporting for villages. The Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) innovation is an innovation program for preservation, including the handling, repair, and rescue of village asset archives and information. These two innovations have given rise to various strategies that offer conveniences in the administration of village government activities in the areas of financial management and village asset archiving. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection was conducted using the literature review technique. A literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theories, and practices. A literature review provides an overview of developments in a particular topic. The result of the E-Village Budgeting (EVB) innovation is the creation of a website-based village financial management application to facilitate village governments in an orderly, transparent, and accountable manner in planning, budgeting, administration, accountability, and reporting of village finances in the Banyuwangi Regency ( ). The result of the Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) innovation is an improvement in the delivery of public services by village governments in East Java Province through an innovation program for the preservation and rescue of high-value village asset archives and the guarantee of protection of the civil rights of the people from the possibility of loss and damage.

Abstract

This research is about a digital innovation called LIBERTI (Information Technology-Based Literacy) as a school learning tool at SMP Negeri 2 Cisauk. This study was conducted by the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency. This research is important and relevant because it looks at the condition of students at SMP N 2 Cisauk, Tangerang Regency. In addition, this research is a form of local government efforts in improving the quality of education in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0. It is hoped that it will facilitate the way educators teach and learn how to learn. The population in this study are regions that have implemented policies or innovations in the digital and education fields. While the sample in this study is the innovation "LIBERTI" (Information Technology-Based Literacy). The results of the activities that have been implemented from the utilization of LIBERTI literacy include: every day in all subject hours can be effective, change the mindset of students to be more independent in learning, solve problem solving in learning models and limitations in appropriate use, provide experience about resources good technology together with mentoring, looking for scientific information according to the subject visually and non-visually, providing good habits to use social media appropriately and according to needs as well as being a repository of accurate scientific information.

Abstract

This study is about the digital innovation of the Tangerang Regency Government in an effort to strengthen regional competitiveness through the Community Assistance Information System (SIBAMAS) and the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPINTER). The SIBAMAS innovation is a government effort to improve the welfare and stimulate the regional economy . The SIPINTER innovation is an e-Government application in improving the form of investment services and licensing or non-licensing. This study was conducted by the Regional Government together with the Regional Development Planning Agency of Tangerang Regency to improve the provision of public services more broadly to the community. Both innovations have given rise to various strategies that offer convenience in the use of public services. This study uses a qualitative approach research method. The data collection technique uses a literature review . Literature review or literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theories, and practices . Literature review provides an overview of developments on a specific topic. The SIBAMAS innovation has facilitated capital assistance for layoffs and MSMEs affected by COVID-19. Meanwhile, the SIPINTER innovation provides ease, speed, and efficiency in investment services for all types of permits.

Abstract

This study is about the agricultural innovation of the Agam Regency Government in an effort to increase rice crop production . This study was conducted by the Regional Government of Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia to increase rice production by farmers. by releasing new superior local varieties Ampek Angkek and Kusuik Putih. Both superior local varieties have a relatively high competitive advantage, as indicated by the wide distribution of local rice varieties and farmers' positive perceptions of local rice varieties. This study uses a qualitative approach research method. Data collection uses a literature review technique . A literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theories, and practices. Literature reviews provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. The results of the innovation of the superior local varieties Ampek Angkek and Kusuik Putih have been proven to have advantages including relatively high productivity levels, resistance to pests and diseases, high selling prices and having a soft, savory and fragrant rice taste and a clean white rice color. In addition, farming communities in highland areas can have more alternative choices of rice seeds. Therefore, it is hoped that the Ampek Angkek and Kusuik Putih varieties can expand their distribution in various regions in West Sumatra Province.
