<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Courier Performance PT. Ninja Express Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 40 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of variable maintenance costs of production machinery and labor productivity on production volume in the Mukena Arrinda Collection Convection. The research method used is a case study. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Namely production machine maintenance cost data, labor productivity data, and production volume data for the period 2018-2021. Based on the results of research, it is known that the cost of maintenance (maintenance) of production machines and labor productivity simultaneously has a significant effect on production volume. The cost of maintenance (maintenance) of production machines partially affects the production volume. Labor productivity partially affects the volume of production. Therefore, the Mukena Arrinda Collection Convection must pay appropriate machine maintenance costs and pay attention to labor productivity so that the production volume increases.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Influence of Price Perception and Service Quality on purchasing decisions at Tansoe Nature Coffee. The research method uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, the survey in this study to Tansoe Nature Coffee consumers with a sample of 100 consumers. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique that is used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Software v.25. The results of hypothesis testing research show that Price Perception and Service Quality have a Significant Effect on Purchasing Decisions at Tansoe Nature Coffee simultaneously Price Perception and Service Quality have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially Price Perception has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, the Quality of Service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Work Discipline of Employees of PT Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 89 respondents who were employees of PT Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera. The technique used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation for employees of PT Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera; (2) Leadership style directly has a positive but not significant effect on the Work Discipline of PT Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera employees; (3) Work Motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on the Work Discipline of PT Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera employees; (4) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline through the work motivation of employees of PT. Nata Bersaudara Sejahtera.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the work productivity influenced by Work Discipline and Work Ethic in the Construction of The Swasana Village Restaurant. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample used was 30 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS Version 24. The results of this study show that work discipline and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on work productivity, work ethic partially has a significant effect on work productivity of workers in the construction of Kampung Swasana Restaurant.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the analysis of project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method in the Tasikmalaya Swasana Village Restaurant project. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. By taking data on all activities and costs needed for the construction of a self-financing village restaurant. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used POM for Windows QM Version 5. The results of the research from project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method can be completed for 29 weeks with a total cost needed of Rp. 1,606,633,852. while using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method which analyzes using three estimated times can find out the possibility that the project can be completed within 38 weeks with a success rate of 99% and the total cost that it takes Rp. 1,606,633,852.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how much influence Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life have on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 41 people as respondents to the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office based on 41 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 73,820 + 0.388 X_1 + 0.392 X_2. The test results showed that partially showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and quality of work life, had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and quality of work life together on employee performance based on the testing of multiple linear regression analysis obtained fghitung of 73,820 signatures of 0.001. With the Determination Coefficient test, it gets an R Square value of 0.398 or 39.80%. It shows the influence of Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life on Employee Performance and 60.20% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.]]>
