Abstract

Using Multimedia in Learning Kinetic Gas Theory in SMA / MA Public and Private District of Sambas. This study aims to see changes in student learning outcomes after learning using multimedia by comparing the value of the learning outcomes of the pre-test and post-test. Quasi-experimental methods used in this study with one group pretest-posttest design. Research subjects choose three of four SMA/ MA Public and Private District of Sambas which has a program of Natural Sciences, SMA Negeri 1 Sambas (20 students), MAN Sambas (19 students), and SMA Santo Bonaventura (16 students). Based on the data analysis and discussion, the average percentage of learning outcomes pre-test on Gas Kinetic Theory of 53.68% of the 55 students. While the average percentage of learning outcomes post-test 69.04% of the 55 students. The increase in the average percentage of student learning outcomes in the material Kinetic Theory of Gases using multimedia for 15.37%. The results of calculations using the McNemar test, of the total ten questions occur to improving student learning outcomes Gas Kinetic Theory of matter between before and after learning using multimedia, which calculate the average X2 mean = 9.10 and X2table mean = 3.84 this means that the calculated X2hitung > X2table. Abstract

Efforts to improve themastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair shareatclass X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya . The purpose of this study was to describe the effort to improve the mastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair share in class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya . The method used was Classroom Action Research conducted by 2 cycles with a purpose to get good study planning, implementation and up can improve result learn student in comprehending logarithm items at study of mathematics. With the descriptive method of data collector that is used is a matter of observation and test sheets . Result of from this research is from condition of early to condition of first cycle  its improvement equal to 19,8 %, and from condition of first cycle to condition of second mount equal to 13,3%. Becoming from condition of early to condition of second mount equal to 35,7 %. This means that there has been a increasedthe mastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair shareatclass X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. Abstract

The implementation of Lesson Study aims to gain an overview of the results of studying physics and materials science students’ motivation in a circular motion. The implementation of lesson study is conducted in three (3) cycles by applying multi-model learning. The data collection tool used was a test, observation sheets and questionnaires for students. The test results showed that the average score of work group is 73. Analysis of the observation sheet shows that there is an increase in the activity of the students indicated by interaction between fellow students and the teacher. Questionnaire analysis showed that 55.6% of students were delighted to learn in the teachers’ teaching technique. As many as 88.9% of the students felt curious with the topics discussed in the next topic. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study improves learning outcomes and circular motion. For students, this activity can also motivate students to learn. The lesson study activities can improve the models teachers’ skills in designing and implementing learning. Keywords: lesson study, multi-model, circular motion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe scientific proccess skills, social skill, psychomotor skill and mastery concept student through inquiry based learning.  Type of this research is descriptive with this subject 34 students of Science at 11th grade of SMAN 7 Pontianak. The measured of scientific procces skill by performance assessment test. The measured of the social skill by observation sheet of the social skill. The measured of the psychomotor skill by performance assessment test. The measured of the understanding concept by essay test about concept.  The result shows that scientific proccess skills, social skill, psychomotor skill and mastery concept are 100%, 100%, 87% and 78% respectively. Based on the result, we can conclude that inquiry based learning could evolved scientific proccess skills and social skill students, trained to use tools of lab work and make students to understanding concept.
