Abstract

Mount Semeru or Semeru is the highest mountain on the island of Java with a height of 3,676 meters above sea level. Because of its natural beauty and height, Semeru is included in the category of popular tourist objects in East Java, which causes many climbers and nature lovers to visit for climbing. Before climbing, climbers are required to register at the permit post with the aim that officers know the schedule for the end of the climber to climb. If the climber passes the final schedule of climbing, then the climber is required to pay a fine and if the climber for two days does not report to the officer, then the climber's status is considered a lost climber. So far, the data collection process is done manually using the available forms, officers will be very troubled when they have to monitor the schedules of many climbers one by one. Therefore the Mount Semeru Climber Monitoring System or abbreviated SIMPANSE is a solution to overcome problems with licensing officers because of the notification facility on the system that can provide information when there are climbers who exceed the climbing schedule. Based on the test results with several scenarios made, this system is able to fulfill 95% of all scenarios well, so the research can be said to have succeeded in meeting the problems that occurred in the officers at the Semeru licensing post.

Abstract

Timor Leste is a country that is rich in tourism potential such as natural beauty, historical tourism and cultural heritage. One of the tourist attractions that are still being developed in the lives of the people of Timor Leste is cultural heritage. Woven cloth or tais is one of the local cultural heritages which is still used in the life of the people of Timor Leste. The method used in the development of this software is the waterfall method. The waterfall method has several structured stages, namely: requirements analysis, system and software design, implementation, integration and testing, maintenance. The aim of this research is to produce an Online-Based Tais Product Sales System in the Dili Market as an effort to increase marketing and sales promotions. This sales system makes it easier for the public to access information about woven fabric products at the Dili Market online.

Abstract

Urban village is a very important government agency, the urban village office itself has a very important role in public administration services. Soho Village is a sub-district in Luwuk District which handles all population data such as applications for making Identity Cards, Applications for making Family Cards, moving certificates and others. In the urban village area, all data is handled manually, such as too many forms which require a large amount of money, if the requirements collected are incomplete. First, residents must come directly to the urban village by bringing all the requirements as needed, but due to the lack of clarity of information obtained, sometimes residents have to return home to complete the missing requirements. The system is made web-based with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The software development methodology used in the system is the waterfall method. Abstract

Extreme Programming (XP) is a software engineering process that tends to use an object-oriented approach and the target of this method is a team formed on a small to medium scale and this method is also suitable if the team is faced with unclear requirements or changing requirements. which is very fast. The research activity carried out at the Mitra Duta Artha Pule Cooperative is to create a savings and loan information system to facilitate staff in conducting and processing transaction data. With the implementation of the Mitra Duta Artha Pule Cooperative Information System, it is hoped that the management will be able to disseminate information to related management and also to cooperative members, so that the use of the system can be utilized properly and optimally.

Abstract

Information systems are widely used in an institution. For example in a company, office and education. In educational institutions this information system aims to promote or provide an overview of the profile of the relevant educational institution, administration, and other facilities. This website is the solution needed by SMP Kartika VI-10 which is located on Jl. Brawijaya No.38, Sawunggaling, Kec. Wonokromo, Surabaya City as a medium to introduce schools in the form of school profile information and also as an intermediary for students and parents to find out information on announcements, agendas or other school information. This study conducted to design and build a profile website that can apply information about school profiles and other information such as announcements, agendas, and news. The system is built using a system development life cycle approach where there are 5 stages, namely problem identification, requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing. Problem identification was carried out to collect data from observations and interviews. Requirements analysis was to find functional and non-functional requirements. System design, namely system models, database models and UI designs. The implementation is done by using HTML, PHP and MySQL. To testing the system is using the Blackbox method. The results of this study are a web profile for SMP Kartika 4-10 Surabaya which can display information about school profiles, announcements, agendas and information for new student registration.

Abstract

Abstract The hydroponic system is a farming technique using water media. Hydroponic cultivation can improve food quality in Indonesia, therefore hydroponic planting requires regular supervision, because hydroponic plants cannot be exposed to direct rain exposure. If exposed to rain continuously, then the plant can wither / die. So cultivators must protect hydroponic plants from rainwater. In the current era, technological developments that are increasingly advanced make cultivators take advantage of this by applying automatic plant protectors that can protect hydroponic plants from exposure to rain. With this automatic plant protector can reduce some of the risks that occur in plants. Therefore, in this study, we designed an automatic system for opening/closing hydroponic plant protectors automatically using the Rain Module Sensor which functions as a rainwater detector and there are supporting sensors, namely a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) which functions as light intensity, and to send SMS using a GSM module, namely SIM800L. In making this system using a microcontroller, namely the Raspberry Pi Pico, and for the programming language using python. Then this tool will drive the servo motor as a plant protector and send SMS notifications to the user. This system is made using a prototype model, which is an open/close notification model for hydroponic plant protectors, this tool can work optimally when water droplets hit the rain sensor field so that the protector can close and send SMS notifications, if conditions are dry then vice versa. Abstract

The Fish Pond Water Level Monitoring and Warning Tool works automatically, the creation of this tool will help Tilapia fish farmers in running their business, this tool will detect the fish pond water level with the HC-SR04 sensor and will give a warning in the form of an Alarm and also get a notification in the form of Twitter, so that fish farmers will get information quickly. With this tool, Tilapia farmers do not need to measure the water level directly and measure one by one if there are many fish ponds. This tool is set automatically when the water level of the fish pond changes according to changes in the surrounding environment. The creation of a fish pond water level monitoring and warning system works automatically through several stages. 1) System planning; 2) Needs analysis; 3) System design; 4) Program coding; 5) Testing; 6) The test results went smoothly. Abstract

The Aydin Jaya store is a trading business that sells a variety of daily necessities, the goods sold at the Aydin Jaya store are almost the same as those provided by modern minimarkets. A web-based sales information system is designed to help Aydin Jaya Stores produce desktop-based software for processing sales transaction data at Aydin Jaya Stores. The result of this design is the design of a sales information system that is used to manage computerized data. The problem experienced at the Aydin Jaya Store is recording sales and purchases of goods manually which can risk redundancy and loss of data from sales, as well as difficulties in calculating income and profits. Sales system made web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The software development methodology used in the system is the waterfall method. The result of making this web system is to assist stores in making sales, such as recording item data, stock, and transaction reports.

Abstract

The provision of scholarships to YPI Darussalam High School students was made to lighten the burden of students in paying tuition fees. Technology in the era of globalization is now quite important for people's daily lives, computerization is needed to help facilitate people's daily activities. Based on this, a decision support system is needed. For this reason, the research method used is the sample additive weighting (SAW) method, the SAW method is known as the weighted addition method, for the basic concept in this method is to find the weighted summation of the performance ratings on each alternative in all attributes. It is called by the term that the author has described, because basically the SAW method will operate a weighted addition for all attributes in each alternative. The ultimate goal is that the SAW method can compare alternatives in a more balanced way and produce better calculations.

Abstract

Virtual Expo is an online-based virtual exhibition platform and as a substitute for physical exhibition, because the current pandemic era is a very difficult era, especially in the field of introducing domestic products produced by UMKM, due to the limitations of UMKM to be able to physically exhibit such as inside buildings. To overcome this problem, this research was carried out using a web-based virtual expo system. In this research 2D and 3D graphics are used as a feature to introduce UMKM products, with the user as a admin and the owner products of the virtual expo. Products owner are expected to be able to place their products on the system and admin can add products display. The research method used to complete this research starts from making functional and non-functional requirement analysis, system design, web design, virtual exhibition, environment design, 3D objects, material, assets, implementation and testing. The results achieved in this research is a virtual exhibition that can help introduce UMKM products that are made, so that people are easier and more interested using the system on the user and the costumer side.
