Abstract

The high rate of maternal and infant mortality and the difficulty of AKI and AKB to decrease indicate that maternal health program interventions cannot only be carried out in the downstream part, namely for pregnant women, but also should be drawn upstream in the group of adolescents and young adults to ensure individuals can grow and develop healthy. Today, reproductive health problems in adolescents have not been fully addressed. This can be seen from the still high age of marriage, which amounted to 46.7% ( (Kemenkes, 2010)[i]) and still high births in adolescence (ASFR), which amounted to 48 per 1000 women (IDHS, 2012). Teenagers' knowledge of reproductive health is also still low and the incidence of pregnancy at adolescence is still high at 16.7%. Even though the implementation of thin bride and groom has been carried out by the Ministry of Religion in collaboration with the Health Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that will look at how the curriculum is applied in implementing the bride and groom courses, especially the curriculum on reproductive health and pregnancy preparation. The technique of collecting data by indept interview to the Ministry of Religion, DKK and Puskesmas will then be triangulated to prospective brides who have received a bride and groom course. Data will be analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study show that the material that must be delivered is not in accordance with the existing time allocation, there are variations in the implementation of catin class counseling

Abstract

Perineum wounds that occur in most childbirth need to be healed immediately to prevent infection and lower the scale of pain. Perineum wound healing is influenced by many things, one of which is zinc. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of zinc on perineum wound healing and the relationship of perineum wound healing with decreased pain scale. The research design uses literacystudies,  searches using proquest sites and google scholar. Originally found 218 articles,  186 articles were eligible after duplication checks. Articles are filtered by publication time, article type, and full text availability. The articles covered are articles published in the last 10 years (2011 and above). The types of articles discussed are articles that are not literature studies. This filtering resulted in 86 articles. Articles that are not relevant to zinc, wound healing and decreased the scale of perineum pain in  eksklusi,  so obtained  11 articles that became samples in the study. Zinc is able to accelerate the healing of perineum wounds. However, its effectiveness in accelerating wound healing is still less when compared to vitamin C. Zinc will be more effective in accelerating wound healing if combined with other therapies such as honey and vitamin C. Zinc is safe to be consumed safely by humans with a maximum limit of 40mg/day. There is a link between perineum wound healing and decreased pain scale. This research is expected to be an input for health workers, especially midwives to provide zinc tablet therapy for mothers nifas to accelerate the healing of perineum wounds.

Abstract

Bleeding is one of the causes of maternal death. Bleeding before the start before the 1st trimester caused by hydatidiform mole, interrupted ectopic pregnancy and abortion. The cause of abortion from maternal faktors is the main faktor causing the abortion. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the frequency of pregnancy and the incidence of abortion in pregnant women. This research is a descriptive correlative study with a population of all pregnant women at Patean Health Center with a total sample of 26 people. The data used were secondary data using an observation sheet in the form of a checklist with univariate and bivariate analysis of the chi-square test at a value of p 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between abortion and the frequency of pregnancy and the incidence of abortion p = 0.027. It is recommended that midwives provide more focus on multigravida pregnant women through early detection of pregnancy complications through integrated ancillary services.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and gross and fine motoric development. Quantitative research method with cross sectional approach. The population of all children aged 3-5 years in Bandengan village, Kendal Regency who meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria is 144 people as a sample. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution and bivariat analysis with Chi Square test  with α 0,05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and gross motor skills of children aged 3-5 years where the p value was 0.001 α 0,05, and there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and fine motor skills of children aged 3-5 years with p value 0.001 α 0,05

Abstract

Cervical cancer incidence ranks second after breast cancer. One of the efforts to detect cervical cancer early is the IVA method. The formation of IVA cadres in Bejiruyung Village was a breakthrough in efforts to reduce cervical cancer cases. Health cadres as the spearhead of health empowerment need to be refreshed in improving their skills. This study used an quasi experimental study with one group pre test post test design. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there are increased in cervical cancer examination skills using the IVA method through refreshing cadres in Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency in 2020 (p value 0.0001). It is hoped that the Head of the Puskesmas will optimize health promotion officers at the puskesmas and village midwives in conducting training / refreshing for IVA cadres as well as health education / health promotion on early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method. Village midwives should always assist and provide motivation to cadres in carrying out their duties to invite women to do early cervical cancer screening using the IVA method.
