Abstract

Research aims to understand factors affecting the difference decision-making customers in choosing Bank Syariah Mandiri and to know the key factor of decision making customers in choosing Bank Syariah Mandiri. The data used in this research was primary data obtained by the division of the questionnaire. This Questionnaire consists of nine factors that is social, personal, culture, psychological, location, products, service, facilities and to promote the total number of questions about 19 questions and they are highly capable validity and reliability. Samples to be taken as many as 100 respondents. The method of analysis that used is discriminant analysis. The results of the study showed that of factors affect the difference decision customers in choosing Bank Syariah Mandiri is the variable of the social (0,023), persons (0,027), culture (0,001), and facility (0,046). The key variable from the study is the variable “ culture “ so that can be concluded miscellany.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinant of fraud diamond that is pressure, opportunity, rationality and capability to financial fraud statement and its impact to company value. The sample of research is 66 manufacturing industry companies indicated to perform financial fraud statement. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous regression with panel data. the result of the research shows: 1) gross profit margin has positive effect to financial statement fraud, 2) frequency of cash flow is not affect to fraud financial report, 3) Board of commissioner have positive and significant effect to fraudulent financial report. 4) Return on asset has positive and significant effect on fraud financial report 5) Receiveable has no effect and positive to fraudulent financial report 6) Independent board of commissioner has negative and significant effect on fraud financial report 7) Independent board of commissioner has positive effect on financial fraud statement, 8) total accruals have a positive and significant effect on financial statement fraud, 9) majority ownership positively and positively influences to financial statement fraud, 10) earnings management negatively affects company value.

Abstract

Achieving corporate goals depends not only on modern equipment, facilities, and complete infrastructure, but it depends on the people who carry out the work. The success of an organization is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study to determine the level of employee performance in terms of the quality of superior relationships with subordinates (LMX) by taking the leadership character by employee and organizational commitment of employees through Organization Citizen Behaviour (OCB).The type of research used is the research of causality, research that aims to determine the relationship and the influence between two or more variables. The object of this research is Kospin Jasa Pekalongan.The results obtained: (1) Leader member Exchange effect on organizational citizenship Behaviour employees. (2) Organizational commitment has an effect on organizational citizenship Behaviour of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (3) Leader member Exchange affects the performance of employees of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (4) Organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (5) Organizational citizenship Behaviour affects the performance of employees of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (6) Leader member exchange has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship Behaviour of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (7) Organizational commitment has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship Behaviour of Kospin Jasa Pekalongan.

Abstract

In this era, some people use E-commerce for online transportation. Go-Jek is one of the alternatif online transportation that used by people. The aim of the research is to know the effect of factor cost, quality of services, and E-Commerce technologi to decision for using Go-Jek service in Kecamatan Cibinong. The type of research is used correlational research. The data analysis is used linear regression of multiple with helping SPSS program version 17.0. Result of the research shows the test linear regression of multiple obtained the regression equation is: Y = 3.340+ 0,631X1+ 0,180X2+ 0,678X3. The meaning is every it increases the values of free variable (cost, quality of services, and E-Commerce) so it will increase the value of customers decision using Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the value Adjust R Square of 0,446 (44,6%) Which means together factors cost , the quality of services and E-Commerce have contribution or affecting decision to use Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong of 44,6 %, while the rest 55,4% affect by the other factors that is not discussed in the research. The results of the hypothesis whether partial and simultaneously Prove that factors price , the quality of services and e-commerce affect decision costumers using Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong. The most dominant factors affecting decision to using go-jek in Kecamatan Cibinong is a factor information technology E-Commerce , this is proven by value the regression coefficient of 0,678.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of supervision of the leadership on employee productivity simultaneously at UPT Development of Medicinal Plants Nanggung District Bogor Regency. The research type is explanatory research which analyzed with quantitative approach including Correlation Coefficient (KK), Coefficient of Determination (KD), Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Test. The number of samples was 32 respondents with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through literature study, questionnaire distribution, and observation. Likert scale is used for Questionnaire question. Leadership supervision as independent variable with indicator: work standard setting, measurement of work result, correction action, and feedback. Employee productivity as a dependent variable, with indicators: quantity, quality, timeliness and motivation. Hypothesis test results showed the positive and significant influence of supervision of the leadership to employee work poduktivitas. It means, if the supervision of the leadership increases then it will be followed by increased employee productivity. The result of statistical calculation of Coefficient of Determination (r2) or R square and Simple Linear Regression equation showed a differentiator between supervisory variables of leadership with productivity variables and any increase in the value of supervisory leadership will increase the influence of work productivity of workers.

Abstract

The latest published information about percentage of Indonesia’s entrepreneur from total population was 1.65% equal to 4.26 million people. This number was still lower than the minimum standard of developed countries, which is 2%. In order to achieve that number the government needs a new strategy which can effectively raise the number of new entrepreneurs which targeted the young generation. The research conducted to analyze seconder data to propose a program called a collaboration among Academics – Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners – College Students. Lead by selected lecturers, the college students were expected firstly to work together in developing existing SMEs in small groups. The next step was a program to enable them to find opportunities and open their own businesses. The last stage was the evaluations. The mentioned series of activities should be done under the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of Republic of Indonesia and implemented by the departments in local districts cooperated with universities. Research objects were data of total entrepreneurs, universities, and certain data related to Indonesia’s economy. The approach of this research was deductive, which aimed to build a new theory formulated to give an idea of how to increase from existing total entrepreneurs to targeted total entrepreneurs. Both qualitative and quantitative techniques were conducted, begun with content analysis, it was followed by basic mathematical calculation. The final result of the research was a proposed program to Indonesia’s governement to gain new entrepreneurs from 1.65% to 2% as targeted.

Abstract

The presence of Alfamart near Indomaret which has been standing, it will cause a scramble for customers between Indomart and Alfamart. This is happen at Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta that caused a decline in the average number of customers per day which shopping. On 2006 Indomaret at Kota Bukit has decreased that significantly by 22.22% compared to the average number of daily customers of 2005. The condition of latest, the average number of daily customers on 2007 (Januari-April) is decreasing as much as 1.20% compared to the average daily benefit of 2006. The research aims to understand the influence of the quality of service for customer satisfaction at Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta with full and simultaneous. The population that used is the customers Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta and sample is taken using Slovin formulas with the levels of trust 90%. The data analyze is used Multiple Linier Regression. The result of the research is to inform the quality of service which includes the tangible, realibility, responsive, assurance and empathy to depend on the particular satisfaction simultaneously. Responsive variable is variable which influence with full and has the biggest impact on customers satisfaction Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of participants Pension (Y) at PT.Taspen (Persero) Branch Depok. Independent variables used in this research are Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5). The sample of this research is 100 Participants from all population. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that tangible (X1), reliability (X2), and responsiveness (X3) partially have a significant influence on satisfaction of pension participant (Y) meaning that the better tangible, reliability and responsiveness then the satisfaction of pension participant will increase. Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) are not partially insignificant to the satisfaction of the Pension Participant (Y). The result of calculation of coefficient of determination shows that the satisfaction of the participant of pension is influenced by five independent variables such as tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) equal to 53,7% and the rest equal to 46, 3% is influenced by other factors.
