Abstract

The depth of knowledge a student will develop while building a model, the memories and skills they will gain that transcend content, and the teamwork they will develop during the process are just a few of the benefits of the modeling process. Ultimately, the modeling process will allow students and teachers to experience education in a way that matches the way work is done in scientific research, engineering, and other professional settings. Having students build models to solve problems is an enormous goal and enormous goals require enormous planning. Abstract

Role playing can be called a drama or imitating certain behaviors or characters that differentiate each student's position. With this method, students are expected to be able to issue their imagination in playing a character or living up to the character of a predetermined character. The research was conducted on 2nd grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. Method of role play a method that can be one of the solutions in the learning process in the classroom that allows learners or students the spirit in learning. And it can increase students learning interest so that students can sharpen their thinking to learn well and try hard to get a satisfactory value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model (Teams Games Tournament) on student learning motivation. Researchers conducted research at SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. The type of research used is a quantitative approach to experimental methods with Pre Experimental design. The type used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects taken were 21 grade II students at SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. TGT learning model (Teams Games Tournament) is used to find out the effect of the TGT learning model (Teams Games Tournament) on the learning motivation of class II students of SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the data obtained is the count of 20.80 and a table of 1.725. Thus count > table, namely 20.80> 1.725, there is the effect of the TGT model (Teams Games Tournament) on the learning motivation of class II students of SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. While the results of the eta squared test obtained 0.955 ≥ 0.14 has the meaning of great influence.
