Abstract

Pepelingasih program involving pioneer youths throughout the province that concentrates on environmental care, especially river cleanliness from piles of garbage. Pepelingasih as a government program certainly has many challenges, in addition to the lack of public awareness regarding waste as well as how to implement or implement other programs to have a positive impact. This study aims to determine the communication strategy of the Pepelingasih program in Sidoarjo Regency. The focus in this research is Implementation according to Edward III on communication in Pepelingasih, Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and document analysis. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model in Sugiyono (2014: 246), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that communication in the transmission dimension has been going well in accordance with the applicable standard procedures and guidelines. The dimension of clarity in getting public information can be seen on the Disparbudpar and Pepelingasih Instagram, and you can also come directly to the Sidoarjo Regency Disparbudpar office by meeting the youth staff. The consistency dimension has provided consistent services and information based on Standard Operating Procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze community participation in the implementation of BUMDes Subur Makmur in Kedungboto Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. and to analyze and describe the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of BUMDes Subur Makmur in Kedungboto Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques obtained are interviews, observation and documentation with one key informant and six informants. Data analysis techniques in data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of the study indicate that community participation in the implementation of BUMDes Subur Makmur in Kedungboto Village, the dimension of decision making is that the community participates in the from of providing suggestions and input about the BUMDes program during deliberation to determine the type of BUMDes,and communiy parisipation in iimlemrntation is the biggest part of the BUMDes program that has been doe well.but the negative side was the emergence of a pandemiic outbbreak I early 2020 which caused the program to be forced to stop because people had floked to stay away from crowds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the family of hope program along with the obstacles in the family of hope program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the problem of assistants who carry out socialization only once every three months and there are still many PKH recipients who do not understand their rights and obligations. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by means of in-depth interviews, observations and relevant literature studies with one key informant, namely the Village PKH assistant and four supporting informants including the District PKH coordinator, village secretary, and PKH assistance recipient communities. The analysis technique in this study uses a qualitative type that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the analysis of the family of hope program in Sidoarjo, namely, first, the achievement of goals. The achievement measure is said to have not been achieved because the targets for accepting PKH members are still not on target and the process of managing the aid index for PKH recipients is still not right. The second is integration, the size of integration is said to be not right because there has been no delivery of skills for PKH members in socializing with PKH facilitators. Third, adaptation, PKH facilitators are quite good and can adapt to PKH members and their environment. Keywords – ;

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the quality of population administration services in Kajeksan Village, Strengthening District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the fact that in providing population administration management services, of course, there are problems. Which takes one week to process an ID card, but in reality it takes up to 2 weeks. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation and review of relevant literature. The technique of determining the informant uses purposive sampling. The informants in this study were the head of the Kajeksan village, the secretary of the Kajeksan village, the head of the TU and the general public and 2 users of population administration services. The analysis technique in this study is a qualitative analysis type, referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that, Analysis of the quality of population administration services in Kejeksan village, Tulangan sub-district, Sidoarjo district. On time guarantees that have not provided satisfaction to the community as service users, it is necessary to arrange a schedule for service officers so that they can be in place, so that people can quickly get services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the Strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing the Coban Canggu Tourism Object. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. By using purposive sampling technique in determining informants. The results of research in the resources support strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing Coban Canggu Tourism Objects, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, show that utilizing existing resources, both in the provision of infrastructure, human resources, and budgets. As there is still a lack of available budget, the slow pace of developing the Coban Canggu Waterfall attraction has not been maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Community Empowerment from the ability to buy small commodities in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with the head of Kedensari Village, Kedensari Village Secretary and with Micro,Small And Medium Enterprises actors. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the ability to buy small commodities Kedensari Village community was able to buy their daily needs and could help them to support their families. However, there are obstacles, namely that the village government has not been optimal in conducting socialization to the community about the implementation of economic empowerment due to the limited ability of the village government apparatus in conveying information clearly. As well as community involvement and awareness to participate in training organized by the village government in collaboration with local youth organizations is also still lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze community empowerment through the Kampung KB program in Ketegan Village, Tanggulangin District and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment in the KB Village. The research method carried out by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of determining the informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. fish-based food processor by PLKB Tanggulangin Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the main target of this program is the community, especially in Ketegan Village. From the community side, they gave a positive response in the implementation of the family planning program in the form of community participation in providing information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze community empowerment through the Bestari Waste Bank program in Lebo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses qualitative, data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation and review of relevant literature. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informants of this research include the Head of Lebo Village, Sidoarjo District, Chair of the Lebo Village Bestari Garbage Bank, Lebo Village Secretary and members or customers of the Lebo Village Bestari Garbage Bank. The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative analysis type (referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results show that Community Empowerment through the Bestari Waste Bank Program in Lebo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency) seen from human development, including: increasing public knowledge on the knowledge aspect carried out by way of socialization related to waste sorting, on the aspect of attitude by fostering an entrepreneurial, professional and independent attitude and on the skill aspect by providing training to create recycled waste so that it can increase the economic value of increasing the Bargaining Position of the Community by synergizing with various parties, ranging from bureaucracy, academics, community leaders and business actors. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether e-procurement and internal control variables can affect fraud prevention. This type of research used quantitative research. The sample used was 36 employees of the Procurement of Goods/Services using probability sampling and random sampling methods. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the procurement of goods/services to be answered. The analytical tool used to help process the data is SPSS software version 18.0. The analysis technique uses multiple linear. Of the 36 questionnaires distributed, only 35 were returned and could be processed. The results of the partial test. Variable X1 namely e-procurement showed no effect on fraud prevention of 0.265 and variable X2, namely internal control, showed an effect on fraud of 7.380. Simultaneously, the variables X1 and X2 have an effect on fraud of 28,716.

Abstract

This article analyzes the activity of Fayzulla Khodjaev, the leader of the "Young Bukhara" party, the chairman of the government of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Uzbekistan in 1924-1937, the political leader of the Uzbek nation, as a political and state chairman. Despite the fact that Fayzulla Khodjaev was a communist, the All Union of Russia at that time was critical of the methods and ideology of the Russian Communist Party. He contributed a lot to the development of industry, agriculture and culture of Uzbekistan in 1924-1937. During his tenure as the head of the government, the rate of development of the state and society of Uzbekistan accelerated. Dictator Joseph Stalin did not like the fact that Fayzulla Khodjaev enjoyed great prestige among the people and had the qualities of a political leader back in the days of the former USSR. Moscow did not particularly like the courage, truthfulness of Fayzulla Khodjaev and the fact that he followed the people. Stalin also suspected that he might try to separate Uzbekistan as an independent state. Fayzulla Khodjaev was shot in 1937 by order of Stalin. The article mainly analyzes the political events and processes of the 20-30s of the twentieth century, reveals the original image and ideology of the Bolshevik Party.
