Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee performance on the quality of administrative services at the Tanggulangin District office, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is correlational quantitative research. The sampling technique was Accidental Sampling and the determination of the sample size using Isaac & Michael's table calculations amounted to 347 respondents. The results of data analysis obtained from the respondents' questionnaires indicate that there is an influence between employee performance and the quality of administrative services at the Tanggulangin District office, Sidoarjo Regency as evidenced by the partial test with the value of the independent variable obtained that (sig < a = 0.000 < 0.05). This result is also evidenced by a simple linear regression analysis test, the value obtained from a simple linear regression analysis of employee performance is 0.837. Multiple correlation coefficient test obtained a value of 0.716 or close to 1 so that there is a strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Multiple Determination Test to get the results of R Square is 0.576. It means that the rise and fall of the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, namely 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation with one key informant including the PKH supervisor in Banjarbendo Village and informants including the Head of the Welfare Section, Head of the Family Hope Program Division, Sidoarjo Social Service, recipient participants PKH benefits. The data analysis technique in this research is data collection. data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be seen that in the that in achieving goals, it has been able to achieve its goals especially in the education and health sectors, and the impact it has has a positive impact on PKH beneficiary families.

Abstract

The Clean and Green Sidoarjo Program in Kepuh Kemiri Village in addition to overcoming existing environmental problems, also aims to develop public awareness to care about the surrounding environment and change people's behavior not to throw garbage in any place, process waste into economic value. The use of a qualitative approach to the writing method. Methods of collecting data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The collection of two types of data, primary data and secondary data. The author uses the data analysis method : data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and reasoning. From the results of this paper, the implementation of the Clean and Green Sidoarjo program has been running according to predetermined indicators, although there are several obstacles faced.

Abstract

Performance appraisal plays an important role for organizations because it allows organizations to know, measure and assess employee performance. The results of the performance appraisal help the organization to make decisions in the management of the organization's human resources. Performance appraisal is very influential on the effectiveness of the employee's work. Performance appraisal is seen as an assessment of the performance or work ability shown by employees in carrying out their duties and functions in accordance with work targets. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the e-performance system in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency.This study uses the theory of effectiveness. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with purposive sampling informant determination technique, namely the user of the e-performance system of employees in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. As well as data analysis techniques, namely data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusionsThe results of this study indicate that the e-performance system in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency is still not effective. This is because there are several inhibiting factors, such as Sidokumpul sub-district employees who do not understand optimally about the operationalization of e-performance infrastructure, causing them to be less effective in reporting their duties. In addition, the operation of the e-performance system itself still has many obstacles, such as the internet network and the level of security that is not perfect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Socialization of the Hellowork Program at the Pasuruan Regency Manpower Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation with selected informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study on the Socialization of the Hellowork Program at the Manpower Office of Pasuruan Regency showed that the socialization of the program carried out by the Pasuruan Regency Manpower Office was good because it was carried out in various ways, but it was felt that it was not effective because there were still many Pasuruan residents who did not know about Hellowork. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, socialization has rarely been carried out because the budget has been refocused on Covid-19 aid funds.

Abstract

Regional autonomy gives authority to districts or cities to regulate each district or city individually. Regional autonomy has been officially enacted since January 1, 2001. It is hoped that the implementation of autonomy will allow districts to be more creative in obtaining individual local revenues and financing district outputs in running the government. Implementation of the Government's Strategy in Market Service Retribution Through the E-Nyank System at Gedangan Market, Sidoarjo Regency cannot be separated from obstacles. The problem of implementing the program strategy is, first, the lack of a retribution checking officer in checking retribution payments, so that they are less effective in carrying out their duties. Second, the human resources at Gedangan Market who don't want to bother using smartphones and top-up balances. This study aims to analyze the Government's Strategy in Market Service Retribution through the E-Nyank System at Gedangan Market, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Government's Strategy in Market Service Retribution is not yet optimal through the E-Nyank System at Gedangan Market, Sidoarjo Regency marked by the unfulfilled indicators in the strategy process according to Kooten in Salusus (2006:104-105), namely organizational strategy indicators, program strategy, resource support strategy and institutional strategy.

Abstract

The role played by the Cooperatives and UMKM Service in Sidoarjo Regency for business actors, the tempeh sector in Sepande Village, only provides a soybean skin peeler tool, and the Cooperative Service itself is said lacking in socialization to kopti Karya Mulya because Kopti is less open to the Cooperative Service of Sidoarjo. Using qualitative descriptive writing and research locations in Sidoarjo Regency Cooperative Office, for the informants the Head of the Cooperative and Service, Head of Kopti Karya Mulya and members of Kopti Karya Mulya. Collecting data obtained by interview, observation and documentation, the data analysis technique uses model methods such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the role of the Cooperative Service as an entrepreneur in marketing tempeh is still less than optimal. Because members who are elderly are less knowledgeable about technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPPADU) in applying for a Building Permit (IMB) at DPMPTSP Sidoarjo Regency. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. The collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used by Miles and Huberman consists of four components of analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show the conclusion that the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPPADU) in applying for a Building Permit (IMB) at DPMPTSP Sidoarjo Regency in terms of service efficiency in completion time needs to be evaluated while the responsiveness of officers, facilities and infrastructure, the spirit of cooperation and loyalty of the working group, and the relationship between the leader and subordinates is appropriate.

Abstract

The village head of Plabuhanrejo carried out a program that focused on village development, such as the construction of retaining walls and road rebates. However, the village head was still unable to mobilize village youth to participate in the deliberation held in Plabuhanrejo Village. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the leadership style of the Village Head in the implementation of infrastructure development in Plabuhanrejo Village. The research method used descriptive qualitative with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study, the village head's decision-making ability has a role in determining a decision. In communication skills, the village head does not yet have good communication with the youth in Plabuhanrejo Village. while the ability to control subordinates, the village head provides sanctions for subordinates who are not disciplined at work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline on the performance of study employees at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo. The type of this research is quantitative associative. The sample in the study was 15 respondents, namely some employees of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire and data collection techniques by filling out a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 statistic program. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo employees with a t count > t table (2,603 ​​> 2,110).
