Abstract

The promotion of Employee Position at PT Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya is still done manually, so it does not close the possibility if the decision making is done subjectively by only looking at certain aspects, in the selection of employees who only see from the mass of the lingering work that assumes it must be more competent is not effective. Looking at the existing problems, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can help solve problems in decision making by adjusting the criteria and weights that have been determined by the company. The method used in decision making is the Profile Matching method. With this method we can find out the employees who fall under the weights and criteria of promotion of positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya. There is a problem with PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya needs a decision support system in determining the promotion of employee positions. The system development method uses a waterfall model which is a systematic and skuensial software development that will be built using the Laravel Framework, PHP, and MySQL database programming languages. The final result in this research is the making of a Decision Support System for The Promotion of Employee Positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya with Profile Matching method based on this Website can determine employees who deserve to be considered and have not been selected to choose one of the best in occupying the position. After the decision obtained in the application of the decision support system, the system will display a list of prospective employees who can be balanced to be an option in the promotion of office.

Abstract

Unit teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung proses bisnis pada suatu perusahaan, salah satunya adalah PT Jasa Marga. Unit teknologi informasi ini wajib memberikan dukungan kepada perusahaan yaitu mengolah dan menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh elemen eksistensi dalam bentuk teknologi informasi. PT Jasa Marga sebagai penyedia jalan bebas hambatan telah memberlakukan pembayaran non-tunai yaitu Electronic Toll (E-toll). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja teknologi informasi transaksi E-toll pada PT Jasa Marga cabang Surabaya-Gempol dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC). IT BSC akan mengukur kinerja departemen TI dari empat perspektif, yaitu Kontribusi Instansi, Orientasi Pengguna, Penyempurnaan Operasional dan Orientasi Masa Depan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan mix method yang menunjukkan bahwa PT Jasa Marga khususnya Tol Surabaya Gempol telah memenuhi 2 perspektif berkategori baik dan 2 perspektif berkategori cukup.

Abstract

MAN 2 Mojokerto Library is located at RA Basuni No. 306 Sooko, North Daleman, Japan, Kec. Sooko, Mojokerto. This library has a large collection of textbooks and non-lessons, both in print and electronic form. The library has several services including, borrowing and returns. The library wants to apply the reading culture to the community of MAN 2 Mojokerto, and wants to develop existing services in the library because the existing services are less diverse. The solution given to the problem is to develop library services into digital libraries by applying existing gamification elements such as Challange & Quest to increase the interest in reading library by answering questions from the e-book that has been read, leaderboards are used to encourage library to be diligent in reading e-books and answering as many questions as possible by displaying the percentage of attendance and activity of the library, Point is used to encourage library to often answer questions and motivate library to come to the library to borrow books for a longer time by exchange points earned, and utilization of E-books also helps the development of digital library services. Layanan tersebut dapat diakses kapan saja tanpa terbatas ruang maupun waktu sehingga civitas sekolah dapat menggunakannya secara langsung. Selain itu layanan yang ada mendukung perpustakaan dalam menerapkan budaya membaca disekolah. Elemen-elemen gamification yang digunakan yaitu Point, Leaderboard, Challenges & Quests. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, 46,9% jawaban siswa aplikasi ini sangat menarik, 40,6% aplikasi ini menarik, dan 12,5% aplikasi ini cukup menarik dan 50% jawaban pustakawan aplikasi ini sangat membantu dan 50% aplikasi ini membantu.layanan ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pemustaka maupun pustakawan dalam melakukan proses membaca maupun pengelolaan data dan laporan.

Abstract

Universitas Dinamika (Undika) adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Surabaya. Universitas Dinamika memiliki dua fakultas yaitu Fakultas Teknologi Industri (FTI) dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB). Salah satu bagian yang ada di Undika dalam hal pemberian pelayanan adalah bagian Kemahasiswaan. Kemahasiswaan sendiri bergerak dalam pengelolaan kegiatan dan pembinaan soft skills dengan menyediakan fasilitas sebagai wadah organisasi kegiatan mahasiswa. Untuk mendukung tugasnya, bagian Kemahasiswaan mempunyai website berfungsi sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi kepada mahasiswa. website kemahasiswaan Universitas Dinamika menunjukkan kenaikan pengunjung pada masa setelah terjadi pandemi covid-19 dimana semua kegiatan perkuliahan dan pencarian informasi terkait perkuliahan dilakukan secara online. Dengan begitu website kemahasiswaan Undika harusnya menjadi sumber informasi yang akurat. Permasalahannya, 80% mahasiswa Universitas Dinamika mengeluhkan tentang informasi yang disediakan pada website kemahasiswaan belum lengkap. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi website memahasiswaan Undika dengan metode Tam. Dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 93 responden mahasiswa Universitas Dinamika, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan structural equation modeling(SEM) menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS diperoleh bahwa Job relevance berpengaruh positif dan signigikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar  25%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap image sebesar 77%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 26%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use sebesar 24%. Output quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 25%. perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use sebesar 37%. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 33%. Intention to use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Usage behavior sebesar 66%.

Abstract

PT. Indoka Putra Mandiri is a company located in Surabaya, and is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing and retail of fire safety products. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire distribution with a sample of 20 respondents, it was found that more than 55% of respondents answered disagree with the variables that refer to the initial appearance of the website. Therefore, the solution offered is to design the user interface on the Indokafire website. In this study to design a user interface with the google design sprint model. To complete this research, it is divided into 3 stages, namely the initial stage, the development stage, and the final stage. The initial stage is the understand stage, which includes interviews with company owners and customers. Furthermore, benchmark data is made to compare the Indokafire website with other websites related to the sale of fire extinguishers. The diverge stage contains a record of any deficiencies on the website, after which an alternative design will be made. Furthermore, at the development stage, namely the decide stage, which is the stage to select one of the eight design alternatives that have been made. The chosen design alternative will be made a storyboard and continued at the next stage, namely the prototype stage. The last stage is the validate stage, the evaluation stage with the heuristic evaluation method. The results of the evaluation show that 20 respondents overall get a percentage of 100% agree and strongly agree with the new design.

Abstract

PT Inmaksindo Infiniti Graha is a real estate company in Surabaya and has a website, namely https://www.inmaxproperty.com. The website is used for the process of buying and renting property, users of the INMAX Property website are people who are looking for property to buy or rent. The problem is when users who want to buy property access the website there are several problems, such as inadequate information, there is a lack of filters in the search feature, no login and register features, and no agent scheduling and indent property features. From these problems, evaluation is carried out using the Heuristic Evaluation method consisting of 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error prevention, Recognition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, Help and documentation. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there were improvements in the indicators of Consistency and Standards, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, and Help and Documentation. Therefore, a redesign was carried out with the Double Diamond model with the steps Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. Based on the results of the redesign that have been evaluated, it is found that the display indicator of the KPR simulation on the principle of Consistency and Standards which was previously 1.90 (respondents disagreed) after the redesign increased to 2.73 (respondents agreed). Meanwhile, the Email Agent button is available to discuss the property on the principle of Flexibility and Efficiency of Use before redesigning the mean is 2.43 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to a mean of 3.03 (respondents agree). Whereas in the indicator there is a contact us feature to make it easier for users who want to ask about the desired property in the Help and Documentation principle before redesigning the mean 2.47 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to mean 3.30 (respondents agree). For other principles, there is no need for improvement because the respondent agrees with the existing design.

Abstract

One indicator of a good education system is the system used to measure the quality of its output. The method used by universities to obtain feedback from graduates is a tracer study. Tracer studies are aimed at graduates and graduate/company users. Dinamika University has been conducting a tracer study since 2016 using an online system. However, the system is only used for filling out graduate questionnaires, while filling out graduate user questionnaires is still using the conventional system. Also, in the online tracer study system, the list of questions made is still in a static form so that it cannot be changed at any time according to instructions from the Higher Education. Based on these problems, a graduate tracking system is needed that can be used to fill out questionnaires for graduates and graduate users, and can add and change questions as needed. The tracer study method is used as a reference in carrying out the graduate tracing process to obtain graduate data which allows Dinamika University to obtain information on the education and learning process and becomes the basis for curriculum planning.

Abstract

PT Syahid Husada Dewata is a company engaged in the marketing and maintenance of laboratory equipment located in Bali. If employees whose performance falls below the performance standard, it can hamper transactions. Currently assessment uses Essay method, carried out by one assessor, performance appraisal if done with one perspective can lead to subjectiveity. Current assessment are still in descriptive making it difficult to rank the employees. The solution implemented to overcome these problems is to create an Employee Performance Appraisal System with the 360 Degree Feedback. The application of the 360 Degree Feedback Method used to increase the point of view of appraisal. In order to make it easier rank employees, it’s necessary to convert a descriptive assessment into a scale. Graphic Rating Scale method is used so that the final results of the assessment can be immediately determined for the best ranking of employees. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a performance appraisal system that can be used to take assessments from parties around the assessed employee. The resulting performance appraisal report can be directly used to rank employees. The resulting system also meets the testing phase and meets the design needs of users.

Abstract

The Career and Alumni Service Center (PLKA) is a career development center that aims to become a liaison between companies and job seekers, especially those from Undika. PLKA has several work programs to connect companies with job seekers. But at this time, a problem was found, namely the absence of a supporting application that could monitor alumni looking for work or jobseekers (alumni). Based on these problems, in this research, a dashboard system application was made to make it easier for PLKA to monitor jobseekers (alumni). In building a dashboard system application for PLKA using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this research is that this application can help PLKA find out information related to monitoring the number of alumni applying for job vacancies, the number of applicants based on activities, the number of job vacancies, and the number of graduate competency promotion activities in real-time and can determine the value of the KPI indicator used as a comparison target with actual achievements. Abstract

Dinamika University library has an online catalog to search for books. to determine the category / class referring to the ddc23 book takes approximately 3 to 10 minutes. the problem that exists is that the library manager has difficulty determining the appropriate category because the determination of the category is not fast enough. the purpose of this research is to produce a book category classification system with the naïve bayes classifier algorithm (case study: undika library) to determine classification quickly and improve the suitability of book categories. naïve bayes classifier is a method used for classification in which the process is divided into two stages, namely the learning stage and the testing phase. classification uses class 000 of ddc23, where the data is divided into 311 training data and 78 testing data and the results of the accuracy test are 73% which shows the naïve bayes classifier algorithm can be used as an algorithm for classifying book categories because of its high accuracy. the level of testing accuracy is influenced by the large amount of training data and the category dictionary used. Classification of categories is done in a faster time with the system only takes 24 seconds 39 milliseconds.
