Abstract

The problem of the research is how to analyze credit customers so as to reduce the risk of mistakes that could cause bad credit payment.  BJVA has also been doing analysis credit before giving credit to its customers. But with the analysis, there were still 63% of transactions experienced delay in payment. To reduce the risk of mistakes that could cause bad credit payment, the scoring method will help analyze the customer's credit. Based on trials conducted, only 54 of the transactions can be used as the sample. This application can reduce the risk of bad credit up to 41%.

Abstract

Abstract: Public service is a place to meet specific needs, where common services include restaurants, hotels, public refueling stations (gas stations), and automatic teller machine (ATM). At this time the search location of public services supported by the device commonly called a location search navigation system or guiding direction. Knowledge navigation system directions or compass and map, and how to use it must be owned and understood. Problems encountered were not all users can read a map, both in physical form and application service providers map. They have difficulty in the process of introducing a new area they visit with the map provided, therefore the knowledge of the directions or compass and map, and how to use it must be owned and understood. Based on the description above, the proposed application of GPS and GIS to find the location and distance of public services with Maps and Augmented Reality Camera-View on Android-Based Mobile Devices. These applications can facilitate the search for the location of public services needed by simply selecting the menu location of public services eg gas stations, restaurants and hotels, without having to type the name of the location is necessary, so as to expedite the search for the location of public services.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.

trade business on Sarua Subur is a distributor of bottled  drinking  water  (AMDK), Or drink packaging in Madura. trade business on Sarua Subur has three branches, among other branches bangkalan, sumenep, Pamekkasan. trade business branch bangkalan will distribute to every store in accordance with the request of the store.During this trade business Sarua Subur branch Bangkalan Could not meet the demand a shop as much as 106(one hundred and six) The incident delay the fulfillment of customer orders every year. hence business trade Sarua Subur branch Bangkalan Need an inventory of goods which is sufficient to meet the needs of the customers In order to estimate how the number of supplies for the future trade at a venture Sarua Subur branch bangkalan It takes a system of merchandise, inventory information by applying a engineering build the system inventory information merchandise by using the method Triple eksponensial Smoothig (winters).The lateness of the problem and the fulfillment of the needs of merchandise can be taken in conclusion, that a system can be predicted an inventory of goods merchandise to UD Sarua Subur Because the system could predict supplies in the future, and also be used to memeperkirakan how the number of supplies for the moment to supply of goods in a warehouse more stable.

Abstract

Abstract: Warehouse in CV.  Cahaya Karya Tehnik have problems in controlling the supply of raw materials because it is still done by manual. This results in the process of reporting for incoming raw material,  raw material, inventory mutations the raw material, and reorder filing supplies raw materials takes time which tend to be longer.    Because of that is required application control the supply of raw materials that can be used to take note of raw materials in, mutations raw materials, and the submission of reserving reexamined raw materials, so that the supply of raw materials at warehouse CV. Cahaya Karya Tehnik can run well and no vacant supplies. System also can print form mutation raw material that can be used as an archive warehouse. With the implementation of this system, the warehouse is no longer experiencing the emptiness of supplies of raw materials. The resulting system is expected to address the existing problems so far, and the resulting information will be more accurate. Besides that part of the barn is CV. Abstract

UD. Adi Jaya Makmur a trading company which sale of tools and building materials. UD. Adi Jaya Makmur established in 2003 with the owner is Mr. Boedy Purwanto S.E. At 2010, that company has new a strong legal entities with obtaining IMB (Building Permit) and a Business License (Business License Trade) with number 510/22032/404.6.2/2012. During the running of the enterprise business their found variety of problems, there are many customers who late to pay the installments, amount of uncollectible, have difficulty to know the payment deadline of customer and less detailed financial reports to the company owner. From the existing problem, then created a desktop-based sales application with title “Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur” wich able to give the maximum contribute to the progress of the company. Application made can also give information, corporate customers information policy, credit provision and the sale to the owner of the company.In helping companies analyzes feasibility credit provision to prospective customers using methods 5c.5c consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition of economy .To appraisement creditworthiness to prospective customers 5c, by using the method the company gave priority weights and character based on condition, appraisement vidual purposes, and the needs of companies. Based on the trial test and evaluation, note that Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur with desktop-based can be a platform for business owners to advance their business. Can develop of cash and credit sales system better and easier on monitoring. And can reduce the company's losses due to the many doubtful receivables.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). RIS give feedback information to PACS about patient information and inspection, as well as to be able to track the entire life cycle assessment of the patient, from the initial booking to the end result. PACS and RIS have different tasks and complete each other, whereby RIS handles the functions of text-based computing, including transcription, reporting, ordering, scheduling, tracking, and billing (Huang, 2004).There is RIS workflow processes that can support the performance of the Unit of Radiology. In the Radiology Unit there are several problems, such as: (1) the need for integration between RIS and PACS, which radiographers do not need to input the data on patients who will perform imaging and (2) The need of role screening to ensure that the patient is in the waiting list has come and is ready to conduct the examination. Radiology Information System can be integrated with PACS and DICOM modality that uses a standard 3.0. This is supported by several considerations, such as: (1) an intermediary HL7 can be integrated with the Hospital Information System (HIS), (2) MWL module can be integrated with MPPs Service modality, (3) intermediate HL7 can be integrated with PACS, and (4) Radiology Information system can be implemented and support the performance of the Unit of Radiology.The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Abstract

AMSI is engaged in the field of plastic recycling business located in Surabaya. AMSI serves more than one hundred shoppers scattered inside and outside the country. Still don't have AMSI mechanism in the process of evaluation, which is the production cost analysis calculations. Model of analysis appropriate for current analysis of three difference raw material cost, the analysis of difference for direct labor costs and analysis of four factory overhead costs for the difference. AMSI applications require can help conduct analysis and evaluation to control production costs. Application analysis and evaluation of the cost of production of the goods that can help make a difference in the cost analysis and providing reports to evaluate the production cost at AMSI.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. SUCOFINDO need to perform asset management computers and peripherals to support the operations of the company. Problems faced today, there is no maintenance scheduling, asset registries are still using Microsoft Excel and are not archived properly. The other problem is the removal of assets not managed properly, the process of calculating and reporting improper asset asset slow. So that difficult to know who will be an asset and has passed its economic life. One solution to solve the problem is with the desktop application asset management computers and peripherals. This application is used to manage, plan, and monitor assets and computer peripherals, ranging from the procurement, receipt, maintenance, removal, shrinkage, until removal. Asset depreciation method used is straight-line method. From the implementation and subsequent evaluation has been done, the system has been created to have a maintenance schedule. In addition, removal of the item can be properly managed and asset depreciation calculation process can be done properly, and can provide asset reports quickly and accurately, which can be used by decision makers to plan the provision of an asset in the future of computers and peripherals.
