Abstract

PT. Putera Rachindo Sejahtera is a company that produces furniture with different raw material needs as customer. the company currently has a thousand suppliers from home and abroad to meet the raw material needs. The process of selecting a supplier for raw materials using criteria such as quality, price, distance, conformity delivery, and delivery time.  So it takes a long time to choose the supplier of more than one thousand suppliers that exist .To help companies shorten time supplier selection, made a decision support system application supplier determination using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Steps being performed on the system that determines the criteria and sub-criteria. Then determine the weight of test criteria and consistency, followed by determining the range of values and weighted sub-criteria. The system generates a priority assessment of suppliers eigen vector calculation criteria with sub criteria. based eigen vector application is made and a series of trials that have been done, the application can generate reports on a supplier of raw materials. Recommendations given supplier is a supplier with the highest ranking three parts purchasing to aid in decision making.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) is a company engaged in the field of public health service, particularly in the field of laboratory. PDC using technology that is integrated and centralized called Parahita Information System (PARIS) for running and supporting existing business processes. Implementation of the (PARIS) has some problems: frequent occurrence of malicious code attacks, misuse by unauthorized parties, and lack of maintenance on the system. Existing obstacles which lead to some risk of data loss, misuse of data and information, failures in data processing and the performance of the system becomes impaired. In order to determine the cause of problems that may occur, PDC need to conduct a Information System Security Audit using the standard ISO 27002: 2005 as the best security. This audit process using ISACA developed stage and calculations of maturity model using CMMI. The scope used is clause 10, clause 12, clause 13, clause 14 and clause 15 which is adapted to the problem. The results obtained from the information system security audit is the level of maturity of 3,11 that is defined. It shows that most of the information systems security process already have rules and conducted on a regular basis. This research also produced recommendations which are used to improve the process of information systems owned by the PDC.

Abstract

 Distributors are intermediaries between producers and consumers, distributor role is quite important in the process of distributing goods to consumer needs. Distribution process is well organized, can help develop economy. One of them is subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer production facilities is supporting farmers to determine the achievement of national self-sufficiency in agricultural production. current problems  KPPP difficulties in assessing the performance of distributors due process of calculating  indicators to distributors are not applied. Consequently monitoring the performance of distributors not inaccurate. The impact of these problems is the KPPP does not determine the development of subsidized fertilizer distribution, if  the distributor  do action fertilizer distribution irregularities. ( Permendag 15/ M-DAG/PER/4/2013 about procurement and distribution of fertilizer subsidized agricultural sector). Based on these problems, Application a  performance  assessment  distributor  use 5 indicators are legality aspect, accessibility aspect, quantity fulfillment aspect, quality fulfillment  aspect and respon  and lead time aspect. This indicators as a measure to support the fulfillment subsidized fertilizer requirement is right on target. Applications are made to produce performance assessment report, distributors quality report, and distributors level reports. Abstract

Bank Mini is an accounting lab that used as a student financial payments and saving for students and employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Bank Mini managing public savings, special savings, and general payment. Problems exist in Bank Mini is the process of recording transactions and financial reporting using a manual process using the books and records of other transactions, which potentially cause recording and accounting calculations errors. The school wants a Bank Mini information systems, but the schools didn’t know and can’t determine the appropriate system needs to be applied to the Bank Mini. The solution offered is to make the analysis and design of Bank Mini information systems that can generate the analysis and design of recording transaction processes, preparing reports accounting, and reporting of transactions. The process of analysis and design of this research includes the step of collecting data through interview and observation, analysis, system design, and evaluation of system design. The results showed that the analysis and system design can explain design of the transaction recording process, the reporting accounting process, and reporting processes used computing based processing, so it can be used as guidelines for implementation of Bank Mini information systems in the future.

Abstract

Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Jember  is the command structures of the Polri in the jember district. As for duty of the Polres regulation based on No 23 Tahun 2010/Bab 2/Paragraf 2/Pasal 5. Based on such regulation, Polres Jember cannot be separated from  handling the docket and publishing a police record (SKCK). Many cases handled and many request publishing SKCK from people can effect the officers experiencing difficulty and required to work more quickly in doing their job. This is due to the absence of the applications that can help the performance of the Polres Jember officer.In this study, these problems solved by building case files handling application at Polres Jember using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Case file handling application that has built able to facilitate Polres Jember officer to handling the case files and publishing SKCK.After tested, case files handling application at Polres Jember can resolve the existing problems in accordance with the SOP Transparansi Di Bidang Penyidikan Sat Reskrim Polres Jember Tahun 2009 and  Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian. So this applications can  manage and archive the case files, managing PUSINAFIS data, managing SKCK data, and can generate crime reports and SKCK reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create applications that can perform the calculation and the conversion of the score of the range 10-100 into E-A automatically table with values already determined in accordance with the rules of the curriculum of 2013. The application can also draw up a blend of various assessments conducted by teachers of subjects, extracurricular teacher and homeroom teachers become student’s final reports. The making of the application, using the methods of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Based on the results of the testing that was done, the application can be run as expected. The application can be developed into an integrated information system to generate more accurate data

Abstract

PT Matra Unikatama (MU) is a private company engaged in oil drilling contractor. Located in the city of Sidoarjo, PT MU has 88 office staff and 301 laborers. At present, the presence has been using the presence of fingerprint, the current process employee salary calculation that each day the personnel to retrieve data on the presence of employees previously recorded in the fingerprint machine. The presence of data taken using a flash and the data is read using software presensi fingerprint machine. Presence data is then printed to be checked one by one in order to know the employees who are late and not come to work. After the recording process is done daily presence, the personnel presence to match your data with a doctor's note or a special permit approved by the head of the employee. The problem it self is the calculation error (1), calculation of salaries with long time (2), and fraud (3). Based on the problems that occur in the process of calculating the salaries of employees of PT MU, the authors provide a solution for build employee payroll application.

Abstract

As one of the foundation which has highly responsibility in orphaned prosperity and eligibility, the orphanage always get public attention. One of the transparancy embodiment could be assess from  financial reporting. The financial reporting should be published for contributor and public. Currently, in Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan, the financial reporting only based on the revenue of donation and the fund expenditure. Those financial reporting could not represent the orphanage financial condition as globally. That condition made both the contributor and managerial orphanage confused about the condition of orphanage. Besides that, the managerial reporting also was not made by orphanage managerial. Therefore, the orphanage managerial could not make a decision for the future. Based on those conditions, the orphanage should have an information system which could make the complete public financial reporting and managerial reporting. For the public financial reporting, the information system should reference on PSAK 45 (Statement  of Financial Reporting Standard No. 45). The information system could make four standards reporting from PSAK 45 and managerial reporting. By those reports, both contributor and orphanage managerial could know the real financial condition of Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan.

Abstract

Abstract : Gading Murni Putra is one of the companies that have major business in sector of stationery and office/school supplies and printing. During this time, Gading Murni Putra has only one information system that record all direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, so the transaction data is mixed together. Additionally, transaction that occur every day just recorded and not processed into a usefull information for decision making.Based on those problem, sales information system was created. This system has several process. Process for receiving sales order, sales transaction, and receipt of goods. For sales order and sales transaction process, it has each transaction for direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction.This information system can generate report for most or least item sold, most profitable item, customer history report and customer mapping report. Report for most or least item sold and most profitable item can be separated by type of transaction, direct or online (email, livechat, by phone). This information system can be used by manager to evaluate sales transaction for each direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, in addition it can also be used by manager to knowing the information about customer.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has a main website stikom.edu who became participants of webometrics. Webometrics is one of increased us based website on the internet which is used as a reference against the institution, then the visibility and activity. Cybermetrics lab publishes a ranking of universities every 6 months once in January and July. Stikom Surabaya following webometrics from 2012 and ranked 73 which was release in January 2016, after analyzed Stikom Surabaya decline rank on the website stikom.edu, then the required visibility strategy analysis and activity on the website stikom.edu in the webometrics ranking improvement efforts. The analysis is done using Web Impact Factor to measure the average number of links. The analysis is done generating strategies to increase ranking webometrics. The resulting strategy there are 4 categories were needed, namely, policy, technical, content or content and supporting or supporters. The resulting strategy is 12 new strategies to increase visibility/impact and 17 strategies to increase activity. The strategy can be done by planning time during 6 months from the last issued webometrics ranking and systematically.
