Abstract

Availabilty for materials and agricultural tools for the treatment of the commodity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya must be maintened because it’s affect the quality of agricultural commodities and production. However, the availability for materials and agricultural tools still not maintened. This problem occurs because PTPN XII didn’t know details of use materials in each garden. Because the material and availability of agricultural equipment is not maintained, then the garden will always did request the purchase of material, whereas there is a material that has accumulated on other plantations. In addition, the PTPN XII did not have a material usage indicator so it does not know the requirement of minimum material in any garden. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of agriculture tools built to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of farm tools built on the theory of inventory, monitoring and evaluation, and its indicators. The indicators for this application uses material usage indicators for fertilization and pest / disease. Application monitoring supplies and agricultural tools have passed the test and has been running well. So the application monitoring and recording material inventory agriculture tools will help resolve any problems.

Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia is company in industry of cement, the process of making cement necessary some process that combustion raw mix/ slurry be clinker. grinding clinker, and gypsum to be semen. The process of monitoring above required to control limited supply of the raw material used to production process, due to the lack of information that still appears related the amount of stock of raw materials required and the amount of the stock of raw materials used for production, so that the possibility of a buildup and lack of raw materials at the time of production often occurs. Dashboard is an application that can be used for monitoring company stock inventory in real time. The information shown in the dashboard in this application in the form of graphics information tailored to key performance indicator (KPI) from the company, This application can display a graph of the trend of value and quantity of supplies per month, showing total receipt per month, showing a graph of the trend of total consume which is used in the production process monthly, showing a graph of the trend of Inventory Turnover (ITO, total consume, and aging material.

Abstract

CV. Budi Mandiri is a company engaged in the services sector that was built in 2005 at Pakis 86 Surabaya. At the inception of a company stand, the owner of CV. Budi Mandiri only handle a request driving course, but over time, CV. Budi Mandiri open a business as the Salon car or washing polishes car. Business activity in the CV. Budi Mandiri are driving course registration and payment, sales of car polish cleaning services, and payments of cash or purchase equipment polishing car wash. For process reporting a transaction is still recorded manually. The owner did not know the income received for never making a finance report in detail. The waterfall model is one method of system development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that are typical in the execution of each phase, each phase of the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next development phase. Waterfal model used in application design financial reports on the CV. Budi Mandiri .And stages through Waterfall models are determination and specification analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Report Finance Aplication is a system that can archive data on revenues and cash expenditure company. Furthermore,  the output generated application of financial report are a general journal report, ledger, income statement, statement of changes in equity, and the balance sheet.Keywords : Waterfall model, System Development Life Cycle,Finance Report

Abstract

 Mina market Benowo franchise is managed by the orphanage Uswah. Currently the sales information system used by mina market only generate sales summary information obtained from a copy of the bill of sale in one period. These conditions resulted in a decrease in sales because there is no sales information, while managers need information that can be used to evaluate sales activities.From the above problems is proposed sales information system that can be used to manage the entire sales data. So that the information system can generate the information needed to support decision-making takes place in mina market. the manager who needs information that the sales report, report the percentage of sales of goods statement items and expired goods report.This system can generate sales reports that provide information regarding sales received for the specified period, report the percentage of sales of these items provide information regarding sales of goods of interest to the customer based on the specified period missal periods per week or per month, a statement for this item provides information about how many times the goods are held back and the number of times the goods are sold in a particular period and expired goods report displays information about the number of goods that are approaching expiration date of goods. Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains is a manufacturing company that sells a liquid detergent and softener in Surabaya. The business process begins from customer orders, then production departement will be produce and it will be delivered according to the delivery date has been agreed. Problem that often happen in the company is; (1) process of production and delivery of orders to customers often delayed because they have not good planning and scheduling requirements production material; (2) there is no good information about the raw material needs to be produced; (3) there has been no information on the quantities of raw materials in the warehouse. Those problems can be solved with application design production planning of requirements raw materials that can help in production scheduling and raw material requirements planning. The method can support the planning and scheduling of production and raw materials are Material Requirment Planning (MRP), because MRP suitable to be applied to all manufacturing companies in resolving the issue of raw materials procurement. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation it can be concluded that the system created can help companies in planning and scheduling of production and raw material requirements.Keywords: Application, Planning, Scheduling, Production, Raw Materials

Abstract

Sentra Berkat Pharmacy is commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of medicines and medical support items such as masks, bandages, oxygen, bedpans and others. Sales made in two ways: using a prescription and without a prescription. Sentra Berkat Pharmacy received retail sales and wholesales. Broadly speaking, the problems that often occur in Sentra Berkat Pharmacy included difficulty collection of goods, the sales data for all processes based manual. Pharmacy is also difficult to determine the condition of the inventory (inventory) of goods in real time. Accounts receivable collection procedures Sentra Berkat Pharmacy also have constraints in terms of charging overdue. The author makes this project by conducting a survey, noting the process is in the form of document flow as help make the development process and program. The process developed is not a complete transformation, but repairs. The author makes computer-based sales application as a solution to record sales data, data items including expiry, and record all transactions that occur, and good reports. The results of this development project includes the maintenance of master data (item, suppliers, customers, users), goods receipt transactions, sales transactions and settlement of accounts receivable transactions. These applications can allow users to keep records of all transactions and billing more accurate and faster.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya already use digital library system to improve the standard repository system to create an application that is named sir.stikom.edu. Ranked by webometric the repository fields, SIR is ranked 32 in Indonesia. The libraries want that SIR Stikom Surabaya entered the top 10 in webometric so as to improve the image of Stikom Surabaya. But now the library does not have a benchmark to evaluate the level of reception SIR to improve the ranking webometric. Based on these issues, libraries need a benchmark to determine the extent to which the level of acceptance of the implementation of applications that have been done. This research can determine what factors that influence the acceptance of information technology among students Stikom Surabaya using UTAUT models. Based on the survey results revealed several factors for the receipt of applications SIR based models UTAUT ie, Behavioral Intention has a strong influence on the Use Behavior. Moderating variable has not been proven to have a strong influence on the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables.

Abstract

During this time in doing receipt of customer orders, PT Dwi Prasetya Nusantara Works still experienced constraints because there is no regulatory process in the reduction of the amount of the stock tools of work and material. Method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) is required to create an application setting materials and tools work-based websites that can help sales manager to perform acceptance customer orders accurately and quickly. Applications can provide information about the materials and work tools data, and can deliver results in the form of the report results.By using this application, the sales manager can accelerate the process of service especially in performing the acceptance of customer orders.

Abstract

With the increasing number of debtors who do credit activity, PT Bank BTN experiencing credit constraints in the monitoring activities of the debtor. Currently the monitoring conducted not as desired management. This was due to the system monitoring company could not monitor the number of debtors who are in arrears per the desired period.From these problems PT Bank BTN requires a monitoring system that can produce an information in accordance with the desired period, then be made application performance monitoring debtors collectability. This monitoring system requires a three indicators as a reference for the evaluation of the NPL and delinquent debtors.This application is able to produce the monitoring report delinquent debtors, and the monitoring report of non-performing loans that can be used to provide an alternative decision-making on the management of PT Bank BTN. Keyword : Monitoring, Application, Overdue debtors.Dengan semakin banyaknya debitur yang melakukan aktivitas kredit, maka PT Bank BTN mengalami kendala dalam memonitor aktivitas kredit debitur. Saat ini monitoring yang dilakukan belum sesuai yang diinginkan pihak manajemen. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem monitoring perusahaan belum dapat memonitor jumlah debitur yang menunggak per periode yang diinginkan.Dari permasalahan tersebut PT Bank BTN membutuhkan sistem monitoring yang bisa manghasilkan informasi sesuai periode yang diinginkan, maka dibuatlah aplikasi monitoring kinerja kolektabilitas debitur. Sistem monitoring ini membutuhkan tiga indikator sebagai acuan untuk evaluasi npl dan debitur menunggak.Aplikasi ini mampu menghasilkan laporan monitoring debitur menunggak, dan laporan monitoring non-performing loan yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan alternative pengambilan keputusan pada manajemen PT Bank BTN. Kata Kunci : Monitoring, Aplikasi, debitur menunggak

In technological progress, information technology needed a company to support the company performance , no exception the website. Pt Badak NGL is the first company formed to be one of a network in the center by the chain business lng . Now , PT. Badak LNG having a website www.badaklng.co.id .So far , after services website PT. Badak LNG mplemented has never done judgment on its quality perceived the ultimate user or visitors website , so that management website could not receive feedback on the website .There was going to an evaluation of the quality of website PT. Badak LNG . The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the website satisfaction users. Hal-hal done in this research among others , makes and spreading the questionnaire to respondents of 86 sample .The results will be processed on the ibm spss version 20 .While the analysis of data in relation done include the validation and reabilitas , the assumption , the test regression together and partial . The Results of research quality website on PT. Badak LNG indicates that dimensions of webqual is variable te usability quality, information quality, and iteraction quality to having influence a positive and significant impact on satisfaction users at the website PT. Badak LNG.
