Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap serta memaknai tentang kepatuhan wajib pajak pasca tax amnesty dari sudut pandang wajib pajak orang pribadi dan konsultan pajak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan paradigma interpretif. Sumber data yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu wajib pajak memaknai kepatuhan pasca tax amnesty sebagai suatu tarif matematis untuk menebus kesalahan dalam pelaporan pajak. Tax amnesty sebagai kesempatan emas untuk menghindari pengawasan dan pemeriksaan pajak. Konsultan pajak memaknai kepatuhan pasca tax amnesty sebagai suatu dilema yang dialami oleh wajib pajak karena unsur keterpaksaan dan ketakutan terhadap ancaman peraturan. Tax amnesty tidak secara otomatis meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Indonesia dapat menciptakan kepatuhan sukarela apabila pemerintah mengubah definisi pajak menjadi kontraprestasi secara langsung dan bersentuhan dengan aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan persyaratan yang harus dimiliki oleh calon mahasiwa program studi S1 Sistem Komputer STIKOM Surabaya sebagai kriteria dimensi kemampuan awal yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa program studi S1 Sistem Komputer pada saat studi di STIKOM Surabaya. Prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam hal ini diwakili oleh Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Faktor-faktor yang dianggap mempengaruhi IPK di STIKOM Surabaya dibatasi pada faktor jurusan, rata-rata nilai pelajaran (nilai rapor) kelas 1 dan kelas 2, serta nilai danem (variabel-varibel nilai yang berasal dari data calon mahasiswa).Dengan menggunakan data sampel mahasiswa program studi S1 Sistem Komputer di STIKOM Surabaya angkatan 2008, 2009, 2010, dan 2011 sebanyak 208 mahasiswa, dan menggunakan metode Analisis Path dan Regresi Linier Berganda, diperoleh hasil bahwa semakin baik rata-rata nilai pelajaran di Sekolah Menengah (SMA) jurusan IPA maka semakin baik pula IPK mahasiswa di program studi S1 Sistem Komputer STIKOM Surabaya. Sedangkan untuk nilai Danem, jurusan IPS, jurusan Bahasa, dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan(SMK) diperoleh tidak ada pengaruh terhadap IPK mahasiswa di program studi S1 Sistem Komputer STIKOM Surabaya.

Abstract

The ability to know when to buy gold and to set gold selling price is important factor for gold merchants to achieve profit. However, it is difficult to determine the right time to buy gold because the gold price fluctuates quickly every time. As a result, many people and gold merchants are afraid that they would suffer from sales loss when the gold that they buy is more expensive than the one that they sell. Therefore, many gold merchants prefer to buy gold after selling out of their gold to avoid bigger loss. This research attempts to solve the problem by implementing system design for predicting gold price. This application predicts the gold price by taking minimum error value at MAPE and MSE calculation to achieve accurate prediction in determining the right time to buy and to sell gold in the future. The Winter's exponential smooting method can be applied to design an application for predicting gold price. The testing result shows that the error value between the actual data and prediction result is less that ten percent. It means that the prediction has a high accuracy.

Abstract

Dinamika University (Undika) is one of the private universities in Surabaya. Undika has one of them is the service and counseling section. Counseling guidance services aim to help students develop themselves and overcome academic problems, social problems, and personal problems that affect the academic development of students. The problem is, as a website that is still relatively new, it is necessary to develop a website according to the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, namely feedback at the Deployment stage. Therefore, in this final project, feedback was conducted in the form of an evaluation of the e-care.dinamika.ac.id website with the DeLone and McLean model. The DeLone and McLean model is used because in the DeLone and McLean model there are variables that contain system quality, information quality, and service quality. The DeLone and McLean model is also equipped with usage variables, user satisfaction variables, and net benefits variables.

Abstract

STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the auspices of the Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo. To alleviate the cost of education, then STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo providing scholarships to students. In these scholarships there are problems ranging from a period very close to accreditation, there has been manipulation of data of the applicants and the unintegrated data in STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo.Based on the problems above, in this study the determination of an application made on STIKES Yasayan grantee Dr. Soetomo web based. With the application of the grantee problems that occur can be resolved. In the completion of this application using the Workflow as a reference in a flow system. This method is considered to provide information to each of the parties directly related to scholarships, other than that with this way each part can check the work of each section.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the application can be designed and built in a timely complete the selection, appraisal and filling CPI data has can be automatically done because it is connected with the data of students who have been there before. The names of applicants who are selected for inspection by each relevant section of this scholarship reception so that each part can keep an eye on each other as part of the evaluation so that the data can be maintained registries.

Abstract

Medical records are factual documents which related to patient condition, past and present treatment which is written by a doctor who treat the patient. (Huffman, 1999).RSAM have a diffcult situation to search, provide, and study patient medical records at Outpatient Unit because all of them are still in document format in archive room which could make it take a long time to deliver it to the admin room.To help solve this difficulty, therefore the hospital needs a medical records application at outake patient unit. This application is made to help doctors to decide what action to the patient so it will produce accurate and easy to search medical records. With the help of this application in Outpatient Unit, so Outpatient Unit at RSAM will become better and faster to give a service to the patient according to hospital service standard.With design and development of medical records application at outpatient unit in RSAM will produce a report and also medical record information about patient visitation, medical record registration, and income. This system is used by doctor to consider what action should be taken and trail access of patient medical records.

Abstract

Library of Surabaya government provides the aim of ensuring the service which is always oriented to the satisfaction of the people. For that reason, it needs customer satisfaction measurement procedure. However, Surabaya library has difficulties in processing data, analyzing data, up to the present report. It has an impact on delays and errors in reporting the results of the measurement of customer satisfaction. To overcome these problems, it was made an application as the solution of analyzing the effect of service quality. The process of making the application starts from data processing to determine the value of the variables. The results of the process were analyzed using linear regression method. This method can indicate a causal relationship to know which types of library services affect customer satisfaction. Further analysis of the results can be presented in the form of a report automatically as the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction in Surabaya library. At the implementation phase, this application is used to demonstrate the feasibility of testing the value of 100%. Based on tests on sample data questionnaire in 2012 for public library service, the result showed that service quality influences the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

One indicator of the success of tourism is a tourism information is complete and accurate. As long as this information details about the East Java tourism only in book form at the Department of culture and tourism (East Java), so that prospective tourists should come at the Department of culture and tourism of East Java, to find out information on excursions in East Java.The solution to the difficulty in knowing no tourist information tour of East Java is the Department of culture and tourism provide tourist information East Java more accessible, so that tourists can be easier in knowing that tourism is going to go. Therefore the web application need to be made, so as to help travelers in East Java tourism information knowing that complete anywhere and anytime. In addition, in the web application there is location information about tourism in East Java by using the Google Maps API as supporters in the display map.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains merupakan perusahaan yang menjual detergent, softener, shampo mobil dan silicone oil yang berada di Pondok Wiguna Regency V no. 25 Gunung Anyar Surabaya. Perencanaan CV. Mitra Techno Sains untuk membuka kantor baru tentunya membutuhkan tambahan biaya tenaga kerja, biaya untuk membuat kantor dan juga biaya operasional perawatan gedung. Kesulitan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai data harga dan produk yang paling baru merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi selama penggunaan sistem konvensional. Untuk dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru yang dibutuhkan, pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menelpon atau mengirim email. Jika pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menyebabkan banyak waktu terbuang yang dibutuhkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi maupun untuk membeli produk.            Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penjualan online yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) adalah siklus pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam manajemen proyek yang menggambarkan tahap-tahap yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek pengembangan system informasi dari studi kelayakan awal melalui pemeliharaan aplikasi.            Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi sistem, Aplikasi Penjualan Online pada CV. Mitra Techno Sains mampu menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjangkau konsumen-konsumen yang berada di luar daerah maupun di luar pulau dan dapat meminimalisir biaya operasional perawatan gedung danmembayar gaji karyawan karena tidak perlu membangun sebuah kantor baru serta dapat membantu admin untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam laporan seperti laporan penjualan, laporan barang dan laporan customer. Konsumen juga dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru tanpa harus datang ke kantor.  Kata kunci: Aplikasi Penjualan Online, CV.
