Abstract

STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the auspices of the Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo. To alleviate the cost of education, then STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo providing scholarships to students. In these scholarships there are problems ranging from a period very close to accreditation, there has been manipulation of data of the applicants and the unintegrated data in STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo.Based on the problems above, in this study the determination of an application made on STIKES Yasayan grantee Dr. Soetomo web based. With the application of the grantee problems that occur can be resolved. In the completion of this application using the Workflow as a reference in a flow system. This method is considered to provide information to each of the parties directly related to scholarships, other than that with this way each part can check the work of each section.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the application can be designed and built in a timely complete the selection, appraisal and filling CPI data has can be automatically done because it is connected with the data of students who have been there before. The names of applicants who are selected for inspection by each relevant section of this scholarship reception so that each part can keep an eye on each other as part of the evaluation so that the data can be maintained registries.

Abstract

Abstract: UD. Rohmat Jaya is a company engaged in the production of crackers. The raw materials used in the production of this company is tapioca starch. In the process of procurement of raw material powder, the company can not determine the price of flour in the next period. This resulted in companies often buy flour in large quantities at a time when prices are rising flour. The design of applications based on the purchase price forecasting flour takes part in company operations UD. Rohmat Jaya to predict the needs and flour prices next period and determine the allocation of the amount of purchase. With the application of the purchase price of flour based forecasting, operational sections can estimate the price of flour in the next month, using the Triple Exponential Smoothing (Winter) by calculating the price history of each flour to be predicted. Once tested , flour based planning application purchase price forecasting can predict the price and needs tapioca flour with Triple Exponential Smoothing method at UD . Rohmat Jaya and Determine the allocation of the amount of starch needs in the future . Based on forecasting system test and evaluation period at 20 Red Bear flour application has an error value of 5 % error

Abstract

ENT (ear, nose and throat) disorders is a very common disorders in the community, based on data obtained from health department of Surabaya on January to May 2014, the ENT disorders is in rank one whose reaches 41% the number of patients in Surabaya. This resulted in the need for ENT doctors to be larger, however the number of people with the disorders ENT and the limited number of available ENT doctors in Indonesia, resulted in costs for treatment and consult with ENT doctors become more expensive.In addition to the limited number of ENT doctors in Indonesia is also still a major problem, because they had been available ENT doctor in major cities only, so ENT doctor can’t reach the communities in areas far away from urban. While the ENT disorders is a type of disorders that must be dealt with quickly and properly, so that the sufferer condition is not going worse. So it takes an expert system that reaches the general public, but can diagnose various types of ENT diseases appropriately, and provide information about treatment suggestions from the disease.Experimental results show that the web based expert system application for diagnosis ENT disorders using certainty factor method, works as expected. System can diagnose and provide information about the treatment advice of 23 ENT disorders based on 38 types of existing symptoms, the similarity results of the diagnosis by 82.6% with the diagnosis given by the an expert (ENT Doctor).

Abstract

Bioli Lestari is one of the company that run manufacturing industry. This company have problems at controlling their production schedule to fulfill customer product orders. The problem arise because their schedule based on raw material which available at the time, not based on costumer order. Production schedule problem cause company can’t give information about product finish due to the costumer. Based on problem explained before, a system that can handle customer orders and can make production schedule based on customers order being needed. In this case system use Shortest Processing Time (SPT) as a method to create production schedule, after that system will create production schedule based on customer orders which can help company to answer customers question about product orders finish due and can help company run production process based on customers orders

Abstract

CV . Azaria is a company engaged in manufacturing , which produce furniture products. Production will be carried out if the customer has sufficient orders to be produced . Production model that is currently done is to work on orders received will first be produced in advance. Production models like this will cause problems when the number of orders a lot . This will cause the production time becomes longer , causing delays in the completion of the order.Selection of appropriate models of production in accordance with the objectives to be important . Therefore we need a media that can provide optimal production models . Because the machines are owned by the work center , then the priority rules can be applied to the production model selection.By using the model of production appropriate to the purpose or parameters to be achieved then the problem of delays can be minimized. Abstract: MC Store is a Cosmetic Shop that sell the various types of cosmetic since 2008. MC Store Company increased from 85 (Eighty Five) product become 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) product. In the selling system now, Have a weakness as a costumer have difficulty in search the product and hard to find the information product and less attention metrosexual behavior because metrosexual people sometimes to be shy if come to the real store. MC Store also difficult for searching product report many buyers, report stock and turnover sales report.To solve the problem, I make selling system have features information providers product explanation (Product Explanation), recommendation up selling, searching product features, Purchase and Payment, Make a report sort good stuff, Daily stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.From the evaluation system, The system can showing the information product explanation and the cover all attribute explanation product, Explanation the benefit of product and give the recommendation of value for the consumer, Give the explanation product have expensive price from the other (Up Selling), Provide the features searching, Purchase and Payment, Give goods selling reports, Product stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.

Abstract

Abstract: PKIS Sekar Tanjung are services of processing fresh milk into ultra high temperature (UHT) milk. In production, PKIS Sekar Tanjung most perform the services of processing milk UHT to other companies of them as:  Lintang Visikusuma, Green Field, Garuda Food, Indolakto, Danone, dan Kalbe Farma.  A product produced a total of 32 kind of product.  That problem happened to PKIS Sekar Tanjung  is often occurs change in schedule production due to a delay in delivery of the materials and full poduct at a warehouse. So as to run businesses, in the field of processing UHT milk, the department of Planning Production Invetory Control (PPIC) need production scheduling. Production schedule arranged based on the request of the customer and adapted to customers who are other to avoid the same schedule. In addition to preparing the production scheduling the schedule delivery of materials is also required so as not to delay in delivery occurs the material. And it takes also schedule retrieval products to avoid product build up occurs at the warehouse.
