Abstract

University of Surabaya (Ubaya) uses information technology such as website as information and communication media. Based on data from www.alexa.com,  the number of visitors ran kuntil January 2016 is declining until 142.796. University of Surabaya needs to know whether the website quality has satisfied users satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of website quality on users satisfaction.  The independent variables are usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. Dependent variable is users satisfaction. The samples used in this study were 125 respondents.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that usabilty quality has a significant value of 0,000 (<0,05),  information quality has a significant value of 0,002 (<0,05), and interaction quality has significant value of 0,011 (<0,05). So that, the conclusion of this study are three independent variables of website quality had statistically significant impact on users satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: UD Novanel Setia is one of the trading business (UD) which is engaged in the electric equipment sale. UD Novanel Setia provide good service to meet the consumer needs with cheap and good quality electrical products that appropriate to the consumer.  UD Novanel Setia have problems in the sales process. The company do not have the fact and accurate data to record an inventory process about the amount of supply goods into and out at the moment. In addition, UD Novanel Setia don’t have their sales income calculation every day, so it can’t give sale reports and information, because the data still can’t meet the needs of report creation. Based on these problems, the sales system will built on UD Novanel Setia. The system can save the sales transaction data and customer returns and also can produce information and reports related to the sale. So the owner is able to monitor the progress of the products sales in detail. The results of the study provide information to the owner about the sales development. The Information includes information entry per customer, per period income statement, statement-selling item, returned item report, inventory report and minimum inventory report. The system can calculate revenue each day and month in sales calculation process. Keywords: Information System, Sales, Sales Information System.

Abstract

The application of akademik.wima.ac.id is a media of information for student, lecture, and administration officer in Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya. The application is used to fill Study Plan Card (KRS) and Lecture’s Performance Evaluation Questionnaire; check Grades’ History, Students’ Activity Point, and Study’s Schedule. The result through observation and interview with students from Business Faculty is found out that some information has not been Up to Date and the limitedness access of the application use. The design to find the data of the application is using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. Questionnaire is used to collect the data from 334 students of Business Faculty. Microsoft Excel is used to process the data. Descriptive Analysis, Validity and Reliability test is used SPSS 16, and data analysis is used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this study shows the application has a positive and strong acceptance to students. Variables Mean of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavior Intention, and Use Behavior is 76,53% students agree and really agree and often and really often to use the application.

Abstract

Ita Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that are in District Kwanyar, These pharmacies provide pharmacy services regarding employment, namely the procurement of drugs, drug storage, preparation of drugs, compounding, distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals and provide information to the public about the provisions of pharmacy. At this time Ika Farma Pharmacy is often in short supply of the drug because the pharmacy did not know the drug if supplies have been exhausted, it is only known if there is a buyer who wanted to buy drugs, then the process of recapitulation of sales per day is done every day by the cashier after the pharmacy closed and still done manually using a calculator. This causes the transaction recapitulation process takes a long time and possible errors in process recap. an information system that is intended to facilitate the sale of data storage sales transactions, inventory recording, and displaying information related to the sales reports are solutions to solve the problem. Conclusion The test results showed that the sales application can help the pharmacy to keep records inventory and daily sales reports that will be used as information about the development of Pharmacy.Keywords :  Information System, Sales, Pharmacies, Drug.

Abstract

STIKES Foundation. Dr. Soetomo Hospital is a private university owned by the Foundation Dr. Soetomo  Hospital. Making a schedule of courses takes a long time is approximately 28 days. Scheduling courses still use Microsoft Excel application crashes that often occur between the rooms were used and then giving the information is still informed by the bulletin board so students should see the information board for any changes in scheduling courses. Based on description above, then made a system that can help accelerate the creation of appropriate teaching faculty schedule availability of teaching and scheduling criteria that lecturers are not scheduled to teach more than one course at the same time and room at the same time. To make scheduling lecturers teaching methods make use of Genetic Algorithms (coding scheme, and chromosomes initial population, fitness function, selection, crossover, mutation and elitism). With the application of scheduling courses can help accelerate the schedule of lecturers to teach in accordance with the terms and criteria. Teaching faculty scheduling application can simplify the manufacture of useful reports to provide information to the head of Prodi.

Abstract

Finance Department of Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya, the student finance has primary responsibility to provide services to students, has implemented a information system on the service process. But still found some manual processes, to cause human error and a lot of wasted time.Based on the existing problems, then made the analysis and design of student financial information systems at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya described in System Flow, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), interface design, and the database structure to solution to replace manual processes with an integrated system.The results of this research is the analysis and design of student financial information systems that can replace the manual storage, manual calculation process, the manual checking and reporting process, can eliminate human error and speed up the process of service. The results of their designs can also be used as a document for the system development.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT) Tuban is a Army Health is hospital provide by the Indonesian Army that also serve to public people. There are many  problems on DKT Tuban such as validation on medical record that happen effect by unintegrated medical record from registration until a month of patiens, patiens visit list, financial reports. Refers on that problem,this research offer design and build an outpatient administration application on DKT Tuban. This application discusses about patient registration, medical action, recording the disease, prescription drugs, payment, a month of patiens, patiens visit list, and financial reports that integration in one system. This application can be create some reports: reports outpatient, patiens visit list, financial reports, statical and graphical monthly reports, a mount of  visit list each policlinic dayly. Keywords: medical record, administration, outpatient, policlinic, registration

Abstract

ABSTRACT: PT. Nangendi Eastern Star is a company engaged in construction that handles multiple building projects from government and private sources. During this time, companies are experiencing delays in completing the project scheduling. This is because in determining the scheduling time projects that are still based on the approximate part of the project manager. So companies are experiencing delays in completing projects already scheduled.Based on these problems, they invented scheduling information system projects using methods Critical Path Method. In such systems aim to schedule in accordance with determining the critical path of a project so that the project manager can carry out the project activities in accordance with the project schedule known critical path with Critical Path Method.The information system is made to produce a report that displays the scheduling of project activities on the critical path. Under the system of information created and a series of trials that have been done, the company can find information needed, especially concerning the determination of the Critical Path. So that the company can determine where an activity is preferred phase project work.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one part in the Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya (Stikom). PPTI has the responsibility to develop and implement Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Stikom Surabaya. PPTI has a wide range of services provided to users. However, PPTI still have not had a service catalogue. Service catalogue is needed to control and evaluate the services provided to users. Based on these problems, it is necessary to make a service design draft to meet the needs of the service catalogue. The service design is based on Service Design standard in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). This research resulted in the business impact analysis document, service policy, the service description and service catalogue. The resulting document will be useful as a reference to control and evaluate the services provided to users.

Abstract

Abstract: 178 pharmacies founded by Mrs. Lusi August 2013. The pharmacy is located at No. 178 Jalan Surabaya East Ploso. At this time, 178 pharmacies to check the card stock, if the stock exists then checks completed but if the stock is empty then the pharmacy will make a reservation by making a memorandum of reservations that will be given to the supplier. Supplier will make the process of creating a memorandum of expenditure which will be given to the pharmacy as proof of purchase along with the drugs ordered by the pharmacy. Based on data from 178 pharmacy expenditure in the period June, July and August 2014, there are number of drugs with an empty stock reached 45%. From these percentages outlined that for high spending levels (≥ 70%) with 34% the amount of medication with an empty stock, while the expenditure level moderate (<70%) are 11% the amount of medication with an empty stock.According to this problem, then the solution is to make the design of the application of medicines in pharmacies 178 using ABC analysis, ROP (Reorder Point) combined with less safety stock and lead time. Doing so can help the pharmacy to pharmacy owners can assist in controlling the drug supply in the display or in storage. As well as 178 pharmacies can help owners in decision making for the future development of the pharmacy business processes.From the test results and evaluation system that has been created it can be concluded from the Application Inventory Control at Pharmacy 178 is the application can generate output reports ABC classification and reporting of inventory control to help the pharmacy in addressing the problem of shortage of stocks which contributed to the decline. The report formed also can help the pharmacy to do scheduling. This application also generates reports to provide information to managers such as reception reports per period, per period expense reports, inventory reports per period, and report expired.
