Abstract

Raja Duren has an official website that addressed in www.rajaduren.co.id as a source of information from a wide variety of food products and beverages. Such information includes promotions available at Raja Duren, location, photos of food and drinks, the vision and mission as well as other information about Raja Duren. In this study, an analysis of application acceptance website using technology acceptance model 2 (TAM 2) at Raja Duren. The data collection is done by giving a questionnaire offline using sampling methods unknown population survey questionnaires were distributed as many as 120 people. Data were analyzed using AMOS SEM applications. This research led to the conclusion that subjetive norm does not affect the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Subjective norm, job relevance and Image no significant effect on perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Subjective norm no significant effect on the image on the website Raja Duren. Result demonstrability output quality and significant effect on perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Perceived ease of use does not significantly influence the perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Perceived usefulness significantly influence the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Perceived ease of use significantly influence the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Intention to use a significant effect on usage behavior on the website Raja Duren.

Abstract

PMI Surabaya dengan jumlah 192 karyawan yang dibagi tiap levelnya yaitu 10 orang level manajer dan 182 orang level operator. Bagian seksi kepegawaian kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, seperti kesulitan perhitungan nilai dari data yang didapatkan karena masih menggunakan perhitungan manual, keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sering menghambat dalam pemberian reward/punishment, belum adanya rekap data dari keseluruhan penilaian kinerja setiap karyawan/setiap bulan/setiap tahun, dan karyawan belum mengetahui detail dari hasil penilaian kinerja, sehingga beberapa karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan hasil akhir penilaian.Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas, dibangunlah aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web, yang dapat membantu kepala divisi untuk memudahkan dalam menginputkan nilai dari kinerja karyawannya berdasarkan dokumen DP3. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu bagian seksi kepegawaian dalam menghitung nilai karyawan yang sudah diinputkan oleh kepala divisi dan membuat laporan, serta membantu keseluruhan karyawan untuk menampilkan informasi hasil perhitungan nilai secara detail.Dengan adanya aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web dapat membantu dalam proses perhitungan penilaian kinerja. Adanya pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja, mempermudah karyawan melihat secara detail rekap penilaiannya.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 – Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Abstract

PT Tresnamuda Sejati or TMS is a company in the field of shipping. Currently, there is damage or loss of documents SI (Shipping Instruction) by 5% due to the shipper submit documents in paper form to be entered again by parts of the document. The impact of this, the shipper was disappointed with the service companies of having to send documents SI twice. In addition shipper can not monitor the status of cargo shipments and should call a customer service many times. In terms of managerial, at the end of the reporting process export activities already underway. Section only archives document and map the document manifest within a period of one month. The impact of this, the head of the company late in evaluating business processesTo solve these problems, the needed export document processing applications. This application will be made consisting of web-based shipping instruction data input features, status monitoring feature cargo shipments, and the end of the reporting features in graphical form.With this application, the shipper can make shipping instruction data input directly into the website, in addition to the shipper can also monitor the position / status of the current cargo being shipped to the port of destination. Abstract

PT Sejahtera Usaha Bersama is one of the largest timber manufacturer in Indonesia which produces wood such as plywood and blockboard. PT Sejahtera Usaha Bersama have has information systems to support the business needs of the company on the production, but at the moment the application of information technology systems only consider immediate needs and allows the application of information systems overlap each other and their sub-systems are different from each other. These conditions make the information system can not be used as expected. Problems arising in the company, especially in the production of one constrained by the lack of monitoring of the production machine, so that when the damage occurred can inhibit the production process in the company. In the production itself there are other problems such as the data is not centralized, resulting in data redundancy and data security is reduced. In the production also does not have adequate application to support activities such as: monitoring production machines and check the quality of the product, resulting in a process for machine maintenance can not be monitored well, and the process of product quality checks are still susceptible to human error. The lack upgraded of the hardware such as computers also affects the enterprise, resulting in disruption of data management processes. Based on these issues, then an analysis using Enterprise Architecture is conducted. With Enterprise Architecture, the issues raised in the company can be analyzed in each phase of TOGAF ADM and then generates proposed improvements of each phase. The results of analysis TOGAF ADM is an IS / IT blueprint that contains five documentss, namely architecture business architecture, information systems architecture (application architecture and data architecture) and technology architecture. IS / IT Blueprint will later be used as reference when the company wants to develop the current IS / IT.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom) has website. Stikom Library website is a digital library of Stikom Surabaya with system online that was released in 2008. Stikom Library website Surabaya ranks to 2,839 in Indonesia, according to Alexa Uniform Resource Locator (URL) www.alexa.com. After Stikom Library website has never been implemented evaluation of system quality, information quality and service quality of Stikom Library website by the end user perception as feedback to the organizer website.By success analysis of the Stikom Library website as an evaluation and input or consideration for the libraries Stikom Surabaya in knowing the system quality, information quality and service quality. Analysis of the success of this method of information system success DeLone and McLean by analyzing the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and net benefit of Stikom Library website. Results of research by distributing questionnaires on a sample of 198 college students, showed that the System Quality variable positive and significant impact to User Satisfaction. Variable Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on use. Variable User Satisfaction Using positive and significant impact on Net Benefit. And the variable Service Quality had a significant influence on Net Benefit variables through mediating variables User Satisfaction. Stikom Library Surabaya should further improve the information related to library services and systems Stikom Library website.

Abstract

PT Shafira Tour & Travel is a company that focused on Umrah and Hajj since 2001. The planning process equipment in umrah and hajj currently experiencing difficulties due to the demand planning process equipment is not adapted to demand the departure of Umrah and Hajj member in the coming period. The impact of this problem is delay in withdrawal equipment process. As for equipment that can’t kept for too long in the warehouses that mukena and ihrom fabric which can be dirty, and the impact that occurs when booking to cart more on a purchase order can result loaded in the warehouse. The solution provided is making and designing wake planning application supplies inventory Umrah and Hajj in PT Shafira Tour & travel using calculation process using Triple Exponential Smoothing Winters for forecasting method, the process of calculating for optimal ordering with minimum cost using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and ordering the re-order point (ROP). The result of this study is a planning application for Umrah and Hajj supplies inventory at PT Shafira Tour & Travel. This application can help equipment division to forecast the demand supply equipment for two subsequent periods based on data requests in prior periods as well as the equipment can help to define the re-order point with an optimal cost

Abstract

The process of Goods management process that includes record incoming goods, recorded goods out and the procurement of goods on division of goods PT. Krian Indah not computerized. The existing problems which is the first the manufacture of a report still comparing data recording goods in and freight out. The second is the in preparing event that is to be held had difficulty to the required because data statement goods late submitted. The third is The incompatibility the number of an inventory of goods who recorded with the amount of goods that is in a warehouse. Fourth is Demand goods by division who runs the event still use the small notes so easy to missing.            The A solution to solve the problem is application that can be records the transactions of goods in and freight out. So that transactions goods in and freight out can regular. System can figure out the points order repeated goods ( reorder point ) that would give information a time warning and the number of order repeated goods. System can also pathetic form demand goods substitute notes small that division goods although the data shaped archive also has data on a database .Based on the results of the tryouts that has been done , this system able to meet a need to division warehouse pt .Krian beautiful jaya in management process of goods , the preparation of reports on goods , stocks report , report rop goods . Keywords: Goods Management, Reorder Point, Web Based Application.

Abstract

Hang tuah university surabaya has  an official website, click at  www.hangtuah.ac.id which facilitates a lot of information that can be accessed by the users.The website contains  such as the profil of the college, the bureau, research foundation and community services, technical implement unit (upt), faculty's information, students activity, UHT facility, regulation, scholarship information, and job vacancy.On this research, we do some analysis of the impact of services quality, scholarship information and foundation at website of hang tuang university surabaya about users' satisfaction based on the least user and visitor perception using webqual method. We collect data by giving online and offline questionnaire. The result of questionnaire is analysed based on webqual's indication. Then the questionnaire data result is tested its validity, reliability, classical assumption testing as a condition of linear regression testing.Based on the research that has been done so we conclude that the usage's quality (usability), the information  quality and the interaction  quality have the significant positive impact on users' satisfaction. The impact is about 67,6%. Key Words :  Website Service Quality, Users Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

PDAM Surabaya is the business unit belongs to an area that plays a crucial in fulfilling the needs of clean water communities that apply IT to assist in the achievement of the business objectives of the company. In its application, the maturity level of the IT management at PDAM Surabaya is the absence of supervision to run the procedure, so that the risk of many irregularities and discrepancies between operational processes that run with the policy that is set up. The solution to deal with these problems, the need for an IT governance is thus expected to produce maximum output to the company, help the decision-making process, as well as help the process of problem solving. As the basis for drafting of the COBIT framework is 4.1. External of it governance is a document that includes: 1) the alignment of the IT objectives with business goals that breakfast buffet by the 8 Primary and seven Secondary IT Process that supports the achievement of Strategic Aligment on Focus Area IT Governance. 2) Gap analysis in each domain, the results of processing the questionnaire found value is Defined as-is Process, while the results of the interviews found that the value of the to-be is Managed and Measurable. 3) stages the process increases as-is headed to-be each IT Process in order to produce the expected accomplishments. 4) Recommendations implementation of it governance based on COBIT 4.1 framework each IT Process so that relevant parties could easily carry out the monitoring of the management and measurement.
