Abstract

The site of petra christian university library started designed and built at 3 June 1995 and it have twelve online services that are still operating until now. Based on the data from Alexa provide that the site of petra christian university library has successfully reach the rank to 945 in Indonesia but the site also ever got lower ratings in September 2017. In order to reduce the risk of downgrading that could have a negative impact of changing the user point of view of the site becomes worse, then in this study conducted the analysis of Petra Christian University Library's website acceptance to students of Petra Christian University Surabaya by using the Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) to generate recommendations that will then be modeled by a new user interface that refers to UXPin's web design method to improve the look and quality of the web.The results of Petra Christian University Library's acceptance analysis using Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) found that the deficiencies contained in the site are poor site navigation, unsaved feedback form from users and some technical issues. UXPin's web design method is used to generate an improved Petra Christian University Library website acceptance strategy by improving the site navigation, adding a database for storing user feedback and fixing some technical issues.

Abstract

Library is a part of educational organization in the University of Drs. Soetomo Surabaya (UNITOMO). Along with the development of time, the Library UNITOMO create website Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) which release in 2015 to facilitate students. According to the website www.alexa.com, OPAC website ranked 12.902 in Indonesia. Based on data from library visits from January to October obtained the result that most library visitors come from Strata 1 (S1) students. In addition, from 20 samples taken from UNITOMO S1 students, 60% of students stated complaints from this OPAC website is that the website is often down when accessed and 40% said the look of the OPAC website is less interesting. Based on existing problems, this study uses the DeLone and McLean models because this model evaluates the success rate of a website in terms of system quality, information quality, and service quality. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the number of 111 samples aimed at UNITOMO students. The result of the research is recommendation that the website developer of OPAC must review the available feature and fix it, if they found some mistakes such as broken links so the website can be used easily and quickly and always update the contents of the website information in the latest or in accordance with the time and do not contain information old that can make users confused.

Abstract

PT. Boga Putra Sakti is a company engaged in culinary has several restaurants that Suteki Sushi, penyetan Cok, and Waroeng Sapiku. After successfully opening a restaurant Suteki Sushi, PT Putra Boga Way opened penyetan Cok. The name comes from a word that characterizes the community of East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas, but do not open the choke penyetan outlet firstin Surabaya, but penyetan was first open in Jakarta since 2013. One branch penyetan Cok located in BG Junction has business processes for supply of raw materials. Choke penyetan office to give orders raw materials 2 times a week. The process especially when raw materials side dish usingthought supervisor that making raw material excess or shortage in supply.To overcome these problems, we need a solution that is creating and designing applications on the supply of raw materials choke penyetan restaurant located in BG Junction Surabaya by using the process of the prediction method Exponential Smoothing Wintersresearch produces raw material inventory application using exponential smoothing forecasting method winter on penyetan choke for the upcoming period based on the data demand in the previous period so that it can help the problems of shortage and excess inventory of raw materials, especially dishes.

Abstract

Faculty of Medicines Website, Hang Tuah University began to be designed and built in 1987. The goal is to assist students in terms of lectures. Faculty of Medicines Website has started to provide the internet access for its users and developed online service since 1987 until today. Based on interview data of Faculty of Medicines students as many as 30 (thirty) respondents, 24 (twentyfour) respondents said that the Website is less attractive.             In order to reduce the risk of not successful implementation of the Website then in this study was analyzed by using Delone and McLean Methods. By doing this research, the Management of the Website may know what factors are important in the development process and as an evaluation material for the Management of the Website

Abstract

Lembaga Bahasa LIA Surabaya is an English course that has main activity such as: class scheduling, promotion test scoring, and student attendance. At this time, class is scheduled by Head of Academic Operation Division manually. Promotion test is scored by teacher of each class one by one so there will be possibility of inaccurate score. Student attendance is recorded on paper so there will be probability of paper loss. Paper loss can cause a failure information. LB LIA requires academic information system that can cover class scheduling, promotion test scoring, and student attendance as solution for the problems. So that LB LIA can provide accurate information for students, LB LIA staffs, and parents of student.

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya an educational institution that was established since 1994, and has several processes that include new admissions activities, class divisions and homeroom, scheduling subjects, and management student value as a material for preparing the results of student studies. Processes that exist in SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya there are some problems such as the process of data management students, teachers, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and processing student value. The number of data and limitations of the scheduling officer so it takes a long time in managing the existing data. The long process of managing the data has a direct impact on the performance of the administration department, employees/ teachers in school academic activities. Solutions that can be given to the above problems is the application of academic information system, is one solution that can help the administration, employees / teachers in managing student data, teachers, schedules, class divisions along with homeroom, processing student value and reporting to the head school. Creation of Web-based academic information system application. It is expected to conduct student data management activities, teacher data, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and final value creation, making it easier for the administration to report to the principal.

Abstract

PT Kencana Alam Putra is a company engaged in contractors who follow the tender of several organizers. The administration process of tender participation encounters some obstacles from checking the tender’s news to the completion of prerequisite documents, such as the recording and providing tender’s information which still uses manual processes, overdue to get the approval from the president director and manager for tender, miss communication and misunderstandings among tender; that makes the preparation for tender take a long time. Based on the description of the issues, a web-based tender administration application was established, which can assist the managing director and manager to get the tender’s news easier.This application can provide notifications to the president director, managers and workers, by providing history or old information that will record the changes from the tender activities. Based on the results of the trial, the web-based tender administrations application can make a list of tender completeness documents required in the process of participating in tender, short message notification for the director and manager in tender approval and short message notification for the workers in field.

Abstract

As more and more areas implement information technology in the field of e-government, evaluation of its effectiveness is an increasingly important topic for practitioners and researchers. After an information system enters the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, it is necessary to conduct post-implementation review. Pamekasan District Government website is part of internet-based information technology services managed by KOMINFO Pamekasan District. Since the website published by the government has never conducted an analysis of the success of information systems to the Pamekasan District Government Website. Based on the results of research on success analysis Pamekasan District Government website based on DeLone and McLean model that has been done and resulted in two drop between variables. The first, indicates that the quality of information available on the website of the Government of Pamekasan Regency is good enough to affect user satisfaction. And the second, indicating that some of the respondents said the website is good and comfortable to use so that users feel comfortable to access it again.
