Abstract

Website Hotel Sahid Surabaya is a web company profile in which there are functions to support the process of e-commerce suite at Mission Hotel Sahid Surabaya. The e-commerce process will be more optimal if users use website usage. But in fact from the survey conducted involving 20 people to access the website, 17 people have difficulty choosing the view that will be accessed to make an online reservation so that respondents prefer to make a reservation directly because when making a reservation via the website there is no indication that it is difficult for a user in make a reservation. During its implementation, the Sahid Hotel Surabaya website has never been evaluated.The solution to this problem is to analyze the variables that affect the acceptance of the website by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This model has 4 independent variables, 4 moderating variables and 2 dependent variables. To determine the effect between variables using Structural Equation Model, Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used Ferdinand's theory with 75 respondents.Based on the results of the analysis on the model (UTAUT), it can be known that the influential variables with the T-Statistic provisions ≥ 1.96 or Pvalue ≤ 0.05 are Behavioral Intention to Use Behavior of 40.1% and Social Influence to Behavioral Intention of 33%. Based on the mean value of the influential variables, it is in the interval class (2.50-3.24) which means the respondent agrees to the statement and recommendations produced, that is, the receptionist of Hotel Sahid Surabaya offers to use the website for reservations, because if someone feels satisfied using the website it will affect the user another to use it. Abstract

SIAKAD is a web-based academic information system application with the aim of providing academic information to students. With SIAKAD students can find information related to academic campus such as student biography, IAIN publications, class forums, messages, curriculum majors, semester courses, Study Plan Card (KRS), college schedule, attendance, thesis, yudisium form, student consultation, Study Result Card (KHS), learning progress, value list, transcript, repeat history, and finance. The number of visitors SIAKAD application every month is different - different, sometimes up sometimes down because of the information contained in SIAKAD less complete. In addition, the user interface/user experience is less interesting. The solution to this problem is to design user interface/user experience with User Centered Design method which consists of understanding and defining user context, specifying user requirements, creating user interface design, evaluating user results.

Abstract

Qtaaruf is a startup from Surabaya that using a website as the media for interaction between users. The website now has around 10-20 visitors every day, it is classified as low visit for a website, because the inaccuracy of the user interface/user experience. This research is purposed to deliver a user interface and friendly user experience for the users in order to get information from the website, by using google design sprint that consist of 5 stages that are understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Validating process using a/b testing with 100 single moslem respondents in Surabaya at age range around 20-29. Based on the analysis, implementation and evaluation, resulting a final prototype, combination of A and B prototype which was validated form interface, use duration, and consideration of critique and feedback. Prototype A has been chosen for 4 features namely sign-up with 68,75% of the result, gallery, testimony, and taaruf process with 100%. Prototype B for the features of subscribtion with 100% of result. Prototype final delivers the user interface with colours harmony, consistency of layout, including notification for every interaction and user experience that match with respondent’s mindset for getting the information or reaching the objective.

Abstract

PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (Surabaya Container Terminal/TPS) is one of PT PELINDO III subsidiaries. Its business line is in providing international container terminal facilities for trading in domestic as well as ocean going  trajectoriesin Indonesia. Its motto is  “Reliable Terminal with Service Excellence”. Reliable means responsive, emphaty, learning, innovation, ability, benefit, leading, and effective. One of the motto which supports all business activities in PT TPS is responsive and innovation. It means that all TPS’s services are provised  with fast and up to date computer system and equipment. Based on the identification and interview conducted in PT TPS about document management process, it was recognized that all mail document is still managed manually. It impacts on postponement of information transfer that occur inter and intra department as well as with parties outside from the company. Therefore, several problems isolated from the company’s activities are low speed distribution of mails, difficulties in mail controlling, complexity in acknowledging mail status and disposition, mail identification that needs  1-3 hours, and expansion of mail storage room. Based on those description of problems, the writer suggested a technical solution that is the innovation of website base document management application for PT TPS Surabaya.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application-based marketplaces websites engaged in marketing. Application of Ayopanen used to bridge farmers who sell its products and customers that want to buy products from farmers in particular chili. Current customer complain because the price of the retail traders in Chili varies rapidly in a fairly short period of time. The purpose of this research is to make the application Ayopanen for the management of sales transaction-based website in order to make the price of products sold by farmers is not much different when it gets to the customer, because the products are sold in take and Ayopanen managed by the farmers directly and bypass the sales from the farmer to the distributor to the merchants of hunter-gatherers. Trial results show that Ayopanen applications can perform transaction product sales from farmers at a price that is cheaper than the price of a given retail merchants or distributors at this time to the customer

Abstract

CV Remaja Dua is a company in the field of convection. The problem that exists today is that this company only accepts orders as much as 3000 clothes per month, the rest of the company does not accept the work of clothes again. While the capacity of machines and employees can work up to 3536 clothes per month. This is because the company has not optimized the performance of production employees. Another problem is the lack of good production scheduling so companies often experience delays to complete the order. Based on data obtained from 40 orders per month there are 15 orders that are late or about 37% of orders are late in the process. With the existence of the problem, then owner of CV. Remaja Dua wants a production scheduling app that can be used to minimize the delay of the finished time of the order and optimize the performance of production employees. The results of the trial and evaluation conducted, showed that the Design of Production Scheduling Applications at CV Ramaja Dua produces production schedules and distribution of workmanship in accordance with the capacity of each employee. In addition, applications can also increase the maximum number of orders up to 35% of the total maximum orders received each month.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran, seleksi, dan penerimaan pada dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual. Proses ini membuat waktu kinerja penerimaan beasiswa sangat lama, ditambah proses penilaian yang masih menggunakan kertas yang sangat mudah sekali hilang. Pengarsipan berkas juga sering hilang dikarenakan proses penyimpanannya masih dilakukan pada almari. Sistem penerimaan beasiswa masih menggunakan program excel dan berdasarkan nilai psikotes, nilai survey saja. Belum lagi para pendaftar yang harus bolak-balik untuk pengumpulan berkas dan menanyakan informasi mendapatkan atau tidaknya beasiswa dari dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya.Solusi yang akan diberikan adalah dibuatkannya aplikasi berbasis web yang dimana dapat membantu pendaftaran secara online, penyeleksian secara online, penilaian secara online, pengumuman penerimaan secara online, dan penerimaan beasiswa secara tersistem. Dari sistem ini, akan membantu menyerap mahasiswa yang berprestasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan membantu proses pendanaan pendidikan.Hasil uji coba yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini membantu dalam proses pendaftaran, penyeleksian, dan penerimaan beasiswa. Petugas juga terbantu untuk proses penyeleksian dengan metode SAW yang tersistem serta penilaian untuk petugas psikotes dan survey  dapat menginputkan nilai secara online. Abstract

The Information Technology Department of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) has a Service Desk team that is responsible for handling IT service incidents. Handling of IT service incidents is based on experience, knowledge and agreement. Recurring incidents haven't been handled permanently. It  has an impact on the use of resources in handling incidents.The Solution provide is information technology incident management. Incident management planning as a guidance for handling incident or recovery process of IT services. ITIL v3 as a framework used in developing structured work guidelines for incident management processes. ITIL v3 provides a consistent and repeatable process for restoring IT services.The results of incident management planning as a guide to management work in improving the handling of current incidents. The resulting work guide has been adapted to the internal processes of TPS and ITIL v3, so that it can be used directly as a guide in recording incidents, handling incidents, and resolving IT service incidents.

Abstract

The East Java Library and Archives Automation application began operations in 2010 developed by the library automation section and financed by the Government of East Java. One of the library automation applications is library library search application available in three computer units. Collection search apps can browse library collections quickly, but after interviews with 30 library visitors who used the collection search application there are still some problems with the collection search app view. The results of these interviews indicate there are still some look of collection search applications that need to be improved. In order to fix display problems in the library library search application, UI / UX design will be done using WEBUSE Heuristic method. The WEBUSE Heuristic Method can find errors and measure the success of an interface design. The results obtained through the WEBUSE Heuristic method will serve as the basis for designing UI / UX recommendations to improve the look and quality of libraries library search applications. UI / UX design using WEBUSE Heuristic method resulted in 12 interface design designs as a recommendation to improve the interface design of library collection search application.

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Rumah sakit dinilai sesuai kondisi perseorangan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Kecenderungan peningkstsn ksasus penyakit yang terkait gizi (nutrition-related-disease) pada semua kelompok rentan mulai dari ibu hamil, bayi, anak, remaja,hingga lansia,memerlukan penatalaksanaan gizi secara khusus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan gizi yang bermutu untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan status gizi yang optimal dan mempercepat penyembuhan.   Pada instalasi gizi RSUD DR. Soetomo ini membutuhkan sebuah sarana untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan serta informasi dan konsultasi untuk memberikan pelayanan untuk pemenuhan gizi pasien, baik secara langsung ataupun melalui sarana online dan juga adanya kebutuhan untuk sebuah sarana untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online, karena pasien tidak hanya terbatas pada masyarakat lokal, tetapi juga masyarakat dari daerah lain. Hal ini untuk mempertahankan penilaian akreditasi A sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dan sebagai syarat untuk menjadi rumah sakit bertaraf internasional.
