Abstract

Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan hutan di seluruh Jawa Timur. Dalam mengelola hutan, perusahaan ini menggunakan sejumlah aset untuk melancarkan kegiatannya. Namun karena jumlah aset yang dimiliki sangat banyak, sehingga terdapat sejumlah aset yang menganggur. Untuk itu perusahaan melakukan pengoptimalan manfaat aset.Dalam proses pengoptimalan ditemukan tiga permasalahan, yaitu pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak di waktu yang belum tepat. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan kehilangan kesempatan menerima kontrak baru. Selanjutnya informasi letak aset belum secara geografis. Sehingga perusahaan mengalami ketertundaan penerimaan kontrak selama satu minggu. Permasalahan terakhir, promosi aset yang dinilai kurang maksimal. Akibat yang ditimbulkan adalah aset yang laku hanya satu dari sepuluh aset dalam satu bulan.Berdasarkan dampak dari permasalahan yang ada, perusahaan menerapkan perhitungan lower and upper spesification limit, perhitungan lama dan masa kontrak, perhitungan total nilai kontrak, perhitungan occupancy rate, serta membuat penjadwalan pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak dan pengecekkan kondisi aset. Dengan menggunakan metode ini perusahaan dapat memberikan informasi letak aset secara geografis dengan hasil yang variatif, sedia setiap hari dalam memproses kontrak jatuh tempo dan pengecekkan kondisi aset, dan mempromosikan aset berdasarkan perhitungan manfaat aset yang rendah. Melalui hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem informasi yang dibangun, menyatakan bahwa sistem ini telah mampu menghasilkan laporan kontrak jatuh tempo, laporan perpanjangan masa kontrak, laporan pengecekkan kondisi aset, laporan occupancy rate, dan laporan promosi aset.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Aset, Perhutani, Google Maps API, Occupancy Rate

Abstract

Health centre (Puskesmas) I Toili has several health services, one of them is the apotek. The problem with apotek is when restocking medicines, the pharmacist does not know exactly the demand of medicine for the next periode resulting cumulation of medicines that have not yet been sold. Other than that, the phartmacist when selling the medicines sometime does not paying attention on the expire date. The solution for the problems that has been described is to create a program for forecasting demand for the medicine consisting of: forecasting demand for medicine with Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methode, medicine sale with First Expider Firs Out (FEFO) methode. The result of this research has shown that the program has able to do forecast for medicine demand using (DES), to save the sales of medicine with FEFO methode and medicine restock report, medicine forecast, and the sales of medicine, presented on chart with high accuracy and fast.

Abstract

Petra Community Church is a church located on Jalan M.T. Haryono, Semarang. Since January of 2018, it has more than one thousands congregation. Based on their organizational structure, they have head of management and many departments, such as, Ibadah Raya Department, Komsel Department, Pujian Penyembahan Department, and Multimedia  Department. The board is facing a problem about getting data from departements. The data is still scattered in each department and the form is still a flat file (hard-copy). This problem affects the evaluation process of the existing management and also related to the making of annual year work program. Based on this problem, a management information system is needed to be used to process existing data into information, which is useful for decision making by the management of PCC. Management Information System built using the method of the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model. The waterfall model used is the waterfall model according to Sommerville (2007). This system can handle management requirements related to the availability of master data, and activity data has been carried out up to financial data. Also through this system, the board can monitors activities undertaken by each department.

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surabaya currently uses E-Perfomance application to measure employee performance appraisal and monitor the activities of employees. The E-Perfomance application is used starting in 2015 and made many changes every year. Since the beginning of the use of E-Perfomance application until now has not been evaluated the acceptance in applying the application. Therefore, in this research, there is an acceptance analysis of E-Performance application with Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consisting of Subjective Norm Norm, Image, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result Demonstrability as independent variable, while dependent variable include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention to Use, Usage Behavior and moderation variables include Experience variables.

Abstract

Damian Lawoleba is private hospital located in Lawoleba East Nusa Tenggara province. One of the most of their effort to achieve competitive advantage is make   health service quality improvement with  strategy of IS/IT. But in the other hand Damian Lawoleba Hospital is not inpmlementing their IS/IT strategy yet for some of their services. To avoid cost of development of the IS/IT strategy, its need to develop Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Tecnology. Ward and Peppard method is used in the development of Strategic Planning of Information Systems in Damian Lawoleba Hospital. In Preparation Stage, is by doing internal and external analysis for developing business strategy. From  this business strategy it will get diversification and horizontal integration strategy.the business strategy will be output of document such as Business IS Strategy, IT Strategy, Management IS/IT Strategy, Future Portofolio Application, and Road map Application that will be used by Damian Lawoleba Hospital as basis for developing information systems and technology.

Abstract

From observations made at the Palembang Medicine Clinic, it was found that the management of incoming and outgoing letters still used the recording method in the notebook. Based on the results of discussions with the Palembang Medical Clinic, the management of incoming and outgoing letters like this raises a number of problems including frequent occurrence parties who need information about the letter, the officer is not easy to know the existence of the letter. The disposition process that still uses paper and every incoming letter and outgoing letter must be copied repeatedly for the filing process and the letter distribution process. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application for managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Palembang Medical Clinic which has a letter search feature, letter recording and letter disposition so that results can be obtained effectively and efficiently. The application will be designed with a web-based, because the web application data of incoming letter and outgoing letter can be more quickly connected from secretaries, managers, directors and employees found in Palembang Medical Clinic.Keywords: Application, Palembang Clinic, Incoming Letter, Outgoing Letter.

Abstract

Qtaaruf is web-based online Islamic dating which as social movement. Matchmaking process which has been done by Qtaaruf and the Ustaz now are not using any specific criteria or any method to do a matchmaking process, therefore can take time around 1-2 weeks. The solution for the problem that has been described is to make web-based decision support system program for selecting spouse, using 5 criterias, age, height, weight, income, race (as a filter). Using fuzzy methode mamdani logic, the results is set combination from 4 criteria (except race), which then take the centre point for the fuzzy’s result. The test result is showing that the decision support system program for selecting spouse generate 3 recommendations of potential partner based on criteria which were chosen by user for selecting potential partner. this web-based decision support system program has been tested by using Excel and matlab. The 83.3% of the result showing not so much different from manually calculated by Excel and Matlab, resulting on the same category. The application's function has been tested using blackbox testing and the result is the application has run 100% as it should be.
