Abstract

PT. Bumi Samudera Jaya is one of many shipbuilding sub-contractor in Indonesia. To achieve the competitive advantage for bringing the best service for its client, the company needs a solution to formulate the IS/IT strategic plan. There are implications if the company don’t implement the IS/IT strategic planning such as IS/IT investation, information distribution, IS/IT human resource development, monitoring function and no IS/IT prioritization in the company. To overcome those problems, company needs to implement the strategic planning to plan the IS/IT implementation with Ward & Peppard approach and formulate the business IS strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, application portofolio and application portfolio roadmap. The results of this research are 28 IS/IT solutions. IT strategy with output such as network architecture, hardware & software, platform and database. IS/IT management strategy with IS/IT human resource structure. Application portfolio with 7 solutions in strategic quadrant, 9 solutions in key operational quadrant, 10 solutions in support quadrant and 2 solutions in high potential quadrant. Application portfolio roadmap with 5 batch of category based on value chain stream which plotted in term of 5 years of implementation from last year of 2018 until year 2023, the detail of IS/IT funding and urgency assessment based on risk calculation for every IS/IT solution.

Abstract

SD Al Falah Assalam Tropodo is the educational institutions for elementary school students in Sidoarjo city. The student attendance process is manually in the first subject and is only done once a day, so that the possibility of students not following the next subject can occur. Likewise in the extracurricular activity attendance process, there are students who use these activities to play or just spend time that is not useful. With the existence of several reports from parents of guardians who said that their children always took extracurricular activities, but in the attendance report of the school the students involved only a few times. The other problem is the lack of communication between the school and parents. During this communication only occurs when the distribution of report cards held every 3 months. As a result, parents are not getting information about the development of their children's activities. The solution given is_to_create_and design a web-based student activity monitoring application on Alfalah Assalam Tropodo Elementary School that is able to bridge parents and schools in providing information. The result of this Final Project resulted in monitoring application of student activity on SD Al Falah Assalam Tropodo. Such applications can help schools in providing real-time information to parents about their children's activities while in school.

Abstract

PT. Ditra Manunggal Jaya (DMJ) is one of the companies that engaged in trading since 2004. DMJ has its headquarters and warehouse on Jalan Majapahit no 19, Sidoarjo. Currently PT. DMJ serves demand for various types of basic and supporting products such as rice, sugar, coffee, cooking oil, round wood, bamboo, animal feed, electronics and etc. Currently the process of determining the stock occurs some constraints that must looking for sales data in the form of documents or manual records and done recap sales one by one customer. Recording recap done using the help of Microsoft Excel software that requires 3-5 working days depending on the number of sales transactions that occur based on the problems that occur, given the proposed design goods inventory application by reorder point (ROP) method or purchase back. Application of the ROP method concerns the delivery time purchases from suppliers, so the stock value is guaranteed despite the process delivery of purchase is still running.

Abstract

In Paru Hospital of Surabaya, every doctor in charge had points that based on any activities carried out by the doctor in the scope of Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya ahve a list of activities summarized according to Joint Decree of the Minister of Health and Head of the State Personnel Agency Number 1738 / MENKES / SKB / XII / 2003 Number 52 of 2003 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Doctor's Functional Position and Credit Score. In the permenkes mentioned that  doctor’s activities and kredit figured are outlined which can be used as preference for the functional promotion of doctors in Paru Hospital Surabaya. Until now there are still No. facilitesfor doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya to record their kredit nubers for doctor promotion in Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Solution made by the author of this journal is Paru Hospital of Surabaya need a web-based application that make doctor easily to record their activities during certain period of time

Abstract

P.T. JNE has implemented an official website with a www.jne.co.id address in which there are various menus that can be utilized by visitors, ie company profile, products and services, agency business solutions, career vacancies, to tracking shipment and shipping rates The influence of website quality on website P.T. JNE to user satisfaction will be analyzed in this study based on end user perception using webqem method. The data to be used in this research is by using an offline questionnaire. Then will be analyzed using variable from webqem method using some test that is like test of validity, reliability, assumption test and linear regression test. This research yields conclusion that usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency have positive and significant influence to user satisfaction with influence of 63,2%, the rest (100% 63.2%) = 36.8% is the other variable not included in this research.

Abstract

The criteria number of decision maker sometimes become a problem. We can solve that problem using set of alternatives based on the criteria. Problems like this are often known by the term Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). In this research will be appointed a case that is Determination of Winners of Library Competition At Badan Perpustakaan & Kearsipan Province East Java. The search for weighted values is done through an objective approach. This study is done by finding the value for each criterion, then done ranking to determine the optimal alternative.

Abstract

Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura is owned by Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari. Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura have to distributed and to marketed product of Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari within Madura Island regional. Problem that show by process at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura specially administration of distribution and financial is physical based data documentations which if broken then should remake the new document. Solution of the problem is to design an application of administration of distribution and financial which is function to maintenance data of sales, payment’s data, goods distribution’s data, and data of financial. Based on testing system, the application capable to executed the administration’s function at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura. The application is capable to be developed become information system of marketing management’s with added accounting and return of goods processes.

Abstract

The high consumers interest of caruban city to make purchase in the café make the café always crowded by customers. In the caruban region itself there is no online sales system for café or can be called café online. All sales and promotional  processes are done traditionally. Customers come to café and order food, for promotional café businessman spread brochures and word of mouth.Business process on caruban online café is a sales system that capable to order online in caruban city via web browser. System that can meet customer needs to order food anytime and anywhere which  is still within the city of caruban that have online order feature. Of course with many interest of the customers who make transactions through the café online will also increase revenue startup owner. With advertising and premium access to café owners, and Rp.200 fee to the café owner for each transaction.Based on the above problems the solution is the design of caruban café online application system. This system can provide information the capacity of the café is full, can reach customers who are away from the café location, can provide variant menu and promoting their menu due to limited capital. All of the system information is tested and result is 100% work for owner startup.Keywords: System information, Sales, Online Cafe, Caruban City
