Abstract

Abstrak :  Pada Saat ini  Administrasi Peserta Kursus masih mengunakan manual, dimana  proses manual ini masih menggunakan media kertas, yang mana media kertas membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang luas untuk menyimpan dokumen tersebut, tidak hanya itu dokumen kertas juga membutuhkan biaya yang banyak untuk membeli kertas , dimana harga kertas sekarang semakin mahal setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini  dapat membantu administrasi peserta kursus agar dapat beroperasi tanpa adanya media kertas.Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah  aplikasi administrasi peserta kursus yang mana dapat  memberikan informasi pendaftaran kursus, informasi pre tes , informasi pembayaran kursus, informasi nilai mid tes, informasi nilai final tes,  dan informasi presensi peserta kursus.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi administrasi peserta kursus dapat membantu peserta kursus dalam mendapatkan informasi pendaftaran kursus, informasi pre tes , informasi pembayaran kursus, informasi nilai mid tes, informasi nilai final tes,  dan informasi presensi peserta kursus .Kata Kunci : administrasi peserta kursus,informasi peserta kursus, aplikasi administrasi peserta kursus.

Abstract

The Royale Krakatau Hotel Cilegon is a 4 star hotel located on Jl. KH. Yasin Beji No.4 Cilegon, Banten. The Royale Krakatau Cilegon Hotel has a website that can be accessed with the link www.royalekrakatau.com. There are several obstacles from the website, namely the design of the user interface that is less attractive, complicated website flow, the main menu is difficult to find, the text is not legible clearly, the image size is too large, and the placement of content is not right. From these problems, the evaluation results using the Quality in Use Integrated Measurement (QUIM) method show problems with a high priority level of improvement found in the variables of effectiveness, satisfaction, and universality. Therefore a redesign was carried out using the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method. The steps in the GDD method are Research, Modeling, Requirement Definition, Framework Definition, and Refinement. Redesign has been compiled and tested. The final evaluation results on the website redesign carried out on respondents using the QUIM method, the average value obtained is 3.7 from the Likert scale with a rating scale instrument having a rating of 1 to 4, value 3 means good enough and there are no significant problems.

Abstract

Student Cooperative (Kopma) is a business entity managed by students who offer entrepreneurial experiences to students. The obstacle experienced by Kopma, namely the business scope of Kopma, only covers the college area, limited store area, less strategic location, and the lack of support from the university. Therefore e-commerce is needed as a solution to these problems. E-Commerce was chosen because it can connect Kopma with consumers to make transactions through internet media or other computer networks. The results of the analysis and design is created the Kopma e-commerce analysis and design document. The making of this document is as a reference to the implementation of the system so that the execution is in accordance with the research documents

Abstract

CV. Nusantara Services Electronics is a company electronic services in fulfilling the needs of consumer support. Problems arising in this integrated information need by the parties-related parties in the recapitulation of employee payroll. The effects caused by payroll system are not integrated in the system that is the occurrence of data buildup that causes employee salaries to experience delays in payment.Based on the problem above, it is made to be designed to build payroll employee application that can produce the calculation of presences, employee debts, allowances, BPJS, PPh 21, and net salary to complete and facilitate the related parties Paying employee salaries.The system generates recap attendance information, loan recording, and processing of tax, salary and Bpjs calculations that can be used to assist the company in paying employee salaries.

Abstract

Surabaya Mengaji is a community which included in Islamic Da’wah in surabaya. The one way of da’wah in this community is by the website www.surabayamengaji.com thats release on March 2018. However, by the interview with the website visitors san the managersit found some problems on the display of Surabaya Mengaji website. From the result of the interview, indicates that there is still need to be fixed from the Surabaya Mengaji website. To improve the display’s problem from Surabaya Mengaji website, the solution is by evaluation and develop User Interface design from the website using Design Sprint Metode. Beside that, it also using the modification from User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) metode to evaluate the succeed of the website. After doing some analysis, the result is still need to be fixed from the display’s website. The result of this study are design by user interface which made based from steps on the design sprint metode. The result of the evaluation using UEQ modification concluded that all average value are increased from 2.96 to 3.34. The result of the evaluation which is using UEQ, indicate that the sixths of variabel value are increase and got “excellent” criteria, which is it means that user interface design is made to solve the problems on the website.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia in its production, has a variety of machines that each day will perform a poction. With the continuous machine performance of PT Semen Indonesia will do the Overhaul of the machine owned. For now in the stage of scheduling Overhaul conducted by the company is still in a stage that lacks support because the software used can not update directly with SAP and still use Excel. In scheduling using SAP there is an issue where Software cannot determine the number of days present in the scheduling, unable to determine Shift, without filling in the PIC field and the Vendor Activity field keep running following Shift. The impact of the problem is that the process is disadvantaged at the time of the report generation and the lack of information. With such problems the company wants to create and implement a system scheduling Overhaul production machines. In the system can determine the number of days, can determine the Shift and also application demands to provide information at the time of the report generation.                Based on the test results of the Overhaul scheduling application with the Staff Department Of ICT and Staff Management Service Development, the results of the system can be easier to determine the number of days and Shift and the system can determine The selected vendor.Keyword: Website, Scheduling, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Firstudio is a startup that is engaged in the music field. Firstudio is engaged in music by providing online studio booking facilities and online teacher searches. From identifying and interviewing the community, instructors, students to the online search process for teachers. The difficulty in finding instructors for music lessons is a major problem that occurs in the community. By using the teacher's matching profile method and students can choose the criteria according to their wishes. In addition students can also directly choose instructors who have been recommended based on criteria. Of the several porblems that have been described, the solution given is the presence of a teacher search application with matching profile method. With this application, it is expected to make it easier for students to find instructors who are in accordance with the required criteria.

Abstract

Nutritional installation at Jemursari Surabaya Islamic Hospital is responsible for serving the nutritional needs of patients. Two problems faced in this process, namely inaccuracy in the procurement of planned food and raw materials and errors in the calculation of food raw materials. These problems cause damage to the raw materials because of excess stock or affect the production process because the raw materials are not available. The solution to the problem above with embedding Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method on the application so that it can automatically calculate raw material planning used the Lot-For-Lot technique. This application was developed using the SDLC method. It can be concluded that this study has produce application can run appropriately according to its function.  It is based on the test results to reach 96.87%.

Abstract

PT Dua Daya Sakti is a company engaged in the field of property developers, special housing clusters located in Gresik. One of the company's mission goals is to provide the best service and prioritize customer satisfaction by fully supporting work on time. Before starting the development project, first make a Budget plan. The Budget Plan is used as a standard or benchmark for managing existing compilations. Every project development activity, planning planning must study each project development to check the costs incurred according to plan or not. Every project development process will be reported and made manually so that there is a delay in helping information about the project's progress.Based on these considerations, it is necessary to have an application that can assist project reporting. The project reporting application uses the cost analysis method where plans and evaluations will be compared.The test results show that the application can make a report on the difference in time and cost of the project that has been done with a predetermined plan. Abstract

CV. Prima Semesta Internusa is one of the companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding and logistics. Through Prima Express's trade rights, it is one of the many companies whose services are delivering goods from Indonesian Workers (TKI) who work abroad to families in Indonesia. Since its establishment, the company has only one partner but over time the number of partner companies has increased. Therefore, the number of TKI goods that must be distributed also increases. This has an effect on the delivery time from the time the item is in the warehouse to the driver (courier) returning to the warehouse. So that the recapitulation of data and the making of reports by the administration for the counterparty is also getting longer. Based on the description above, it can be developed a design application for shipping goods on the CV. Prima Semesta Internusa is based on Android or Primex Mobile to help shorten business process time and minimize the occurrence of errors in the delivery of goods by the courier. From the results of the development to the Primex Mobile trial phase using the Black Box Testing method there are three test cases that are tested and the results are 100% successful. While testing using the Usability testing method gets a final value of 45 points from 50 points in total testing, it has concluded that Primex Mobile can run well and the company can shorten business time and minimize human error during company operations. Keywords: Delivery of goods, android, mobile.
