Abstract

Praktikum Bahasa Pemrograman (untuk S1 Sistem Informasi dan D3 Manajemen Informatika) atau praktikum Algoritma dan Pemrograman II (untuk S1 Komputer Akuntansi) merupakan mata praktikum yang diadakan guna mendukung mata kuliah yang diadakan di kelas. Tujuan mata praktikum tersebut yaitu untuk melatih mahasiswa agar mampu menerapkan algoritma sederhana ke dalam pemrograman. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa Java (Java’s Language). Di dalam praktikum, praktikan diajar dan dipandu oleh Co-Ass. Ada 3 tahap yang harus dijalani oleh praktikan, yaitu tes awal, latihan, dan tugas praktikum. Keterbatasan waktu praktikum yang ada membuat praktikan kesulitan dalam mempelajari pemrograman, karena cara menguasai materi setiap praktikan berbeda-beda. Meskipun pembelajaran juga bisa dilakukan secara mandiri, namun kadangkala praktikan masih kesulitan untuk menerapkan algoritma ke dalam bahasa pemrograman. Untuk mengatasi hal itu, maka diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran praktikum. Aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan metode Blended Learning. Dengan dibantu Co-Ass, kemungkinan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai alur pemrograman bisa menjadi lebih jelas. Keberadaan aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan di atas dalam membantu menjelaskan mahasiswa untuk menerapkan algoritma ke dalam bentuk bahasa pemrograman.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Dawarblandong is one of the high schools in Mojokerto Regency precisely located at Jl. Yon Djarot Subiyantoro. The common financial administration problems are counterfeiting students ' financial receipts, many mistakes in payment logging, recording mistakes when generating financial statements and making reports too long. The problem causes the inaccuracies in student payment data, the development of the school to slow down and inaccuracies in financial reporting. Based on the above problems, the solutions needed are information systems that can help the school's financial management process, including recording student payments, entry logging, expense recording, financial reports and visualizations Information in the form of school financial dashboards. Based on the results of the evaluation, the application is able to conduct the school's financial records computerized, the process of recap report can be done quickly, the evaluation of school finances can be done by looking at the financial WordPress Display information in real-time.

Abstract

PT Dua Daya Sakti is a company engaged in the field of property developers, special housing clusters located in Gresik. One of the company's mission goals is to provide the best service and prioritize customer satisfaction by fully supporting work on time. Before starting the development project, first make a Budget plan. The Budget Plan is used as a standard or benchmark for managing existing compilations. Every project development activity, planning planning must study each project development to check the costs incurred according to plan or not. Every project development process will be reported and made manually so that there is a delay in helping information about the project's progress.Based on these considerations, it is necessary to have an application that can assist project reporting. The project reporting application uses the cost analysis method where plans and evaluations will be compared.The test results show that the application can make a report on the difference in time and cost of the project that has been done with a predetermined plan. Abstract

Kegiatan Himpunan Mahasiswa (Hima) adalah salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi, sebagai bentuk aktifitas dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa yang harus di laporkan ke Kemenristekdikti melalui Borang kepada BAN-PT. Banyaknya tahapan yang harus dilalui untuk mendapatkan persetujuan proposal sampai dana bisa diterima oleh mahasiswa. Proses persetujuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual oleh mahasiswa yaitu harus datang ke bagian terkait satu persatu membuat waktu yang diperlukan menjadi lebih lama dan tidak efisien. Faktor lainnya adalah adanya format pelaporan yang tidak konsisten sehingga seringkali proposal harus mengalami revisi, persetujan dan cetak berulang kali. Padahal kegiatan harus segera dilaksanakan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah analisis dan desain aplikasi berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dari hasil analisa desain yang telah dibuat, diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses implementasi pembuatan aplikasi pengajuan proposal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as a means of learning English with the game method is one of the innovations that are suitable and much favored by children. Because children still have a tendency to play. So using this game media is a solution to make it easier for children to learn to recognize English. This research uses the development method used in this Jhony Adventure educational game which is the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Developer, Implementation, and Evaluation). The aspect value obtained from functionality testing reaches 100% very good, reliability testing reaches 100% very good, compability testing reaches 100% very good category, and playability testing reaches 96% with very good category. So that the feasibility of the educational game Jhony Adventure is categorized as very feasible. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained, the educational game Jhony Adventure became an effective alternative solution in the learning of PAUD and Elementary School students in grades 1-2. By using the concept of education as a medium in learning subjects that seem difficult to learn, namely English lessons. Game development is very suitable and effective to help students learn English.

Abstract

SD Dharma Karya merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta dengan akreditasi tingkat C di Surabaya, sehingga sekolah ini menjadi salah satu sasaran program kampus mengajar yang dibimbing oleh salah satu dosen Universitas Dinamika. Namun karena keterbatasan waktu dan rendahnya kemampuan siswa SD Dharma Karya, kegiatan kampus mengajar lebih banyak fokus kepada peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa, sedangkan bantuan adaptasi teknologi untuk para guru SD Dharma Karya menjadi kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu, pemberian bantuan adaptasi teknologi dilanjutkan dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh beberapa dosen Universitas Dinamika. Kegiatan pengabdian diadakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu survei kondisi guru sekolah, pembuatan modul, kegiatan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan survei awal, penguasaan teknologi yang butuh diajarkan adalah penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office 365 yang telah dilanggan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kota Surabaya tetapi kurang dimanfaatkan oleh guru-guru SD Dharma Karya. Kebanyakan pelatihan yang diadakan dinas pendidikan berbentuk daring, sehingga guru-guru kurang memahami menu-menu yang ada di aplikasi. Berikutnya, kegiatan pembuatan modul untuk pelatihan difokuskan pada penjelasan fitur-fitur di Word, Excel, PowerPoint, dan Microsoft Teams yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru-guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran maupun administrasi. Kegiatan pelatihan sebagai tahapan selanjutnya selalu dilaksanakan secara luring di SD Dharma Karya dan disertai dengan proses pendampingan sesuai dengan tingkat keahlian para guru. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan guru mengenai Microsoft Office 365 dan meningkatkan keterampilan para guru menguasai teknologi aplikasi perkantoran, serta meningkatkan pelayanan para guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah.
