Abstract

PT. Kasa Husada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan peralatan medis yang meliputi kasa steril dan kapas. Permasalahan dalam proses penilaian kinerja di perusahaan adalah: proses penilaian memakan waktu lama, indikator umumnya tidak sesuai dengan tugas dan target. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan proses aktivitas perusahaan menjadi terganggu, dan hasil penilaian kinerja tidak dapat menggambarkan bagaimana target perusahaan telah tercapai. Sedangkan dalam proses promosi mereka masih menggunakan kertas dalam pengajuan promosi, tidak ada kriteria minimum yang harus dimiliki untuk menempati posisi tertentu. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan proses promosi di perusahaan membutuhkan banyak biaya dan kesalahan dalam penempatan karyawan. Dengan masalah di atas, aplikasi untuk evaluasi kinerja dan aplikasi untuk proses promosi dibuat. Aplikasi penilaian kinerja dibangun menggunakan metode KPI Maximize (Key Performance Indicator) dengan indikator penilaian sesuai dengan bagian masing-masing. Sementara aplikasi promosi memiliki kriteria kemampuan (dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting)), persyaratan, dan hasil penilaian kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, sistem ini dapat menangani seluruh proses penilaian kinerja dan promosi posisi di perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria persyaratan dan kemampuan masing-masing posisi dan berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Construction project management planning will require manpower requirements, the calculation of labor cost budget, number of employees, the arrangement of activities and time required to complete each activity. So far, only managing assessments of workforce needs. This is because of the experience and do not know the technical calculations in calculating labor costs. As a result, the project failed and declining consumer confidence.Handling solutions to create budget planning application labor costs in building construction projects. The system is built to calculate the labor requirements, needs labor costs, and time required to complete the project.This application generates information report labor cost budget plan, the amount of manpower needs, and schedulling of the project. Based on the result of experiments performed, the application can help the process of planning manpower requirements, and planning labor costs in building construction projects.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company who works in furniture field. The company’s production is based on the customer orders. The average of the company’s transaction reaches about 3000 products, yet 31% of them delayed. It is caused by several things, which are the absence of scheduling method, the machine’s functions are not optimized yet by the company, and also order data recording with production scheduling are not integrate yet. This research results an application that can compare four methods of scheduling. The four methods are EDD, FCFS, SPT and LPT. The comparison of methods is aimed to get the best method that will be used by the company for scheduling. It requires some stages to make the application, the first is requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and the last are integration and testing. From this research, its result is about 96% which means that the application is feasible to use, and the user trial results are about 91% which means that this application can be accepted by the company.

Abstract

Abstract: SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya is a vocational high school located in the city of Surabaya. Problems that occur at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya currently experiencing problems in terms of recording data violations and academic achievements that are still processed manually using a ledger. Teachers counseling difficulty to recapture the data of students who have violated and achievement data ever achieved by students / students.Based on the problems encountered, then one solution to overcome that is by making E- point application for recording data violation and data of student achievement of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.[0] The results of the process can be made into reports that can be used as information violations and achievements made by students / SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.With E-points Application Development Design for Recording of Data on Student's Academic Abuse and Achievement At SMKN 10 Surabaya can facilitate Counseling Guidance teacher in processing data violation and academic achievement. Abstract

Proses pendaftaran, seleksi, dan penerimaan pada dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual. Proses ini membuat waktu kinerja penerimaan beasiswa sangat lama, ditambah proses penilaian yang masih menggunakan kertas yang sangat mudah sekali hilang. Pengarsipan berkas juga sering hilang dikarenakan proses penyimpanannya masih dilakukan pada almari. Sistem penerimaan beasiswa masih menggunakan program excel dan berdasarkan nilai psikotes, nilai survey saja. Belum lagi para pendaftar yang harus bolak-balik untuk pengumpulan berkas dan menanyakan informasi mendapatkan atau tidaknya beasiswa dari dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya.Solusi yang akan diberikan adalah dibuatkannya aplikasi berbasis web yang dimana dapat membantu pendaftaran secara online, penyeleksian secara online, penilaian secara online, pengumuman penerimaan secara online, dan penerimaan beasiswa secara tersistem. Dari sistem ini, akan membantu menyerap mahasiswa yang berprestasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan membantu proses pendanaan pendidikan.Hasil uji coba yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini membantu dalam proses pendaftaran, penyeleksian, dan penerimaan beasiswa. Petugas juga terbantu untuk proses penyeleksian dengan metode SAW yang tersistem serta penilaian untuk petugas psikotes dan survey  dapat menginputkan nilai secara online. Kepala dinas pendidikan juga dapat dengan mudah mengetahui laporan penerimaan dan pendaftar beasiswa.Keywords: Pendaftaran Online, Beasiswa, Penerimaan Online, Website

Abstract

The need for health every year have increased, it make hospitals have a competition to improved their services. As same asGRIU Graha Amerta Surabaya, as governments hospitals, it’s trying to gave the best service to compete with others. So that the patient satisfaction becomes main focus. To improve patient satisfaction on the service quality, the measurement of quality of services needs to be done. To measuring the service quality purposed to get information about the influence of service quality factors. The information will be used to descission support management. To support the purpose of GRIU Graha Amerta Surabaya, proposed an application to analysis influence of the service quality on inpatients satisfaction. It will be applied multi linier regression method to calculate and produce information the factors that influence and not influence on the inpatients satisfactions.

Abstract

Bapersip has eight areas that support business processes. Three areas of the recording process business using Online Transaction Process (OLTP) and Excel. Five other areas recording business processes using excel. Each month, business process data is processed by the areas to be reported. The process of making a report to transfer data from the source OLTP excel and to form reports manually. The data transfer process allows the human error such as redundant data and their data is not recorded in the report, so potentially resulting in inaccurate reports. Reports generated from the OLTP library service areas on Bapersip subfield SUNGRAM not fulfilling the needs for analysis. The solution to Bapersip problem is reporting and OLAP applications. Reporting application will help each area to create a report and eliminates the risk of human error by taking and processing the data from the source. OLAP application used to fulfill the needs of analysis using patterns based on the information you want displayed by SUNGRAM subfields.

Abstract

In the peak season and at the - time promo supermarkets give a compelling that the number of a dense customer shop in supermarkets. This means so long queues and the customer have to wait a queue to pay for. Customer only buy one thing would have to wait the long queues. The impact of the long queues make customer impatient in the queue , so that happening accruing the customer break to shop in supermarkets. The application of smart trolley with technology barcode a supermarket can help customer in the process of transactions queue independently and process fast payment without waiting for forever a long queue. And for payment or annulment not so buy the process happened in cash. With the application smart trolley it can provide solutions for supermarkets to overcome forever a long queue at the checkout payment. Based on the results and a pilot system, have shown that application smart trolley with technology barcode a supermarket can speed time service therefore time wait a queue become more short.

Abstract

Universitas Dinamika (Undika) adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Surabaya. Universitas Dinamika memiliki dua fakultas yaitu Fakultas Teknologi Industri (FTI) dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB). Salah satu bagian yang ada di Undika dalam hal pemberian pelayanan adalah bagian Kemahasiswaan. Kemahasiswaan sendiri bergerak dalam pengelolaan kegiatan dan pembinaan soft skills dengan menyediakan fasilitas sebagai wadah organisasi kegiatan mahasiswa. Untuk mendukung tugasnya, bagian Kemahasiswaan mempunyai website berfungsi sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi kepada mahasiswa. website kemahasiswaan Universitas Dinamika menunjukkan kenaikan pengunjung pada masa setelah terjadi pandemi covid-19 dimana semua kegiatan perkuliahan dan pencarian informasi terkait perkuliahan dilakukan secara online. Dengan begitu website kemahasiswaan Undika harusnya menjadi sumber informasi yang akurat. Permasalahannya, 80% mahasiswa Universitas Dinamika mengeluhkan tentang informasi yang disediakan pada website kemahasiswaan belum lengkap. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi website memahasiswaan Undika dengan metode Tam. Dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 93 responden mahasiswa Universitas Dinamika, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan structural equation modeling(SEM) menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS diperoleh bahwa Job relevance berpengaruh positif dan signigikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar  25%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap image sebesar 77%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 26%. Subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use sebesar 24%. Output quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 25%. perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use sebesar 37%. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 33%. Intention to use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Usage behavior sebesar 66%.
