Abstract

Hang tuah university surabaya has  an official website, click at  www.hangtuah.ac.id which facilitates a lot of information that can be accessed by the users.The website contains  such as the profil of the college, the bureau, research foundation and community services, technical implement unit (upt), faculty's information, students activity, UHT facility, regulation, scholarship information, and job vacancy.On this research, we do some analysis of the impact of services quality, scholarship information and foundation at website of hang tuang university surabaya about users' satisfaction based on the least user and visitor perception using webqual method. We collect data by giving online and offline questionnaire. The result of questionnaire is analysed based on webqual's indication. Then the questionnaire data result is tested its validity, reliability, classical assumption testing as a condition of linear regression testing.Based on the research that has been done so we conclude that the usage's quality (usability), the information  quality and the interaction  quality have the significant positive impact on users' satisfaction. The impact is about 67,6%. Key Words :  Website Service Quality, Users Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

UD. TBRK Roastery a private company engaged in the manufacture and sale of local and imported coffee beans. The company was founded in 2016 and the founder of the company is Bowo Sundoro. The center of the company is located at Jalan Manukan Dalam Blok 14 J No. 12 Surabaya. One of the processes is a performance appraisal due to the employee development monitoring mechanism for each period (2 weeks). In conducting the assessment process, problems often occur such as the loss of the performance appraisal file in the previous period or during the ongoing period, the absence of a specific value range at the time of the performance appraisal, the calculation of the assessment which is often wrong, such as a mismatch with the content of the performance appraisal.Based on the problems described above, the solution needed is the creation of a website-based performance appraisal application using a paired comparison method that uses several criteria, including: efficiency, concern, enthusiasm, greeting, ethics, estimation, honesty, completeness, cooperation and passion. Application development uses the system development life cycle (SDLC), which consists of four stages, namely communication, planning, construction, and deployment. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a website-based performance appraisal application using the paired comparison method. This application can perform an appraiser selection process, performance appraisal using paired comparison, namely by performing automatic calculations when the owner or supervisor enters the value into the system. This application generates a performance appraisal report.

Abstract

As a manufacturer of cooking oil, margarine and oil with raw material of palm oil, PT. SMART Tbk. formed a refinery business unit to manage, market and sales the products. The refinery business unit PT. SMART Tbk. Surabaya hires employees who are required to have knowledge and skills according to the type of work. Therefore, the company held training each year aims to develop the knowledge and skills of employees optimally.According to the results of employee’s competency assessment on Production Department about implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in 2012 conclude that the employee’s competency has not been as expected. To overcome that problem, required to design and build an application of training need analysis based competency. The analytical method to be used is the gap analysis between competencies required by the position with competencies owned by employee.Based on the result of testing and evaluation, it’s known that the application can determine the type of training effectively to what is actually needed by employee in accordance with requirement of competence on the job. In addition, using the application will also affect the cost savings because not at all employees are given training that is not required.

Abstract

Micro businesses, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) Burhan Foam is a business that manufacture or production of the folding mattresses, pillows and bolsters that produce based on customer orders.During this time, SMEs have a profit decline with increased order in some types of mattresses.And also have a decreased orders for some other type of mattress. This is because SMEs do not have a mechanism to calculate the exact cost of production.SMEs do not calculate the overhead costs (operating the factory) into the calculation of the production cost.These conditions make the specified price is too high (Over Budget) or too low (Underbuget).From these problems, the author created design applications determining the cost of production in SMEs Burhan Foam using Job Order Costing (cost of the order).Which generates reports raw material costs, labor costs report indirect, fixed factory overhead expense reports, report variable factory overhead costs, and report the cost of production.Other than that, the system also generates reports bookings per month.Based design applications made and trials that have been done, found that the cost of production information needed by SMEs and the details of the element of cost of production have been found.

Abstract

SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong is the one of private Senior High School in the Porong Sidoarjo, under the auspices of Kemala Bhayangkari Ranting Pusdik Sabhara Porong Foundation. Found several obstacles to the process financial students in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari, among others as follows : 1) difficulty search financial information each students 2) many types of payment 3) the process of making the report took a lot of time 4) often happens a late payments. Based on the identification of the problems, so the solution offered is making financial application who be able to manage financial students, whether it is in the payment transaction, reports, charts, and information warning before it is due to of the parents. The results of the Final Task is the application financial of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong where the system made those can be presenting history payment each students, presents graphs and arrears acceptance of all types of payments in any grade, and can send a messages payment warning student before the due to of parents, so that it could prevent the occurrence of a late payments Keywords: Student Finance, Payments, SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong

Abstract

The use of information technology at Maximom is an important component to support company operations. But in the planning and development of technology, it requires huge costs. On the other hand, Maximom is a new startup that does not yet have wide customer coverage and big capital. The feasibility study of Maximom's application can be seen through the economic feasibility approach using the Cost-Benefit Analysis calculation method. In identifying and calculating IT development costs, the Use Case Point method is required. Meanwhile, to identify and calculate the benefits of IT development can be helped by the Generic Ranti IS / IT Business Value method. The results of the feasibility study are development of the Maximom’s application is not feasible even though the development investment has benefit ratio of 1.2 times greater than the costs. Because of the development investment has not yielded a minimum return of 5%, net benefits are worth less than the initial capital, and the payback period is the same as the economic life of the investment, 3 years. For consideration, avoid the condition of the percentage value of benefits that decreases is greater than the percentage value of costs, because it can risk the investment feasibility.

Abstract: Warehouse in CV.  Cahaya Karya Tehnik have problems in controlling the supply of raw materials because it is still done by manual. This results in the process of reporting for incoming raw material,  raw material, inventory mutations the raw material, and reorder filing supplies raw materials takes time which tend to be longer.    Because of that is required application control the supply of raw materials that can be used to take note of raw materials in, mutations raw materials, and the submission of reserving reexamined raw materials, so that the supply of raw materials at warehouse CV. Cahaya Karya Tehnik can run well and no vacant supplies. System also can print form mutation raw material that can be used as an archive warehouse. With the implementation of this system, the warehouse is no longer experiencing the emptiness of supplies of raw materials. The resulting system is expected to address the existing problems so far, and the resulting information will be more accurate. Besides that part of the barn is CV. Abstract

A Library is considered as a place for education, research, preservation, information, and recreation in order to improve intelligence and empowerment of the nation. Currently there are some core processes at SMK Negeri 1 Cerme library, namely: books inventory records, books loan and return, records of infringement, books procurement process and the books destruction records. The absence of catalog in the library becomes major problem since people may spare a lot time to search books. In the book return process, lack of reminder of the due date causes the book borrower sometimes forget to return the books on time. In addition to that, manual record can lead to unsyncronized data beetween the currently existing stock and the reports such as, destruction report and book inventory. In this study, we develope a computerized library application at SMK Negeri 1 Cerme Library that is expected to be able assist the registration, loan and returns transactions. A reminder in added utilizing the SMS Gateway to remind the borrowers. The catalog can also help the students to reduce the time for books searching. Finally, automatic reports would make it easier to be distributeed to the head of library.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Expected by the existence of this application can help management and employees in carrying out operational activities and monitoring so as to improve pelanyanan at the workshop. Keywords: Applications, Workshop, Service Improvement.
