Abstract

SMA PGRI adalah salah satu sekolah yang dinaungi oleh yayasan PGRI kabupaten Kudus. SMA PGRI Kudus masih hanya bisa menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara konvesional, yakni proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui tatap muka secara langsung antara guru dan siswa. Selain itu keterbatasan sumber daya menjadi faktor penghambat dalam implementasi teknologi informasi dalam melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran e-learning untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi khususnya yang berbasis cloud computing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi (1) melakukan implementasi media pembelajaran e-learning dengan menggunakan teknologi cloud untuk mengatasi permasalahan keterbatasan sumber daya yang dialami pada mitra. (2) memberdayakan mitra PKM sebagai sekolah percontohan yang telah menerapkan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis teknologi cloud computing (3) memberikan kemudahan kepada guru maupun peserta didik dalam mengakses materi pembelajaran tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu

Abstract

Abstrak Guru harus senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Ada beberapa teknik yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru diantaranya adalah dengan lesson study. Lesson study merupakan proses kolaborasi beberapa guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh tim dosen dari Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muria Kudus. Metoda yang digunakan adalah pendampingan teori dan pengetahuan tentang lesson study terhadap guru MI Muhammadiyah Undaan Kudus dan praktek pembelajaran berbasis lesson stud” yang meliputi 3 (tiga) tahap: “Plan, Do dan Reflection”. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan, guru MI Muhammadiyah Undaan Kudus menyusun Lesson design secara bersama-sama kemudian menerapkannya di kelas II pada pembelajaran Tematik Matematika dengan topic pengenalan uang. Pada saat pembelajaran siswa aktif berpartisipasi dengan maju ke depan kelas dan melakukan role play sebagai penjual dan pembeli. Peningkatan perhatian siswa kepada guru juga lebih baik dan siswa sangat antusias dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Multimedia is an important aspect to support the economy and business nowadays. The knowledge owned by a student gives a big influence on the multimedia department. The work of multimedia products has great value. Photography is classified as part of multimedia science which attracts a lot of interest because of social media growth. Many people think that photography is just for social media attraction. Only a few people know that photography can be used to get an economic advantage from the internet. Most of them think that they need fancy and expensive gear to get good photos and make money from it. PKM or student activities to improve the ability of the community that we do is to provide a photography guide to the multimedia department in technical schools or vocational schools. The PKM team provided the knowledge that any photo can be sold without using the expensive gear. The training begins with the theoretical base and then continues with practical work. The lessons given are the composition of photography, field practice, photo editing, and sending photos to microstock agents. We also give them some tips and trick to make their photos accepted by the microstock agents. The results of this training are providing an increase in knowledge for the participants. As many as 53% of participants can send photos and accepted by microstock agents. 83% of the participants can master photo processing software. Can be concluded that after the training, most of the participants can master the composition of photos, editing, and sell their photos to microstock agents.

Abstract

Sosial media is a facility offered by cyberspace where users come from all ages and various types of circles. One of the majority of sosial media users is adolescents under the age of 18 with a profession as students. However, the relatively young age and minimal experience, make these students have insufficient insights about the security in using sosial media. Various cases of cybercrime occur and affect teenagers because of their lack of knowledge about cybersecurity. Therefore training is needed to improve students' insights on the sosial security of the media. The output of this activity is training services for data configuration and settings on various features offered by sosial media. Another outcome is providing insight into the scope of cybersecurity and cybercrime. The method used is to conduct sosial media data configuration training and a short lecture. The expected end result is an increase in human resource knowledge regarding cybersecurity

Abstract

The purpose of the community service is to provide training and use IT. Partners in this activity are UKM Cipto Logam. The training stages used are the observation and interview stage, the stage of IT application, the stage of training and mentoring for the use of IT, the stage of collaboration with the government, and the stage of monitoring and evaluation. The result of the activity are : 1) UKM furniture accessories have online marketing media at the level of craftsmen, one of which in the presence of metal copyright sales information system by the craftsmen themselves. 2) UKM furniture accessories have financial management principles in a simple accounting principle so that craftsmen can manage finance neatly.

Abstract

There are two things that SMK graduates can do after they graduate, namely entrepreneurship and looking for a job. The first choice looks very good and becomes the dream of every graduate, especially if they already have a mature plan and business capital. While the choice of number two can be made by graduates who really want to explore more experience in the field and then can continue to do it independently. In the midst of increasingly intense and fierce competition in the world of work, something that looks interesting and different from others is needed, especially when offering and demonstrating skills in front of targeted companies. One of them is during the interview. This is the final stage that can be done to seize the best impression from the company's Human Resources Development (HRD). The use of Indonesian may also be something that is very commonly used when interviewing. To attract the attention of employers, English-language interviews will be enough to show that the applicant's language knowledge is good enough to eventually be accepted into a company.
