<![CDATA[ This research aims for knowing the impact implementation of Lesson Plan of the teacher for the result of learning Agricultural Mechanization in SMK Kristen Tombatu. The research was conducted since February until April 2019. The subject of this research are the subject teacher of the Agricultural Mechanization and the students of ATPH department. The research variable that used is free variable, that is X and Y by using correlation and regression technique data analysis. The calculation result of regression analysis shows the impact between two variable (X and Y) be observed from Y = 0,79 + 0,08 X and correlation r = 0,91 show that Lesson Plan variable that used by the teacher with learning result has the positive impact. The result of learning that reached by the students can be seen from coefficient determination or r2 = 0,86 or 86 % that shows the result of learning is impacted by the Lesson Plan that used by teacher while its residual is determined by other factors that is not researched in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siwa kelas X TKR 1 SMKN 1 Ratahan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre Exprerimental Design dengan bentuk penelitian One Group Pretest dan Posttest Design. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tes yang berisi soal-soal objektif yang berjumlah 20. Instrumen penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Dasar Otomotif kelas X TKR 1 SMKN 1 Ratahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan saat uni t (parsial) bahwa variabel Tipe Pembelajaran STAD memiliki nilai t0 (thitung) ≥ tα (ttabel) = 23.197 ≥ 1.724272 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05 maka Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Dasar Otomotif kelas X TKR 1 SMKN 1 Ratahan.]]>

<![CDATA[As an important part of the world of education, the teacher's situation is seen as an important factor in achieving learning goals at school. This assumption depends on the understanding that the teacher is the person who manages the students in the learning system in the classroom, so the implication is that the educator is the individual who best understands and knows the condition and quality of his students, as one of the important things in the implementation of learning. The research method used is a quantitative research method, the method of collecting data is using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study are regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research on the relationship between teacher performance and interest in learning, the correlation value or relationship (R) is 0.530. This value is interpreted that the relationship between the two variables is a fairly strong category, from the table above the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.281 which implies that the relationship between teacher performance with interest in learning bound by 28.1% while for the rest 71.9% related to other variables not examined by researchers. <![CDATA[The purpose of this examination is to see the influence of learning motivation on PDTO learning outcomes in class X TSM Christian SMK Kawangkoan. The method used is quantitative research. The population is class X TSM Christian SMK Kawangkoan, totaling 28 students. The number of samples in this study were 28 students. The data in this study were collected by means of observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). After the data is collected, it is continued with simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The high learning motivation that affects the learning outcomes of students in class X TSM Christian SMK Kawangkoan is 45.1% (13 students) while 54.9% is affected by other factors that are not taken researcher. The results of the analysis using the t-test or statistics with the degree of certainty (dk) = 0.05, the value of tcount = 4.618 and ttable = 2.056 so tcount> ttable. This means that H_1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. That way the results of the regression direction coefficient are real, seen from this side, the regression obtained by the researcher is significant.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran praktikum berbasis virtual pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sasis dan pemindah tenaga khususnya materi sistem transmisi manual dikelas XI teknik kendaraan ringan. Media pembelajaran ini diharapkan menjadi layak dan memudahkan siswa melakukan praktikum transmisi di era pandemi covid-19. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan metode Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari 8 metode (1). potensi dan masalah (2). pengumpulan data (3). desain produk (4). validasi desain (5). revisi desain (6). uji coba produk (7). revisi produk (8). pemakaian produk. Hasil validasi perancangan media pembelajaran menunjukan bukti dari hasil dua ahli media yang menilai produk yang pertama mendapatkan 83,75% dan yang ke dua 80% serta ahli materi 84,70% dan angket siswa 93,5%. Maka dapat disimpukan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dirancang layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran praktikum siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the school environment on the results of learning basic automotive technology for students of class X at Getsemani Christian Vocational High School, Manado. This research is quantitative descriptive. Because everything that has been researched has been done empirically. The population in this study amounted to 30 students. And the sample in this study was taken from the total population of 30 students. Data collection techniques using documentation studies, namely by taking the results achieved by students, on the results of the final semester exams and questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the SPSS version 22 program, namely to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the school environment and learning outcomes with the equation Y=27.948+ 0.712% and from the test results it is also found that there is a significant effect between the school environment on learning outcomes, namely (r2) = 0.899 or 94.8%.]]>

<![CDATA[The main purpose of this research is to find out how far the influence of Discovery Learning on Hydraulic System Learning Outcomes on students in SMK Negeri 3 Tondano. On this occasion the researcher used a quasi-experimental approach with a nonrandomized control-group pretest-posttest design. To test the differences in hypotheses with the t-test for data that are normally distributed, the researcher used all students in class X of the TKR Department of SMK Negeri 3 Tondano, totaling 30 students, for the population, while for the sample the researchers divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 15 students and the experimental group. control 15 students. Based on the results of research conducted that there is a comparison between the values of tcount and ttable, with the acquisition of tcount = 4.22 and ttable = 2.048. For this reason, the value of tcount has more value in the ttable. So, it is said that Ho is not influential while Ha is influential. Therefore, learning Discovery Learning is able to improve hydraulic system learning outcomes for students at SMK Negeri 3 Tondano, especially class X TKR.Keywords: Discovery Learning, Hydraulic System, learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang lengkap atau terbatasnya materi yang ada pada modul di sekolah dan juga belum ada versi elektronik dari modul tersebut, sehingga siswa kurang memahami tentang teknik penggunaan alat ukur mekanik yang benar, pembelajaran daring masih terpusat pada guru, siswa melakukan pembelajaran daring dengan guru dan siswa berperan pasif dalam pembelajaran karena peran siswa terbatas mendengarkan dan melihat intruksi-intruksi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Siswa menjadikan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber informasi dalam materi pembelajaran alat ukur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Modul Pembelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif Kelas X di SMK Negeri 3 Tondano. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE (Branch 2009) yaitu (A)nalysis, (D)esign, (D)evelopment, (I)mplementation, dan (E)valuation. Sampel yang diambil yaitu 5 orang untuk uji kelompok kecil. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Ssiswa diberikan angket untuk melihat tanggapan siswa terhadap modul pembelajaran alat ukur, pada tanggapan siswa berpendapat bahwa modul pembelajaran alat ukur untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah dihasilkan produk modul pembelajaran alat ukur untuk kelas X dengan kualifikasi layak untuk digunakan.]]>
