Abstract

In the book of Maulid ad-Diba'i, authored by al-Imam al-Jalil Abdurrahman Ad-Diba'i, which contains about sholawat or syiiran about history and praise to the Prophet Muhammad r, there are implied meanings about the value of moral education inside. This study shows, (1) The values of moral education in the book of Mawlid ad-Diba 'i are divided into 2 classifications, First, the value of moral education that is related between Makhluq and Khaliq, which is about the morals of servants and their Lord. Among them, are: repentance, gratitude, and dhikrullah (Always Remember Allah). While the second, which relates between makhluq with makhluq, namely human-human relations, which includes: patience, tawadhu '(humble), as-Shidqu (honest / true), compassion, forgiveness, mutual respect, and gentle. (2) The values of moral education contained in the book of Maulid ad-Diba 'i are the values of education which in essence have a relationship with the objectives of Islamic education. Which is the character in the book is a prophetic character (moralize character) that will be an example of someone to be a creature that is always in goodness by getting used to behaving well and leaving behaving badly by referring to the Qur'an and the Hadith, so as to achieve maturity that will raises the main personality and can achieve the highest goals of Islamic religious education, namely happiness in the world and happiness in the afterlife.

Abstract

This study focuses research on the use of novels as a medium of learning in the context of moral education. This research was made with the following problem formulation, namely: 1. What are the intrinsic elements contained in the novel In Mihrab Cinta by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy? 2. What are the moral values ​​contained in the novel In the mihrab Cinta by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy? 3. How is the expression of the values ​​of moral education in the novel In Mihrab Cinta by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy? This research is a type of library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used is the content analysis technique with descriptive and interpretation methods. Then, this research builds on the collective relationship of two data sources, namely primary and secondary data. The primary data in this study is the novel In Mihrab Cinta by Habibbrahahaman el-shirazy and the secondary data in the form of books that are relevant to the object of the problem under study. The results of this study in the form that the values ​​of moral education towards yourself, which includes the spirit of demanding responsibility, honesty, independence, being optimistic. While the values ​​of moral education towards Allah and His Apostles, which include diligent prayer in congregation, patience, sincerity, repentance, gratitude, efforts, increasing piety, glorifying the apostles, and tawakkal. While the values ​​of moral education towards fellow human beings, namely mutual respect, please help, keep the jani, tawadhu, prejudiced, generous, generous greetings and deliberations. It can be concluded that the novel in the mihrab Cinta by Habibburahman El Shirazy is a literary work in the form of a novel, which can be used as a medium in moral education. The novel presents an interesting story that is loaded with religious and moral education.

Abstract

Implementation of Project Based Learning is an explore, evaluate, interpret, synthesize, and information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. Learning that is the source of one's intelligence is his habit to make new products that have cultural value (creativity) and his habit of solving problems independently (problem solving). The child's personal development begins with the development of the child's sensory functions to make observations. SD Lazuardi Tursina Banyuwangi emphasizes the educational process of inculcating positive children's characteristics and life skills, by becoming an educator who always facilitates a comfortable atmosphere for children, always maintains self-esteem and always gives the broadest space- breadth for children to try and wrong (trial and error). From the results of this research, it can be seen that the psychosocial development of children can increase the effectiveness and motivation of student learning when they are in the learning process at school or at home. And it has been feasible Project Based Learning to be used as an additional in improving children's psychic and very helpful effectiveness and efficiency in learning.

Abstract

Student learning achievements are strongly influenced by the various efforts undertaken by educators on the learning process, as in MA Al-Ihsan The use of audio visual media that has been properly applied by educators on subjects of moral faith, So that student learning achievements are more likely to increase. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media on the learning achievement of XI class students on the subjects of the Islamic faith Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. The problem that the researcher will solve is 1) how to use audio visual media in the subject of class XI in MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. 2) How to study students ' achievements. 3) How the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media to the learning achievement of class XI students This research is a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods (1) Observation for the use of audio visual media, (2) poll to determine the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media, (3) documentation for the achievement of students of XI MA al-Ihsan class, as well as the necessary data By researchers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis or statistical method, that is by using correlation test Product Moment. For that, researchers choose the research object of an educator in MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon and because researchers use the research population, then take all learners with a total of 74 Based on the results of the observation conducted by the researcher with the presentation of observation sheet 82.23. The result of data analysis was obtained average student achievement value of 82 with good category. In addition, in accordance with the calculation of the analysis of the correlation Product Moment test to determine the efficiency of the use of audio visual media on the learning achievement of the class XI students on the subject of morality in the MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang with data calculation results r_ (count) = 0.514 > r_ (table) = 0.2287 with enough level categories, as well as showing that the value of Sig = 0.007 < 0.5 means that there is a effectiveness of the use of audio visual media to student learning achievements Class XI in the eyes of the teaching of the students Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang with a relationship of 29.3%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the writer's interest in the methods used in the study of Fiqh studies and the importance of delivering the lesson well so that students more easily understand the lesson. Lately various methods have emerged that can make learning easier. Of course, the emerging methods offer their respective advantages in the learning process, with the results that will be obtained later. Starting from understanding, mastery of the material to the activeness of students.The Make A Match method is an alternative learning method that can be applied to students. The application of this method starts with a technique where students are told to look for pairs of cards which are answers / questions before the time limit students who can match the cards are given points.This research is a kind of quantitative descriptive field research, by taking the location of research in MA Featured KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Tambakberas Jombang. Data collection is done by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation while the data analysis technique uses Mean (average) and Paired Sample t-test.The results of the research The effectiveness of the application of the Make A Match method in the study of Fiqh studies shows that the results of data analysis using the Paired Sample Test formula t-test produced a correlation value of 0.791 which is said to be in the category of high or strong correlations. With a significance value (2-tailed) is 0,000 with a sum of N = 25. Because 0,000 is less than 0.05, it can be stated as significant. So it can be concluded that the result is effective on student achievement in class XI Religion II MA Featured KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Tambakberas Jombang if applying the Make A Match method in the subject of Fiqh.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze about the establishment of the character Santri to ward off the radicalism in the boarding school Daarun Najah Sukorame Lamongan. The background of this research is the publication of an event or a provocative notion of Islamic education, especially education in Pesantren which is considered to be exposed to radicalism with evidence of the many occurrences of suicide bombing or Terrorism which is on behalf of the religion of Islam, so that the things that have a relationship with the religion of Islam to be feared in some circles society. Whereas education is essentially forming human beings who can humanize humans to be the people of Kamil. Educational objectives to improve human creed. One of the efforts of the moral establishment is through coaching and planting the value of morality that exist in the pesantren. Based on the background researchers tried to research the education in the foundation of boarding school Daarun Najah Ahmad Yani sukorame Lamongan by making a problem formula, 1. How is the efforts of boarding school Daarun Najah in the formation of religious students to ward off radicalism? 2. What are the supporting factors and barriers to the efforts of boarding school Daarun Najah in the formation of religious students to ward off radicalism? The results showed that the establishment of religious character students in an attempt to ward off radicalism in the boarding school Daarun Najah Sukorame Lamongan, is very good by embedding religious characters such as Ihlas, Istiqomah and Tawadu ' and embed the national character and love the homeland by following the ceremonies of the national Day, and the introduction of the history of the national heroes, supporting factors of the formation of students in the cottage is the support of the various elements that exist In huts from caregivers, ustadz and caretakers. Abstract

Komunikasi dan kompensasi merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan. Karena secara langsung komunikasi dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan, dan merupakan balas jasa perusahaan kepada karyawan atas kinerjanya yang diberikan kepada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 76 karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling, sumber data primer menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05, dari hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,094 > 0,05 dan untuk kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 untuk kompensasi. Hasil R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,213yang berarti variabel komunikasi dan kompensasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja sebesar 21,3% dan sisanya sebesar 78,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Kompensasi, Semangat Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitaif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar pengasuh pondok pesatren putri terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di MAN 3 Jombang. Data yang diambil dari sampel (n-49) dikumpul menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis product moment .Hasil dari penelitian ini yang menggunakan product moment 0,627 > 0,281 ,ternyata harga r hitung lebih besar dari harga r tabel, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya ada hubungan positif dan nilai koefisien korelasi yang signifikan Motivasi Belajar pengasuh pondok pesantren dengan prestasi belajar pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas X dan XI di MAN 3 Jombang. Abstract

An institution / agency can not be separated from the increase in superior and quality human resources for it must be managed properly in order to achieve the performance expected by an institution / agency. Human resources are very important role in an agency / government agency. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and work ethic on the performance of hospital employees dr. Moedjito Dwidjosiswojo Jombang. This type of research uses correlational. The population of this study was 116 employees. The sample studied was 90 respondents selected. The sampling technique uses probability sampling technique with Proportion Stratified Random Sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously organizational culture, work discipline and work ethic significantly influence the performance of hospital employees dr. Moedjito Dwidjosiswojo Jombang.
