Abstract

The background of the problem of this research is that the teacher in conducting learning has not fully implemented an appropriate learning model and is in accordance with the way students learn. This raises a problem when teachers apply a monotonous learning model and there is no compatibility with the learning styles of their students, the learning process does not attract students' learning interest so students have difficulty understanding the material being taught. The problem in this study is: how is the effectiveness of the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) to improve the understanding ability of high school students, whether the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) can improve the comprehension ability of high school students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). In the learning process researchers use Fiqh subjects as research material. The subjects of the study were students of Class X IPA 1 High School BPPT Darul Ulum Jombang. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and tests to complete the data revealed. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data, the authors use technical triangulation analysis. Source triangulation is used to test the credibility of the data carried out by checking the data obtained through several sources.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved in this study are (1) to find out or implement a MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang . (2) To find out the mastery of students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang through the application of MURDER learning strategies. Which is based on the formulation of the problem, namely (1) How to implement the MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of the PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang (2) How to master the MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang To achieve the above objectives, the researchers used qualitative research types . This research uses a descriptive approach and data collection by researchers in the form of observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Then the technical analysis of data used by researchers is using data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal.rom the results of data analysis regarding the Murder learning strategy to increase students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang, namely: Learn to be confident in expressing opinions. While the shortcomings are difficult to condition students. However, the teacher has been able to create students with patience to teach and the teacher tries to motivate students to be more enthusiastic about learning. Abstract

There are several factors that can influence the performance of lecturer, namely lecturer competence and job satisfaction of lecturer. This study aims to determine: the influence of competence on the performance of lecturers; the influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance; and the influence of competence and job satisfaction on lecturer’s performance. This research was conducted at The University of KH A Wahab Hasbullah Tambakberas Jombang. The number of samples in this study was determined by using Isac and Michael table with 5% level of sobriety and the technique used was nonprobability covience sampling, so the number of samples in this study was 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive correlation between the variables of lecturer competence, job satisfaction and lecturer performance.

Abstract

Guru mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam proses penerapan kurikulum, khususnya kurikulum 2013. Penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak sangat menentukan berhasil dan tidaknya tujuan pendidikan tersebut. Fokus penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MI Plus As-Syahidin jono Temayang Bojonegoro? 2) Bagaimana prestasi belajar siswa hasil pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MI Plus As- Syahidin Jono Temayang bojonegoro? Penelitian ini berdasarkan lokasi sumber datanya termasuk kategori penelitian lapangan dan ditinjau dari segi sifat-sifat data termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. . Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini juga melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, triangulasi, dan ketekunan pengamatan. Hasil penelitianya adalah penerapan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MI Plus As-Syahidin Jono Temayang Bojonegoro, yaitu: 1) perencanaan yang dilakukan guru dengan menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang isinya tetap mengacu pada rambu-rambu dan tujuan kurikulum 2013 yang diwujudkan dengan memperkaya silabus dan RPP. 2) Pembelajaran dengan: (a) pembelajaran dilakukan di kelas (b) tanya jawab yang ditetapkan sudah nampak atau sudah mendapat respon dari siswa (c) diskusi berjalan dengan baik karena terdapat banyak siswa yang sudah berani menyampaikan pendapat (d) sarana yang digunakan yaitu LKS yang dimiliki siswa, papan tulis, alat tulis, buku paket, dan LCD. 3) Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes yang meliputi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Abstract

Achieving the objectives of national education will be determined by the skills and proficiency of the teachers in carrying out the learning task. Therefore teachers must have professional competence. But here teachers are competent in their field. So the results of the learning process is already good. This research aims to determine the efforts of the headmaster to improve the professional competency of Islamic education teacher at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang. The purpose of this research is (1) explaining how the school's efforts to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang (2) explain how the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang (3) Explaining the supporting factors and the head of the school's inhibitory factor in enhancing the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang. The research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach to data collection techniques in the form of observation methods, interview methods, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used by researchers is to use data reduction, data presentation, then the withdrawal of conclusion. From the analysis can be found that the school's efforts to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang were carried out several things: The principal always provides training or workshops to teachers, head Schools also always give supervision on all teachers, the school principal also provide motivation and appreciation to teachers, personal communication between the school principal and teachers, include training. While the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang has been quite good. The supporting factor of the school principal in enhancing the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo is to foster cooperation between teachers. While the school principal's inhibitory factor in enhancing the professional competence of PAI teachers at SDN Tambakrejo I Jombang is a lack of infrastructure. Abstract

Student learning achievements are strongly influenced by the various efforts undertaken by educators on the learning process, as in MA Al-Ihsan The use of audio visual media that has been properly applied by educators on subjects of moral faith, So that student learning achievements are more likely to increase. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media on the learning achievement of XI class students on the subjects of the Islamic faith Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. The problem that the researcher will solve is 1) how to use audio visual media in the subject of class XI in MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. 2) How to study students ' achievements. 3) How the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media to the learning achievement of class XI students This research is a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods (1) Observation for the use of audio visual media, (2) poll to determine the effectiveness of the use of audio visual media, (3) documentation for the achievement of students of XI MA al-Ihsan class, as well as the necessary data By researchers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis or statistical method, that is by using correlation test Product Moment. For that, researchers choose the research object of an educator in MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon and because researchers use the research population, then take all learners with a total of 74 Based on the results of the observation conducted by the researcher with the presentation of observation sheet 82.23. The result of data analysis was obtained average student achievement value of 82 with good category. In addition, in accordance with the calculation of the analysis of the correlation Product Moment test to determine the efficiency of the use of audio visual media on the learning achievement of the class XI students on the subject of morality in the MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang with data calculation results r_ (count) = 0.514 > r_ (table) = 0.2287 with enough level categories, as well as showing that the value of Sig = 0.007 < 0.5 means that there is a effectiveness of the use of audio visual media to student learning achievements Class XI in the eyes of the teaching of the students Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang with a relationship of 29.3%.

Abstract

Mind Mapping learning model is creative, effective, and literally recorded way to “map” thoughts. While student learning achievement is the result (mastery) achieved by students in a particular field of study after following the teaching dan learning process in a school. As for the problem to be investigated, is there any influence of the mind mapping method on student achievement in the Al-Qur’an Hadits subjects in class XI Religion students at MAN 10 Jombang. This study aims: 1) understand the implementation of the mind mapping method in the subject of the Qur’an in the XI religion students in MAN 10 Jombang. 2) to understand the results/ evaluation of student learning achievement in Al-Qur’an Hadith subjects in class XI Religion in MAN 10 Jombang. 3) to understand the effect of mind mapping learning methods on student achievement in Al-Qur’an subject Hadith in class XI Religion students at MAN 10 Jombang. The research design is field research through the correlational quantitative approach. The method of determining subject is take all of the class XI Agama. in MAN 10 Jombang as the respondents of the research which amounts to 22 students that consist of 22 class XI religion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Akhlakul Karimah Peserta Didik Di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar belakang SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tekhnik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tekhnik trianggulasi yaitu, trianggulasi sumber, trianggulasi tekhnik dan trianggulasi waktu.Peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang adalah sebagai berikut: (1) berperan sebagai pengajar, (2) berperan sebagai pendidik, (3) beperan sebagai pemimpin, (4) berperan sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran, (5) berperan sebagai motivator.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah (1) memperbaiki metode mengajar, (2) menjelaskan urgensi materi pelajaran bagi siswa, (3) menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan pengalaman siswa, (4) menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitaif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar pengasuh pondok pesatren putri terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di MAN 3 Jombang. Data yang diambil dari sampel (n-49) dikumpul menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis product moment .Hasil dari penelitian ini yang menggunakan product moment 0,627 > 0,281 ,ternyata harga r hitung lebih besar dari harga r tabel, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya ada hubungan positif dan nilai koefisien korelasi yang signifikan Motivasi Belajar pengasuh pondok pesantren dengan prestasi belajar pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas X dan XI di MAN 3 Jombang. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah Banyubang Solokuro Lamongan, and improve the quality of educational institutions through the teacher recruitment system. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data is obtained through observation and interview methods. Data obtained in the analysis by means of data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research conducted in the field showed that the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah is that there are stages determined by the school.
