Abstract

Human resource development can be done through educational programs. Performance management is based on agreement on objectives, knowledge requirements, skills, competencies, work plans and development. Performance management has the competence to be a tool for achieving cultural and behavioral change and is a way to empower employees by giving them greater control over their work and their own personal development. Educational HR consists of education staff, teaching staff, and management staff whose main task is to plan, coordinate, evaluate and follow up on the implementation and management of educational activity programs. HR development is one of the stages of strategic management, including: (1) increasing HR skills; and (2) providing capable managers for the future. Development includes activities directed at improving and growing the attitudes, skills, and knowledge of personnel.

Abstract

In general , the purpose of this research is to apply a learning model that can improve student achievement . Specifically, the objectives of this study are to: (1). Know and analyze the learning conditions in SD Kagok before applying the CTL learning model. (2). Analyzing the effectiveness of the CTL learning model can improve student achievement which is higher than previous learning outcomes that are not using the CTL learning model at SD Negeri Kagok. Slawi District, Tegal Regency. Knowing the form of support from the principal, other teachers and facilities in the implementation of the CTL learning model. This research method uses a pre and post test experimental design. This phase includes several activities, namely; (a) conducting a pretest (pretest), (b) conducting an observation, interview/interview, (c) conducting a final test (posttest). Conducting a pretest (pretest) to one group/class before applying the CTL model. Conducting a final test (posttest) to the group/class after applying the CTL model. Perform analysis by comparing pre-test and post-test scores with t-test. From the results of calculations using the t-test, it is obtained that the empirical t-test is greater than the t-test in the table, so it can be concluded that the CTL learning model is more effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of inequality in metacognition and adaptability to the achievement of science scores at the student level and school level in Indonesia. Science learning is expected to be able to develop high-level thinking skills needed in the educational process in the industrial era 4.0, including factors of metacognition ability and ability adaptation. This research is an expost facto study with a qualitative exploratory descriptive type. The data is secondary data derived from the 2018 PISA survey. Data analysis using multilevel linear models through the Jamovi 1.6.23 program. The multilevel model used consists of 3 models, namely (1) intercept model without predictor, (2) intercept model with predictor level 1 , ( 3) intercept model with predictor level1 & level 2. The results of the analysis show that model 2 is considered significant that the achievement of students' science scores is more influenced by student abilities, while the type of school does not have a contribution which is significant to the achievement of science scores.
