Abstract

The community has difficulty in finding detailed information on the location of the nearest health center health service. And this study aims to develop a mapping application as a means of a public health center that uses a geographic information system so that the location of the health center in Labuhan Batu district can be seen well. after this research was realized, among others, was to facilitate the people of Labuhan Batu district in accessing information and the location of the health center in Labuhan Batu district by using android In this study, researchers used the SDLC (system development life cycle) design method as a Webgis community health center design and used UML (unified modeling language) modeling as a geographic information system design model that can help and simplify problems that can meet modeling needs. This system can also display information about health center facilities so that it can make it easier for the community to find information on the health center facilities to be addressed.

Abstract

Difficulties in finding the location of a pharmacy in a certain area resulted in the community's needs not being met. The purpose of this study is to implement a web-based geographic information system (Webgis) regarding the distribution of a number of pharmacies in Rantauprapat City. The benefits of Webgis can make it easier for the public to find out and find any point in pharmacies in Rantauprapat City by realizing a Geographic Information System. This study uses SDLC (System Development Life Cyle) design as a mechanism in designing Webgis Pharmacies, and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling as a geographic information system design model that helps simplify problems that can meet needs in modeling, building and describing communication. about a system using diagrams and supporting texts. It is hoped that this application can make it easier to find the needed pharmacy.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is a classic problem that occurs in every country, both developed countries and developing countries like Indonesia. in every country there are many programs carried out by the government to overcome the problem of poverty, one of which is the RASKIN program carried out by the Indonesian government. The method used to complete this research is SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks). The SMARTER method was chosen because it is a form of decision support model used in decision making with multiple attributes that will be used to solve decision-making problems. The research was conducted in Sei Beluru Village, Meranti District, Asahan Regency. In Sei Beluru Village, the criteria are the floor area of ​​the house, type of house floor, type of house walls, toilet facilities, drinking water sources, lighting, fuel used, frequency of eating, ability to buy meat, ability to buy clothes, ability to seek treatment, income. per month, education of the head of the household, asset ownership. The decision support system using the smarter method is able to analyze data on people who are entitled to receive Raskin assistance.
