Abstract

The service of the Population and Civil Registration Implementation Unit of Cipayung Village, regardless of how good it is, does not necessarily have perfection. There are still shortcomings in the implementation process, and based on observations, problems are found that hinder the service process. This study uses qualitative methods that aim to analyze: (1) the quality of public services in the population and civil registration district in Cipayung Village; (2) supporting factors and obstacles to services in the population and civil registration district in Cipayung Village; and (3) efforts made in overcoming obstacles. Qualitative research is a study that aims to describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts that occur in the field. The results of this study show that: (1) The quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Service in Cipayung Village has been applied to the dimensions of tangibleness, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaticness along with their indicators. However, it has not fully met the expectations of the community as users of the service. Among other things, the lack of friendly employees and the uncomfortable waiting room are lacking in meeting the criteria for indicators of the quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Satpel in Cipayung Village; (2) factors hindering the implementation of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Satpel in Cipayung Village are the lack of employee resources and dependence on one of the supporters of service infrastructure, namely the KTP stamp used for printing ID cards, which must wait from the central government; (3) the efforts made in overcoming obstacles are to ask for the help of officers in the village, provide training to each other's fellow employees, and always coordinate with related parties.

Abstract

Counseling as a two-way active process between the instructor and the extension worker aims to build a behavior change process. Extension officers disseminate information and provide information to the public. The process adopted adheres to the principles of being consistent and continuous, with maximum effort and thought, time-consuming and tiring, until in the end the beneficiaries of the counseling experience a change for the better. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role and strategy of extension in the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia. Based on the studies conducted, extension officers in the marine and fisheries sector have a strategic role in determining the success of marine and fisheries development in the field. Outreach strategy for the marine and fisheries sector through structuring and increasing institutional capacity.

Abstract

The policy issued by the government in an effort to break the chain of thespread of the covid-19 virus which is stated in PP Number 21 of 2020concerning Large-Scale Restrictions (PSBB) and the fatwa issued by MUI(Indonesian Ulema Council) regarding fatwa number 14 of 2020concerning the implementation of worship in the situation of the covid-19outbreak has raised pros and cons in society. New social constructionemerges as a form of reaction from the community in responding to socialrealities and social phenomena at this time, one of which is theimplementation of the five daily prayers in the mosque. To reveal thisreality, researchers tried to analyze the behavior of the Tuatunu Indahurban community in dealing with the pandemic and explain how theprocess of forming social construction related to the co-19 pandemic. Thisresearch was conducted using a qualitative research method with aphenomenological approach. Researchers collected data using observation,interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique wascarried out by using data management components such as datareduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The theory used is thetheory of social construction by Peter L Berger, this theory was chosen toexplain the process of forming social construction of the Tuatunu IndahVillage community in dealing with the co-19 pandemic. The resultsshowed that community behavior in dealing with the covid-19 pandemicdepends on the role of actors, especially when conveying messages throughsurahs in the Koran and hadiths on how to deal with the covid-19pandemic. In addition, the results also show that regulations and policiesin dealing with the covid-19 pandemic have received a negative responsefrom the Tuatunu Indah community

Abstract

Humans have a need for communication and information. Various things are done to meet these needs. By examining the communication network that is formed in an organization or community, we can find out how human behavior as individuals in finding the information needed. Writing this article aims to review and synthesize the available literature related to the analysis of structures and levels in communication networks so that they can contribute to an understanding of the analysis of structures and levels in communication networks. The results of this research show that in this communication network, there is a structure which is an arrangement of different elements that can be identified through the pattern of communication flows in a system. By knowing the structure of this communication network, several patterns of communication and interaction can be seen, so that the roles of each individual in a group can be identified. The structure of the communication network is wheel/star, Y, chain, circle, and all channels. Meanwhile for the communication network level, namely individual communication network, relationship level, group level, and network level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of Self Service Technology, Customer Intimacy and Customer Delight on Customer Loyalty with Customer Bonding as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method by processing primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the public who are customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Salatiga. The samples taken were 100 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. Then the results obtained were processed with SPSS version 20. The analysis used included descriptive statistical tests, instrument tests, path analysis regression tests, classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results obtained results: self service technology has a positive effect that is not significant on customer loyalty. Customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer delight has an insignificant negative effect on customer loyalty. Customer bonding has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Self service technology does not have a significant positive effect on customer bonding. Customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on customer bonding. Customer delight has a negative effect that does not significantly affect customer bonding. Self service technology and customer delight do not mediate customer loyalty with customer bonding. Customer intimacy can mediate customer loyalty with customer bonding.
