Abstract

The coastal area in Dumai Barat District has experienced many changes in the function of coastal land and mangroves so that various human activities provide input of organic and inorganic materials that will affect air quality and phytoplankton. This research was conducted in March-April 2022. There are 3 stations with sampling 3 times, once/week. The air quality parameters measured were temperature, brightness, current velocity, dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide, pH, salinity, phosphate, nitrate, and phytoplankton. The results show that the temperature is 29.33-32.00oC, brightness is 58.67-69.67 cm, current velocity is 0.99-1.00 m/s, dissolved oxygen is 6.20-8.32 mg/L, free carbon dioxide is 7.92-15.84 mg/L, pH is 7.07-7.10, salinity is 20-28 ppt, phosphate is 0.7661-0.9955 mg/L, and nitrate is 0.6530 -0.8224 mg/L. There were 25 types of phytoplankton found, namely Bacillariophyceae (12 species), Chlorophyceae (6 species), Dinophyceae (1 species), Cyanophyceae (2 species), Euglenoidea (1 species), Coscinodiscophyceae (1 species), and Trebouxiophyceae (2 species ). The abundance of phytoplankton in the coastal area of West Dumai is 15,308-31,603 cells/L. Data analysis shows that the air quality is still good and can be tolerated by phytoplankton organisms with mesotrophic fertility.

Abstract

Introduction. Pain in labor can be overcome pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic to prevent excessive pain. One effort to reduce pain in labor is to use the birthing ball technique. Destinations. This study aims to determine the effect of using the birthing ball technique on reducing pain in labor. Methods. In this study, the researcher used a pre-experimental research design using a one-shot case study design. The sample of this study was 15 people according to the interpretation of childbirth carried out in March - May 2022 at PMB Yuyu Yuliyati S.ST. Univariate and bivariate analysis in this study used computer assistance with a software program (SPSS). Results and Conclusions. The results showed that the pain scale before the birthing ball was done on average 6.93 and after the birthing ball was done the average was 4.60. This shows the effect of the use of birthing balls on reducing pain in mothers giving birth at PMB Yuyu Yuliyati, S. ST with (p-value = 0.00).. In this study, it was proven that the use of birthing balls in laboring mothers had an effect on reducing pain, so the use of birthing balls could be used as complementary midwifery care in the labor process as an effort to reduce pain during labor and can add knowledge and insight and can be used as a reference for further research .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the importance and satisfaction scale of pedestrian paths in the green open space area of ??Kendari City and to find out which indicators have the greatest contribution to each research variable. The indicators used in this study include: accessibility, connectivity, circulation, security, safety, noise, beauty, climate and cleanliness to determine the priority of services needed to improve the performance of pedestrian path facilities. This study uses 27 research variables which are a combination of quantitative and qualitative research, with a sample of 399 respondents on the pedestrian path users of Green Open Space (RTH). Data retrieval was carried out using a scale of importance and a satisfaction scale that was compiled with a Likert Scale model. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Version 26 method. The validity test aims to assess the extent to which the measuring instrument is believed to be used as a tool to measure the research questions. Test the validity by comparing the values ??of rcount and rtable. If the value of rcount > rtable, then the item is declared valid, and vice versa. It is known that n = 30 5% significance then the value of rtable = 0.361.iate between departments in the same organization). The variables of accessibility, connectivity, circulation, security, comfort, safety, beauty, climate/shade and cleanliness show that the Pearson Correlation value for each question item for the 9 variable instrument is greater than rtable = 0.361. In addition, the overall significance value is smaller than 0.05. So that the question indicator of all 9 variable instruments has a valid construct. Reliability test was conducted to measure the level of consistency of a measuring instrument used at different times. The test was carried out using the Alpha method from Cronbach. The instrument is declared reliable if the calculation results show the Cronbach Alpha value > 0.6. The results showed that the Cronbach Alpha value of each instrument variable in the study had a value > 0.60, thus it can be stated that the instrument's accessibility, connectivity, circulation, security, safety, noise, beauty, climate/safety and cleanliness are reliable.

And how is the legal certainty of the concession agreement deed on the lost mortgage certificate related to the placement of the PUPN confiscation ? The legal theory used in this research is Gustav Radbruch's legal certainty theory and the Stufenbau Theory authority theory. The method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely library law research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. As for the research approach that is used a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, an analytical approach, a case approach and a technique for collecting legal materials is carried out by identifying and taking an inventory of positive legal rules, book literature, journals and source materials other laws. For the technique of analyzing legal materials, it is carried out with legal (interpretation) grammatical interpretation and systematic interpretation. From the results of the research obtained : the legal position of the Roya Consensus deed is only as a replacement requirement for the lost mortgage certificate related to the placement of the PUPN confiscation in the registration process of Roya Mortgage in terms of administrative order at the Land Office, so that the legal position of the Roya Consent Deed cannot be equated with a mortgage certificate which has executive power.
