This researcher focuses on the impact arising from the influence of GMNI for a policy. The theoretical framework used is ideology, Marhaenism, the concept of social organization, and the concept of functions of student organizations. The research method was carried out qualitatively and using descriptive research. In data collection used interviews, documentation, while for qualitative data analysis based on the use of complete and in-depth information in interpreting non-quantitative data. Based on research it can be seen that when organizational leaders at the national level experience stagnation to have a serious impact on the existence of the organization, although the activities of the socio-political movement in the region can slightly cover the obstacles faced by GMNI at the national level. The strengthening of the authoritarian rule of the New Order placed GMNI in two choices: Resigning in the sense of organizational disbandment so that its members were more focused on subjective issues, as students, or against all injustice practices of the authorities. When resisting, the actualization of the movement will be formulated in such a way in various forms of the anti status quo movement as an anti - Neo Colonialism Imperialism movement, ranging from study groups to radical movements.

The ultimate goal of education management is the quality of graduates as set out in the National Education Standards. Each Education Unit leads to quality improvement in indicators as set in 8 Education standards. The government requires every Education unit to carry out education quality assurance and applied it in the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System which includes 5 cycles of constantly and continuously activities that known as PDCA. Nevertheless, in general, the Education Unit does not implement the quality assurance system because it has not been thoroughly socialized by the Government or related institutions. Therefore, efforts are needed to provide assistance in the form of education and training in the Education Unit in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (known as SPMI in Indonesia). With SPMI Assistance to the Education Unit, the education unit will understand how to self- evaluate, aware of the shortcomings of each indicator in each education standard, schools will try to meet these lacking indicators constantly and continuously which in the future will form a Quality Culture in the Education Unit.

Knowing if there are differences in HAEC scores following pull-through procedures between groups due to the interaction of surgical techniques with gender by controlling the influence of patient age is as important as determining if there are differences in Pull-Through through the procedure between male and female patients. The purpose of this study was to compare haec score profiles after Pull-Through surgery using Duhamel's surgery technique and TEPT surgery technique to see whether there was a difference through the process of comparing HAEC scores after the Pull between Duhamel's surgical technique and TEPT surgery technique while controlling the patient's age impact. The study, which compares Duhamel's method with the TEPT process, is an ex-post facto descriptive and inferential study with the aim of determining the profile and variation of post-pull-through HAEC scores. Patients at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang who suffered from Hirschsprung disease between 2018 and 2022 were the study population. All patients in the study sample, compiled using the method of complete sampling, were between 0 and 5 years old. The HAEC scores of individuals with Hirschsprung's disease are determined by a combination of age, gender, and surgical approach. HAEC scores are strongly influenced by age variables alone, the older the patient, the higher the HAEC score. There was a difference in the average HAEC score between the group of patients undergoing Duhamel surgery and the group undergoing TEPT surgery, with the HAEC score of the Duhamel engineering group being higher than that of the TEPT surgery technique group. The average HAEC score for the male and female patient groups was the same.

Stunting is a chronic condition caused by malnutrition in the long term, causing stunted growth in children. Lack of nutritional intake in the long term will cause the growth of height in children to be shorter than the standard age. Factors that cause stunting in children include malnutrition during the mother's womb, genetic factors, lack of exclusive breastfeeding, infection factors, and the age of the baby. This study uses a literature study research method, while data collection techniques are carried out by exploring journals and other information relevant to the study. The results of this study indicate that the main factor that is the focus of research on the causes of stunting during pregnancy and after delivery is the condition of Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) caused by lack of nutritional intake during childbirth, and the lack of optimal exclusive breastfeeding after childbirth.
