Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that shape customer loyalty for outdoor products at Paramount Stores in Pagar Alam City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents who are consumers who buy products at the Paramount Pagar Alam store and direct interview data on the object of research. Secondary data was obtained through literature study (relevant books and literature) and agency internal data. The indicators used are obtained from this study, namely the dimensions of consumer behavior which consist of 1) Making repeat purchases on a regular basis, 2) Buying between product or service lines, 3) Referring to others, and 4) Showing immunity from the appeal of similar products from others. competitor. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that from the 10 statements that became the research indicators, it was found that 4 statements were declared quite good, and there were 6 statements that were not good. The fact that the authors found in the field that the results of respondents' responses to the variable statement Making repeated purchases on a regular basis were responded to agree by consumers. However, there are still consumers who buy products at the Paramount Pagar Alam store, regardless of their income level, but their choice of brands other than certain clothing brands, there are still other brands that have more attractive designs.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of e-commerce’s application on the consumer buying interest in “Ayu Butik” Pagar Alam. Type of research is explanatory research or research explanation using hypothesis testing and a quantitative approach. The population is 157 consumers of Ayu Butik Pagar Alam who shop during May 2020. Data used is result of answers from consumer questionnaires which distributed to the research sample of 69 people obtained through the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analyze technic used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. These result showed that variables e-commerce has a positive significance effect on consumer buying interest in Ayu Butik Pagar Alam. The effect of e-commerce on consumer buying interest is only 28,7%, while the remaining 71,3% influenced by other variables besides e-commerce which are not researched in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul perlindungan hukum kreditor terhadap harta kekayaan debitur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akibat dan bentuk perlindungan hukum kreditor dalam hal terjadi kepailitan. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengutamakan pendekatan atau penelitian kepustakaan dan juga dari dokumen-dokumen dan juga bahan-bahan skunder yakni dengan menyajikan peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum yang diperoleh dari hasil para ilmuan hukum, buku-buku literator, makalah, jurnal, bahan hukum dari sosial media serta karya ilmiah lainnya berupa skripsi, tesis ataupun disertasi yang berkaitan dengan akibat dan perlindungan hukum bagi kreditor terhadapat harta kekayaan debitor untuk menganalisis permasalahan-permasalahan yang dighadapai kreditor dalam hal terjadi kepailitan. Hasil penelitian dalam penulisan ini, pada dasarnya perlindungan bagi kreditor berdasarkan undang-undang kepailitan, perlindungan tersebut diberikan dengan cara kreditor mengajukan permohonan pailit bagi debitor dengan persetujuan kreditor yang lainnya. Jika terjadi pembatalan atas tindakan debitor pailit yang merugikan kreditor dapat dilakukan tindakan hukum actio pauliana. Kata kunci : Perlindungan Hukum , Debitor, Kreditor,Kepailitan.

Abstract

Kegiatan perdagangan merupakan kegiatan bisnis yang umumnya berlaku di pasar tradisional. Pedagang mendapatkan untung dengan cara membeli barang dari supplier dan menjualnya ke konsumen. Untung atau tidaknya pedagang bergantung pada daya beli konsumen dan ketersediaan barang dari supplier. Pada masa pandemic Covid-19 terjadi perubahan perilaku dan kebiasaan masyarakat yang juga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku di pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendapatan para pedagang di masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melihat variabel apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang pasar pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melihat faktor-faktor seperti modal, jam kerja, dan lokasi usaha. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara modal terhadap pendapatan pedagang, ada pengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 0,037 antara jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pedagang, dan tidak ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang.
